I have not received a clear answer from the ClearFibre team regarding the activation of the WI-FI in my flat. It has been more than two weeks since I applied for the internet, and my attempts at emailing and contacting online customer service have failed to speed up the process or give me a clear indication as to how much longer I need to activate the internet.
Very simple once explained. Have not had any issues with it in the first fortnight.
The customer service is very good, they respond urgently on whatsapp.
My fibre had suddenly stopped working this morning. In this day and age not having access to internet is a major drama and puts me in a bad mood!! 🤣 I rang clearfibre support and tried a few resolutions upon their advice, however nothing worked. Luckily, Max and JJ were in my building doing installations, so they came and were able to immediately diagnose the problem and fixed the issue pretty quickly. I felt confident in what they told me what the issue was, it was explained in a very easy to understand way. They both had a lovely manner about them. Many thanks all for sorting my issue and getting me back online again.

The router was not connected until ClearFibre was reminded. The router kept dropping out. New Router didn't work at all. The computer said, "No internet, secured". I'm still waiting for my superfast connection via FTTH. I received an immediate and successful response to the above post. Emma talked me through the complications of the problem (largely my fault) and it was sorted out to my satisfaction.
Kev, the engineer, was great. Very professional and kept us informed throughout.

It took almost 3 months for Clearfibre to set up our internet. The incompetence was staggering and customer service was absolutely no help - we were repeatedly told “it should be fixed next week” for 2 months straight. There was no follow up or effort to provide stop gap measures like a Wi-Fi dongle despite us repeatedly requesting this. Avoid using them as internet provider

Used ClearFibre for a year while living in an apartment building. Had its occasional issue (builder damaged our fibre by mistake) but customer support were quick to send engineers and get the problem fixed. Otherwise, pretty much flawless service.
We moved into a high rise block of flats seemingly marketing working from home and 5G. It took six days to hook us up to the internet and after much chasing, apparently the connection service is only available 5 days a week! Shocking in this day and age. Since then, the internet just intermittently drops out - why on earth should I pay for wifi when I use my data so much????
Lots of disturbance Internet keeps stopping.Need to improve supply service.
Absolutely terrible. Customer service is an endless loop off "we will look into it and get a technical adviser to call you back"... they don't call back. Have been unable to get internet activated which severely impacts my ability to work. Zero communication on what the issue is or how they are working on resolving it.
The installation isn’t completed at the flat and no one called yet. It has been marked as complete and billing has started.
