Nov 18,2020This is one of the most unresponsive company I've ever engaged with. I was emailed the report, and followed up with some questions which were never addressed. The report was also basically a redirection to check in with other experts on issues which they noted and was filled more with cut and paste paragraphs that can be reused for subsequent reports. Wrote two follow up emails to them, and did not receive even an acknowledgement from them once payment was received. Terrible service.

Oct 19,2020Super friendly and helpful team (especially Lyndis), transparent with prices and delivered the survey on time. Lewis carried out the survey. He was kind enough to call straight after the visit to give a heads up about a defect with the property. He then provided a thorough report and spent time talking through our numerous queries. As first time buyers, the team made this unknown and slightly daunting process a whole lot easier for us. I'd be more than happy to use them again in future.

Oct 05,2020excellent service received my 46 page report on Friday late evening (4 working days) just made my weekend! Emma was 5 stars in her customer service and i feel you get what you paid for, I was keen to get my home buyer report booked and done before a potential second lock down and C&C delivered the report cost me £110 more then a competitor quote however it was worth it as time is of a essence during the current climate so worth paying.

Report was thorough and it uncovered a few problems (and one big problem) that we are now haggling over with the seller! Plus we got an amazingly helpful follow up call from the surveyor which shed some light on some questions we had.

Sep 11,2020Both Lyndis and Abbie were very responsive both on the phone and email. I even went to them with comparable quotes that I had received and they were able to provide a discount to near price match. We had a very short deadline to meet with getting the surveys carried out and they worked very hard to fit me in for an earlier slot. The report was carried out and received within the 5 day window that was promised. Overall the report was good, I would have preferred more detail and less generalisation across the age of the home, however that being said I would recommend them for great service overall!

Nov 26,2020The entire C&C team are a pleasure to deal with (Lewis, Tina, Rebecca, Emma). Not only did I receive the detailed survey in quick time with costs laid out against any specifics, the process was extremely seamless. I also spoke with the surveyor (Lewis) multiple times to ask questions - I can't fault C&C, the entire team from booking to survey to admin were attentive and extremely responsive.
