They promptly picked up the item, insured it for transit, and arranged for it to be delivered to their location so they could examine the necklace and determine its value in person. This was particularly helpful considering my location. Feb 12,2025My watch arrived well packaged by next day delivery. It is in completely mint condition as described. I am amazed how nice it looks even though it is pre-owned. If Charles Fish describe something as mint condition then it really is! All the paperwork is with the watch to prove it's authenticity beyond any doubt. The price seems good and is a massive saving compared to buying brand new. If I'm ever in a position to buy another watch, I will definitely look to Charles Fish.

Feb 09,2025Process was great and very easy, I found the watch that I wanted and spoke to Aaron the following day, I explained that I wanted to buy it, but needed to wait for a couple of weeks until I had a release of funds. Aaron understood, and allowed me to put a deposit down and visit the showroom to view my watch and when I had everything clear and sent the funds the watch was securely delivered the next day perfectly.
