Jul 10,2022Absolutely brilliant customer service, I paid for a better model to be delivered for my Sons birthday, I was informed that it wasn't in stock but so my Son had something to open on his birthday they sent ne another model, but have since sent me the original one also now it back in stock superb customer service and will definitely use again.

Jul 06,2022Ordered an item 2-4 days delivery. Now 8 days later and not received item. Tried to contact through the chat button on the website and had no response. Customer service is non existent and have no idea when my item will actually turn up. Won’t be using them again.

Jun 26,2022I dislike being bugged to do reviews. Additionally, like others, I noticed that the charge rates were poor and the devices on charge became much warmer than with proprietary chargers. I therefore stopped using it due to fears that it would damage the devices.

Jun 24,2022Don't buy! 3 in 1 charger didn't work within a month and returned it, with the same order I also bought a QC3 PD 20 Watts USB Wall Plug For Fast Multi Charging!, which was also faulty and they wouldn't refund as it was after 6 months. Much better to buy Anker for a little bit more, don't buy these cheap products!

Jun 18,2022They don't have reviews on their site so for this charger so here is my experience. I wanted a charger for our bedside tables, and also for around the house. so I purchased one to test. plugged it in and tried it on our 15mm thick bedside cabinets. Literally as soon as my phone started charging the internal fan would start up. it was very audible, something you wouldn't want next to you at night. So I thought we could use this one downstairs so I tried it on another desk. the fan again started up but thought the kids could use it. I stuck it on the underside of the table with the supplied 3m circular mount and setup the sticker for location. Left my iPhone on there for 30mins. Came back, picked it up and noticed how hot the phone was. I have other stand type wireless chargers and never noticed this amount of heat. I thought because its a 10w charger. but when I checked my battery it had only increased about 8% in 30mins. I tried an android phone and had similar results. My other desktop charger does 10% in 20mins and cost be £15 not £99 and the temperature of the phone whilst charging is nothing compared to this one. I also discovered it doesn't do 10w as advertised, on iPhones it only does 7.5w as I found the Chinese manufacturers site which showed this clearly, unlike Chargit's website that states 10W. I sent it back tracked that cost me £5. 6 days later I received an email for a £89 refund, I paid £99 inc free postage. I contacted support and they said the item wasn't faulty and there was a restock fee of £15. It doesn't say anywhere on their website about a restock fee. I managed to get them to refund my return postage but was stil £10 out of pocket. They retested the item and said it worked fine - in their eyes!. They said I wouldn't get my full refund as the item had been used, and I'd used the 3m circular pad to stick it to the underside of the desk which would need a whole new pad being resupplied. I guess 3M pads are now highly expensive items. I did forget to send a couple of magnets and screws which I offered to return but they declined my offer. I knew I should have just sat there with my hand under the desk for 30mins whilst I tested it out. So suggest avoiding this product, or if you do, make sure you don't install it as recommended as it will cost you £10 if you decide to return it.
