Decided to send them an email to see if there was any problems with it.. They responded quickly and found out that there were some complications and that they would replace my order free of charge. Nov 01,2022The prints are lovely but they don't match the size description. If I order a A3 print I expect the actual print to be A3 not an A3 paper with a bold white frame that's not even equally broad on the sides. It didn't fit in an A3 frame with passepartout which is a shame...

I had a problem with my order and emailed customer service. Ben quickly responded and resolved my problem.
