We also stock a huge selection of Moroccan Berber rugs, all of which are handwoven using live organic wool and are imported directly from the Beni Ourain tribes of the Atlas Mountains.

I am pleased that this has been agreed and I have also informed Burghley of the same . There was no quibble whatsoever in relation to receiving the refund either. I have put this review on Trust Pilot , so that it is documented that City Cows have acted as per my request.

Sep 16,2023I placed two orders. First item was straight forward and delivered in good time. Updates received, impressed wirh the first item I ordered one more item. This has still not been received and query not resolved, not sure whether this is an issue with DPD or supplier fault. Either way I was informed that the item had been redirected back and not delivered. I have paid and not received the goods. I rechased by phone today and was advised I would get a call back, didn't get a return call. I'm disappointed and it has put me off ordering again. I was looking to order another hide but can't trust that it will be delivered.
