Our experience with Chess has been nothing short of a horror story. Attempts to contact them were met with silence - phone calls, emails, all ignored. It's unbelievable how a company can disregard its customers so blatantly. To add insult to injury, after six months of frustration, and an internal investigation into why we hadn't received the service we were paying for was met by Chess suddenly demanding payments via bailiffs with a ridiculously short deadline. It's an outrageous situation. Chess's lack of communication, accountability, and basic decency is appalling. This company has shown no interest in providing the service we paid for and instead resorts to coercive tactics. In summary, Chess's actions are disgraceful. They took our money, provided no service, and now resort to bullying tactics. Avoid Chess if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

If I could I wouldn't give a star The company is a joke,wish I'd never signed with them. Had problems when joined had nothing else since. They put your bill up,without notifying you,what they are charging me for now, i paid at sky for a full package,complete rip off. then when you log a ticket,nobody gets back to you. After numerous tickets being logged, plus emails being sent to complaints, you get a message saying your ticket has been resolved. Nobody resolved it. I can't wait to get out if this contract, I'd keep well away from this company. Lousy at looking after customers
This is a terrible, rubbish company. Avoid at all costs. I have been trying to contact their customer service for three weeks now both via phone and e-mail and they neither pick up the call or respond online. Their reviews here on Trustpilot are, without a doubt, all fake. If you're thinking of using their services, don't walk away, run!

Sep 25,2023Have been using Chess for 3 years, in July they took 3 months invoice value (£1200) out of my account by direct debit which was taken in error (they have agreed). Still its now nearly October and the money has not been returned. As a business if I took my clients money and didn't return it it would be regarded as thieft. The company hides behind a customer support team who just keeps saying they are following procedure. The head of customer support Mike Layton has failed to help. Do not use this company.
