Aug 31,2018I got the run around from 4 different so called top 10 brokers in the country. I was told it would cost me thousands to import my goods and I wouldn't take that for an answer. I found Clearit USA and they had me setup and cleared through customs in two days for the small cost of an annual import bond. Don't be fooled by CH Robinson, UPS or the like!!

Aug 30,2018So far going with a 5. My goods have not passed through customs yet and arrived at my door. But assume they will and then it stays a five! Response rate was amazing and they were very kind dealing with a newbie (in that I've never before bought tons of metal from a foreign country). Hoping it's smooth sailing and I will repeat the process. Oh, and if my "person" wasn't there someone else would fill in immediately.

Jul 31,2018I was expecting a shipment of books from China. It was my first printing job done overseas and had no idea what it involves to bring it into the US. Today my shipment was delivered and Clearit USA was instrumental in making this as smooth as possible. What surprised me was the speed, courtesy, knowledge and trouble-shooting ability of the company. At Clearit USA I dealt with someone by the name of Stacey (note to the CEO of Clearit: give Stacey a raise and don't ever let her go). She was amazing. She was online, on the phone, in the chatroom, whenever I or my assistant needed to talk to her. Smooth transaction! The company is highly recommended.
