Nov 13,2024I purchased a premium outdoor parasol and base from Christow. When I came to pack it away for the winter, it had heavily stained the patio with rust, so much so that it is proving very difficult and costly to remove. I contacted customer services and their response from Katelyn was not to keep the parasol outdoors and buy some patio cleaner. Seriously, their advice is to not leave an outdoor item, outdoors! Really poor service and product quality is questionable.

Nov 15,2024I have found this product has great design and quality. In fact my last order bought my total of these to 5! I have two kept in my greenhouse over winter for extra protection from the elements. Over these past few years I have found these are extremely useful as they hold so many plants/seedlings. The quality of the components impressive and they are ascetically pleasing to look at. They are always well packaged and very prompt in delivery. Happy to recommend.
