Feb 02,2023Again these great guys came through! An album I have loved for a long time was once again, searched for, found, and is now on its way to my home to be played on my record player. Chillhop music and their customer service team are just the freaking best! I train CS reps for a very large company and I have shown them screen shots of my experience with you guys so they can learn casual, friendly and efficient customer service. Feb 02,2023(read the full story as the ending is a positive experience!) Well, usually very satisfied with Chillhop! But this time, ordered Racoon Plush toy whose quality is not good, and Winter 2018 repress whose color is nowhere like the picture, looks really bad... plus many tracks distort, so bad pressing maybe... Overall disappointed with my order... Wrote to them twice but no answer..... but then I got an answer (thanks Ben!) that was the most satisfying answer I got from a support team. They offered me to replace the slightly defective items totally free of charge and added some extras from their catalogs for the inconvenience. So in the end, really happy with my shopping experience!

Feb 02,2023I ordered a print but the postal service send it back to Chillhop after missing them twice. At first I've contacted Chillhop from a contact form on their website but the response time was quite slow. I contacted them again through Instagram and I received an email adress from Ben who helped my out just perfectly and really quick! A new print will be send out tomorrow and I cant wait to finally have it!

Jan 24,2023It’s nice to buy from a smaller company where you can get personal interactions. I sent chillhop a message asking if I could subscribe to the essential collections. Ben responded back and confirmed that something like that was in the works, and told me to keep an eye out! I wrote back a few months later to ask if it was still happening, since I hadn’t seen a chance to subscribe - ben confirmed that it had gone live and immediately sold out, but since he knew i had asked about it prior to it being available, he was willing to put together an invoice so i could buy one as well. This is basically a summary of every interaction i’ve had with chillhop - mistakes happen, but Ben is always super friendly and always makes things better.

Jan 12,2023It isn't often that you have to mark your experience on a same company twice in a week, but when it's deserved it's just deserved. Thanks to god it's all in favor of Chillhop, customer services is just from another planet. When they say that they care is because they do care. You see, vinyls come with a download code for bandcamp, mine didn't work for some reason, and they not only send me new codes, they do it in a zip zap instant moment (well not inmidiatly, but you get the idea. Is so reconfortable to find such much caring on a business today.
