Everyone was very friendly and knowledgable, and the shutters look absolutely brilliant in our bedroom - the integrated blinds are genuinely life changing, never slept so well! Thanks to everyone, would highly recommend

Callum our fitter was really lovely and did a fab job. He even took all the packaging away with him. They have completely transformed our home and customer service and support is second to none. Dec 15,2022One year after having our blinds fitted and breaking them due to mis-use (rather than anything being wrong with the blinds) Andrew kindly came out to fix the blind free of charge. We have enjoyed a 5 star service from start to finish. Thanks guys

Oct 31,2022Shutters and blinds fitted….absolutely love them! Great advice and options provided by Andrew, along with a smooth measuring and ordering process, and no pressure sales. The wait was long (14 weeks) but this was clearly communicated to us and no false promises were made at any time. Callum fitted the shutters; totally respectful of our home and cleaned up after himself, a real perfectionist! Even my super critical husband was impressed with the workmanship and I think it’s only the 2nd time I’ve seen that in over 30 years! We would definitely recommend Charles Faraday…..quality products delivered and fitted by a quality team. Thank you!

They came out with the various selections and really helped me make the right decisions. So glad I chose the dual mechanism on my perfect fit range. All of the blinds fitted are excellent quality and the recommendation for utility door was excellent everything looks so contemporary. Highly recommend.

Sep 24,2022I ordered shutters in 2021 which after more than a three month wait were fitted earlier this year 2022 in about April, so long ago it’s hard to remember the specific date! One of the shutters was badly bowed and gappy- not what you want from a shutter. A replacement was ordered which was another 12 to 14 weeks after the initial installation to again wait. The installation team came to fit it and it was worse! So we are another 12 weeks down the line and still no replacement has been fitted, pretty soon this will have been going on for a year! The fitting team are great but that’s the only good thing about dealing with this company, communication with Andrew Faraday is awful. If things go wrong there does not seem to be a will to find a timely and appropriate solution . I have just sent an email asking for an update- the first in nearly 12 weeks of no contact and the reply from Andrew was a curt ‘sane reply as last time’ - how rude! I have paid an awful lot of money for this terrible service. Today is just the last of repeatedly poor exchanges with this company. Incredibly frustrating and certainly not customer focussed. Response to Andrew_ If as much time and effort went into replying to original requests as it goes in defensive, aggressive responses on trustpilot we would not be in this position, and I don’t know why you are shocked this is not the only review that speaks to your attitude…. Customers will only turn to trustpilot giving a poor review if they are frustrated and upset enough to do it… and way to go on a response that you think is putting things right. Shocking! As you well know we are going to do the rest of the house with shutters but we will not be using you.

Sep 15,2022This was not the first time we have used this company, nor will it probably be the last! The service offered from start to finish was faultless. You get a professional and personal service from this company. We had vertical blinds in our living room bay, a small window, and 2x blackout verticals in a bedroom. The fitter was very competent, pleasant and tidied up after. Would definitely recommend 😊
