Nov 07,2022Ordered 2 Apple Ultimate Qi Wireless Multi Chargers. They were delivered very quickly. However, it appears 1 of the units is faulty as the charging light remains on even though there is nothing charging. They are sending out a replacement charger.

Oct 08,2022I initially ordered a 3-1 charger that did not work when I received it. There were issues with reaching the company to ask for a refund or replacement. They did reply a few days later and advised that they had been having IT issues and would send a replacement. Unfortunately, this did not arrive so I did ask for a full refund. I was then provided with the refund straight away and also offered a free more expensive device which works beautifully. There are not many companies who would refund you and also give you a more expensive new device. I will certainly shop with Chargit again.
