Brilliant service and very nice people. From first meeting to installation today everything has been fine. The shutters are great snd look really good. They were installed by a lovely you g man, Callum who was really friendly and worked extremely hard. A pleasure to deal with the company. I would highly recommend them

Well, shutters fitted today and we’re absolutely blown away by them; they are fantastic! The whole process from start to finish has been excellent, from the samples and advice to the very reasonable prices. We waited 12 weeks, which was the timeframe given to us, no unrealistic promises made, in fact a very clear and precise order of events laid out prior to ordering. A special thank you to Callum who came today to do the fitting; no mess whatsoever!! My husband is a perfectionist and he found no fault…says it all!

I am beyond thrilled with my beautiful blinds. From start to finish Andrew provides an exceptional service - discussing options, explaining the process, managing expectations and fitting the blinds. Competitively priced their work speaks for itself. I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again.

What a very pleasant experience. Andrew was most helpful with selecting our blinds. When they were fitted after a wait of a few weeks (as expected) we found that it was difficult to operate the ones over the worktop. This was due to the legal requirement for the chains to be 1.5m above the floor. So we asked to have motors put on them all. They were sent back to the factory and less than 2 weeks later they are now back and installed. We are very pleased that we had the motors put on, no more stretching ! We will definitely use Charles Faraday again. Oh yes and the price was competitive as well.

We ordered a mix of shutters and venetian blinds having recently moved house. Although not the cheapest quote we received we went with Charles Faraday as Andrew was very knowledgeable and helpful during the quotation visit which gave us confidence. Within 4 weeks of placing our order the venetian blinds were ready and installed quickly. We did have to wait longer than the 12 weeks quoted for the shutters but they were worth the wait. Callum did a great job installing them - really impressed that there was no mess at all once he had finished. We love our shutters - the have transformed our house. We would have no hesitation recommending Charles Faraday.

We had a total of six shutters installed including two for large sliding patios. A very competitive price. Excellent quality shutters. A seamless installation. Would highly recommend this company.

Great to support a local business and Andrew was very patient during our decision making process but there is so much choice! Unfortunately some of the colours we chose weren't available, but that seems to be the theme for everyone at the moment so we just chose different colours when we knew what was available, when. The fitting was swift on the day and they even hoovered up after themselves and the blinds look amazing. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic product and installed professionally - longer than anticipated and advertised lead times due to COVID but 17 weeks later the shutters are installed and look superb.

I have purchased an awning, shutters and vertical blinds from this company in the last 6 months. All 3 items are beautifully finished and have been fitted to a high standard. Communication has been really good and care was taken especially during the pandemic with all rules followed. Really lovely products and service would definitely us again.

What a transformation to our large Georgian living room - we are absolutely thrilled with the new shutters and only wish we’d had them a long time ago! Charles Faraday is a very professional, efficient and friendly company who, under difficult circumstances due to Covid, kept us informed and delivered on time. The shutters were expertly fitted by Andrew and Callum, who did an exceptional job with little fuss and no mess. I would certainly recommend Charles Faraday to anyone!

Excellent service from this company. I was kept posted when there were delays due to covid. It was worth the wait as I love my shutters and they have completely transformed my home - wow! Our experience with Charles Faraday has been excellent from start to finish. They did everything they promised and when they promised. There was a slight delay on the fabric we picked for the blind but Andrew kept us informed and as soon as the blind was available to fit he came the day after to fit it. The job was done quick and efficient with no mess. Many thanks for fabulous new blinds.
