May 26,2022Had some problems regarding delivery and it was sorted out very quickly and efficiently. I bought 2 items, one as a present and one for myself, unfortunately neither arrived in time so I had to purchase elsewhere. My money was refunded and they still sent the product for me to keep as an apology for the missing birthday present. Great service. Also, great product - reasonably priced.

May 24,2022Bought their undermounted charger on 6-th of May, forgot all about it and only on 19th realised that never received it. Checked tracking number supplied on 6-th and figured it was to do with courier they used, apparently they've managed to loose it. Contacted ChargIt via their website chat service, and the problem was rectified within 5min. Was promised that another charger will be sent immediately and should be delivered within day or two. Was a bit dubious and thought more like 3 or 4, but it came next day. All good, works as it should. I understand that things happen, and it is unreasonable to blame someone for faults of others. So for very prompt and hassle free recovery of situation I would like to leave most positive feedback to this company.

May 18,2022This iPhone holder with MagSafe is worth every penny. Phone held in place securely and charges like a dream. Some much cheaper that other comparable models, good materials does not feel cheap and plastically. I would highly recommend

Apr 04,2022Excellent product & delivery, saves having lots of wires for different items to charge. Would definitely recommend the fast charge plug to go with it as it was slower at charging with a normal plug. thanks

Mar 07,2022Delivery didn't arrive within the allotted timescale, despite the comments below - ordered on the 26th Feb, delivered on the 4th March - so I had to email CHARGit. They told me to use the tracking info on the emails they'd sent, but these didn't contain the tracking number, so got them through the chat after 45 mins of waiting. Unit eventually arrived then stopped working after two days. Customer services manager asked me to call, which I did, she kept saying "the customer is always right" before telling me why I wasn't. I'm now awaiting a refund.
