My experience with Civic Financial was excellent! I was really impressed by their efficiency, promptness, transparency, and quick communication which led to a successful close. I definitely will recommend Civic and continue to work with their organization moving forward. The only reason I didn't score 5 stars is because the process took a bit longer than expected, but overall, I feel they did a great job! Thank you Eli Marcus.

Peter Edmunds was absolutely excellent. This was my first experience with a direct lender and he walked me through the entire process. He answered phone calls late into the night and early in the morning. He was in constant communication throughout the deal and was always ready to move. I HIGHLY recommend working with Peter if you are an investor, he knows his stuff and is willing to go the extra mile!

I have to send the same documents several times. It looks like there was some miscommunication between the personnel. Other than that I have an overall good experience with Civic Financial Services.
