Dec 10,2024UPDATE-company apologised for taking extra time due to Black Friday deals and item was sent out quickly then. Order placed on the 1st December with an estimated delivery 2-4 working days. Not received item or any updates and item hasn’t been dispatched. Have emailed and done live chat with no response or reply? Will be reporting to my bank today

Nov 26,2024I bought a magnetic car phone holder charger. I’m not happy with it. My phone keeps falling off. I’m still waiting for a response on how to return the item. I finally got a response. I was told to pay to return it plus a restocking fee of £3.99. It’s not my fault the item does not work for me. I’d rather keep it than lose possibly £7 out of £20. Poor customer service. I have to pay to return an item !!!

Oct 19,2024Disappointed to be honest. The items feels cheap, and is slow to charge. The EarPod charging point doesn’t work on the EarPod Pro’s. The car charger also feels cheap. The magnet isn’t strong enough and the phone spins as your drive, and falls of the magnet if the road is a little bumpy. Definitely not worth the £60 I spent for the two items.. I’d ask for a refund if I haven’t already recycled the boxes.. 👎🏼
