The service is not working. Moved into my new house a week ago and my internet was meant to be set up already. After trying to get it sorted for a week now, there’s still no internet. The customer service assistants are nice, we are not getting anywhere.
Easy to set up and quick resolution and response times.
ClearFibre network is good, but they failed to provide me with the wifi SSID & Key after the activation of network service.
Took advantage of their offer of a 9 month free period while my existing broadband contract comes to an end. Easy to order, engineer arrived on time and was efficient and pleasant. My wired connection is giving 904 Mbps download and 764 Mbps upload, so very happy with speeds and service so far. All good.
Very good install and connection
Connection issues, slow internet, not stable, I reported the issue several times and it is still bad. Internet can just shut down for like 10 seconds, so all your games and applications that use internet will disconnect. They sent me new router to replace my old one, it was worse then my old one.
Never heard of clearfibre until six months ago. Since then the customer service has been excellent. Kept us fully updated when we did have an issue which was resolved quickly as promised. Thank you. Highly recommend them.
3 weeks into nearly unusable internet including speeds 50x lower than advertised. Tech support 'applying fixes' despite nothing improving constantly. Poor communication often days without response. You know it's a matter of company resources when you've had business fibre infrastructure failures that are fixed within 24 hours but this is in it's 4th week now and they still haven't diagnosed the issue. Avoid and use a more well established provider.

ClearFibre was so helpful when I had a problem, would highly recommend them.
Replaced from BT and regret this decision. Got offers as they are installing in new builds (Redrow) in Basildon and my god, the connection is temperamental and my Arlo cameras does not connect to their router. Now need to pay monthly for static ip to test if this works. The range is not good. Feel like a Guinea pig taking this offer.
Excellent fast efficient service; minor issue quickly rectified. Importantly BB and router is as expected - reliable n fast.
