Jan 18,2024We purchased 3 of the same item between two orders. The supplied cable did not work with any on the 3 units. I had an alternative cable which worked with all three devices. CHARGIT’s online chat does not connect you straight away. They then replied via email asking for a telephone number. They would have had this already from the order number - it was provided again and no one has called me. They is no direct email address to contact them. I emailed SALES and they have not replied. I will now return all three units ASAP. Use with caution.

Jan 04,2024The charger works fine but the green light to show the items are charging is very bright, so you can’t charge anything at night if you like the room dark, it’s light a night light. Had to send the product back for this reason.

Dec 12,2023First item never arrived despite email saying it had been sent. Seemingly it was couriered by Evri but it never arrived. After several messages on Chat , I eventually phoned. A lovely said she would re-order my item. I asked if it could be sent using Post Office and it arrived 3 days later

Oct 23,2023I ordered a wireless travel charging unit that would charge my iPhone, watch and AirPods all at once. Unfortunately the product I received was faulty but a replacement was sent out immediately. This was also faulty and ChargIt arranged for a return. I have since received a phone call to apologise for the two faulty products and they have processed a full refund and sent out a free gift as an apology for inconvenience caused. Fantastic customer service!

Oct 18,2023WOW - I cannot recommend this company enough. I have now purchased numerous products from their range all of which are quality items. I recently thought one of my items was faulty (it wasn’t - user error) and Chargit dealt with a return quickly with excellent communication politely highlighting it was in full working order. They returned it without charge and supplied a loyalty gift as well. Genuinely didn’t think companies like this still existed and will not buy my charging products from anywhere else now.

Oct 07,2023Bought a 3-in-1 MagSafe charging unit and plug which had been carefully wrapped in a box but when I took the products out they both looked like they had been previously opened and the charger is badly damaged and unusable. This company do not seem to have a process in place to check the products they are sending to customers are fit for purpose. Waste of my time and money. I've already contacted them via live chat but they are offline. UPDATE: got sent a replacement charger with a request to take down this review. The replacement is also damaged!!!! Will be seeking a refund
