I purchased a new vinyl record which comes with a free download card for a digital copy, but I didn't want to wait months to get the code, and I didn't want to have to purchase the digital album separately. So I asked about this and Ben sent me a code to download a copy. Fantastic service with zero hassle. I've been a fan/customer for about a decade and will be for decades more.

Mar 21,2023I needed to cancel a pre-order and Ben was helpful and responsive with making it happen. I had 2 pre-orders on different emails and sent the wrong order number to cancel, but Ben noticed it wasn't the version I wanted to cancel and informed me before going ahead with anything. I was able to get the proper order info from my other email to send to him to go through with the cancellation. Great attention to detail!
