Oct 16,2018Eric has been fantastic BUT..... the delays have been outrageous. We were supposed to close September 21st. Since that date we have had several different closing dates that fell through. The seller is getting frustrated and so are we. Civic made a mistake that is taking them 3 full days to try and get it fixed. Now the word is that it will be the end of this week. It’s putting us in a VERY tough position time wise. So very frustrated and very worried that we might not make it in time. *** update, I have changed the rating previously given, Paul from Civic contacted me right away, he worked very hard to make things right, we closed two days after my previous review. Civic obviously cares about their customers as long as they are aware of an issue. We are very pleased with the outcome, Thank you Paul and Eric for all your hard work, we are looking forward to partnering with you on our next project

Sep 26,2018I brokered a deal through Civic for 10 refinance properties. It was a 1 year deal for a client who had a 660 FICO. The client provided sufficient assets to show proof that he had enough money in the bank to pay all of the properties for the entire term. After going back and forth for months they decided to deny the loan, and would not provide a reason. I have never been treated less professionally in my life and I cannot imagine how successful this company can be denying a multimillion dollar deal and not providing the broker that brought it to them or the client with a reason.
