Sep 20,2022A great website and great products, unfortunately I had to return an item and found it difficult to communicate with the seller. Both emails given on their website came back as "address not found" which does not make a first good impression! Fortunately after a long while and threatening communication on "chat" I finally received a reply and the exchange was made.But not a FULL refund of the price difference which is poor. No wonder Amazon does so well and sell the same products.

Aug 09,2022The charger gets very hot and makes the phone and watches hot. It takes ages to charge and doesn’t always fully charge. 12 hours in the charger and only 75%charged plus hot to touch. Save your money DON’T buy this.
