Am very disappointed, they are cheap quality, packaged so they are all crushed and the majority of lights were wound round the tree trapping all the branches. It took me hours to sort them out to look reasonable. Will not be buying here again if this is the quality

Customer services were contacted and were extremely helpful. The team member listened to my problem, and patiently waited and confirmed I had received their email. Within a few hours, I had received confirmation that my product would be replaced. The replacement arrived the next day and works perfectly.
