Dec 03,2024Ordered a Christmas tree and two holly silhouettes from Christow Home, one arrived faulty and I contacted their customer service department and they promptly sent a replacement which arrived in record time the next day, we have put our decorations up and they look brilliant and very tasteful.

Dec 03,2024A bit of a mixed review. Iredescent christmas tree looks lovely now it is assembled but had issues assembling it. Instructions said allow 15 mins but took 2 of us over 2 hours ( 2 needed to steady the product whilst clipping studs together). Top layer very fiddly to attach to next section but was slightly easier as the layers got larger. Unfortunately at least 30 of the pre clipped studs needed doing and the star at the top had 2 that could not be clipped due to positioning of led wire. We overcame this by using a piece of string to secure. Another tip is to check all the stud holes are clear before assembly and do one stud per section to steady it whilst assembling it. Think the reindeer must be even worse for assembly.

Dec 03,2024I’m still waiting to receive my order from Christow Home. It was ordered 2weeks ago. I let both Evri (the useless delivery service ) know that I’d not received my parcel And Christow Homes. They both said they’d investigate and get back to me. I’m still waiting!!

Dec 02,2024Large cold frame greenhouse. Purchased 2 which were delivered in good packaging. These were easy to assemble although I considered them rather flimsy and the wood split on one frame in one place when screwed together despite care taken. Also the resulting assemblies were not quite square although this is a relatively minor detail.

Dec 02,2024A good range of products at good prices, delivered quickly. The Christmas lamp that I ordered had a problem with some LEDs, something which can inevitably happen sometimes. When I reported this, the related correspondence was very prompt and a replacement was received very quickly. Very pleased with this service!
