Absolutely atrocious service. Extremely unstable connection. Customer service that ignores you when you try to contact them. I'm still waiting for a response since Sunday despite calling and requesting an urgent look at our service. I'm glad we will be moving out before long, I wouldnt want anyone to have to go through the worst ISP I've ever experienced.

It's refreshing dealing with a company who is not forwarding their customer support calls out of the UK. like my old provider!! Great service.

Clearfibre was installed in our building and in the first 2 months it was great. Soon after every tenant is experiencing the same issue with the network being very slow and contacted Clearfibre and they didn’t listen to my issue at all. It’s not with the speed, it’s the connection that keeps dropping. I never had this issue when I had sky. I cannot even watch Netflix, play any online games…
Amazing service quick easy great value
Just signed up for a new account. Everything easy and straight forward. Only issue, reason for 4 stars, was that I had to call customer support to schedule a date for services installation, as I had no emails, calls or notices proposing dates to install new services from ClearFibre. Although this did not took long and was easy to schedule a date. After this installation was quick and well done! Happy with it so far. Good price for service and helpful customer support.
Identified issue quickly and arrange visit within a few days. Engineer that came was really helpful and friendly and got us online that morning.
16th October updated review. Engineer came and installed Clearfibre in less than an hour. Great wifi connection with 256Mbps download speed. Initial post: Put an order for wifi connection on September 11th, 2023. Still waiting for the engineer to bring the set up box for wifi connection after 4 weeks. The customer service is so poor, every time they take the call and get all the details and no response. Finally tried email to customer support. Nathan meticulously update every week that no engineers available. Never experienced such a poor service. Am I the only one with such an experience as all feedback seems very good.
It’s really easy to register and use. But the only thing is the Wi-Fi is really unstable.

Our wifi router was not working for months and we spent hours communicating to clearfibre via whatsapp. Thankfully after reviewing and giving feedback on trustpilot, Emma was very professional to resolve this immediately. So happy with with service ! Booked an appointment and had the executive at my doorstep on time! Kev, he is an amazing person, he did such a wonderful job. He also explained very well about how to use the router. I was so worried when he drilled a big hole but later on he did his job so neatly could not even say from where he has taken the wire ! He has a very good knowledge of what he is doing. I am very pleased with the speed.
Set up was very easy and speed is good. Not 1000Mb/sec, but more than I need.
Kev the engineer fitted everything. You cannot see where he has run cables. Everything was fitted and up and running within an hour of his arrival. Superfast speeds. First class service from Kev and excellent service all round! John
The installation takes a bit longer but overall good. They have a WhatsApp customer service team, which makes the troubleshooting efficient.

Oct 20,2023I have been waiting 5 weeks for an internet connection, since installation over a week ago they have by their own admission given me a faulty router. I have now been waiting for them to deliver me a new one and they keep lying saying it will come today and then not coming, when i then ring up the next day asking why it has not come they laugh and say we never said it would. I have emails and if they record phone calls you will clearly be able to see this. I have also been waiting 2 days for the manager to call me back as I tried to make a complaint within their company first but still heard nothing. for this reason I opened a complaint against the company. edit spoke with emma the manager who has been helpful
