Oct 29,2020Very happy with the results the shutters look fantastic. We live in a 250 year old slate built cottage and none of the walls are plumb, but Andrew measured and the frames were custom made and fit like a glove.

Sep 25,2020Ever since we started our extension we knew we wanted shutters in our new bedroom. We contacted Charles Faraday after seeing an advert on Facebook and Andrew was with us within a few days (he even came back a second time so I could have another look at the colours). I could talk about being happy with the service and price etc up to that point - suffice it to say, we didn't bother getting any other quotes - we were sold. Andrew fitted the shutters last week. There was no waiting in all day or a four hour time slot, he arrived first thing and started - no mess, no fuss (which after 18 months of extension building I know is not always the case!). I am so happy with them, they are gorgeous! My husband has even offered an opinion saying that they finish the room, they're obviously well made and the fitting is flawless. We would (will) highly recommend Charles Faraday to family and friends and we have no doubt we will be back.*-

Sep 18,2020I contacted Andrew at Charles Faraday who was very prompt with his responses and was very easy to speak to (I had lots of questions). He made an appointment and stuck to it, arrived on time and measured the windows for our new blinds, his prices were competitive but more importantly his customer services was what lead me to giving him my business. He arrived when he said he was and fitted my blinds. Thank you for your help and prompt service. My blinds look amazing the quality is brilliant and have received so many compliments

Sep 08,2020I have wanted shutters for ages and when Andrew from Charles Faraday came to quote, I knew that I had found the right company. And the shutters that I have had fitted today, have not disappointed in the slightest. They are lovely quality, brilliant craftsmanship, excellent fitting and look absolutely beautiful. Trouble is, I now need the rest of the house doing aswell!! Needless to say, I will definitely be back in touch with CF. They are most definitely the shutter company to use. Thank you so much!!

Nov 25,2020Would Highly recommend. I found Charles Faraday after searching for shutter companies on Facebook. I had previously had a very expensive quote from Hilarys and decided to look elsewhere for alternative options. Upon reviewing Their business page and liking what I saw - I contacted them to get a quote. Very quickly I received a reply that he could come to my home to provide me with a quote - which he did the following week. He was very friendly, polite and helpful throughout the entire process. On the day of fitting, he arrived on time, cleaned up after himself and took any rubbish away with him. Overall the service was very satisfying and the finish of the shutters is fantastic. I have wanted shutters for a very long time and the finish has exceeded my expectations. Thankyou Charles Faraday for a great service !
