We also stock a huge selection of Moroccan Berber rugs, all of which are handwoven using live organic wool and are imported directly from the Beni Ourain tribes of the Atlas Mountains.

Aug 31,2023I haven’t received the rug yet as DPD couldn’t be bothered to deliver to me. I was outside the front of my property throughout my time slot so I know they didn’t even try. They are supposed to deliver tomorrow but I could be out so will have to pick it from the collection point. You need to change delivery people or penalise them for poor service

Aug 28,2023My second 1 star review for this “company”. I’ve had an issue ongoing since 4th June which is still unresolved some 3 months later due to their lack of customer service and responses. I even returned the faulty item over a month ago, at my own expense, as I was asked to in 1 of the 5 replies this shambolic “company” have mustered up over a 3-month period, and have not received a refund, replacement or even acknowledgement… so, not only have I had a terrible customer service experience but they have also now stolen from me by not raising a refund or replacement. Now reporting to trading standards, the ombudsman and anyone else I can… do yourself a favour and stay well clear!!

Aug 23,2023Ordered four sheepskin cushion from City cows ,messaged a couple of times to ask when order would be dispatched no reply then when they arrived three where the same and one different have repeatedly emailed for this to be sorted now over the period of two weeks got an email on the 11/8 saying they were sorry for late reply and then nothing not a peep !! Awful to be honest terrible customer service only gave two stars because of the quality of the cushion of the three that were matching fuming !!!

The best part about this company is you actually get the rug/item you see (not like many other suppliers!) it arrives so quickly & it’s the best I’ve seen,the quality and suppleness is outstanding. Not only that I change my mind on the cushions colour I chose & was offered a refund no questions asked however I chose an exchange & at no extra cost as I knew they too would be stunning and they are.Trust me you will not be disappointed. Aug 18,2023Be very careful what you order from this company, as their return policy is not good. If you return items they don’t always refund you, even with a receipt of return. With the delivery charge and return cost (as they suggest you should use recorded delivery) it is very expensive if you don’t like an item. Especially when they don’t refund you. I have rang numerous times and have been told they will call me back, which they never do. I have also messaged them and been ignored. Very expensive mistake buying and returning!
