Oct 02,2020Great Customer service. Called up because I thought that there was a problem with the charger, as it was not charging my phone as fast as I would have liked. They immediately identified the problem was that I was using an old Apple 1A USB wall charger and advised that as clearly stated on the website I needed to use either a PD, QC2.0 or QC3.0 USB wall charger. They kindly sent me a link. I now have the right charger and is charging faster.
