Jul 15,2022Magdalena is a superstar Lawyer who represented my housing disrepair case against my landlord that is a local council, for years, I complained about my repairs to the council, only to be constantly fobbed off. So I decided to start a disrepair claim and choose Clear Law Solicitors as a recommendation from a friend who works in law, I was assigned Magdalena who took charge of the case straight away, she was absolutely relentless in pursuing my case with the council. In very little time the council agreed to do all the repairs and awarded me compensation for the distress it had caused me. Honestly, I was surprised how fast the council settled as I had been trying for years by myself to get the repairs done. If your housing is in disrepair then seek the advice of Clear Law Solicitors. Ive just read how so many other people are geting ignored on this site regarding the same issues! Ive sent you emails and message on your Facebook page .I've phoned and still no one has answered my question. If you can't do anything for me then just say that and reply to my emails ! How disgusting it is that you feel you can treat people like this !

Jun 06,2022I reached out to Clear Law Solicitors from an advert I saw on Facebook for Housing Associations and disrepair. I have dealt with the same solicitor from an initial phonecall throughout the life of my claim which took around one year from start to finish. The advice given to me by Clear Law, which I followed to the tee and the solicitors communications with the HA resulted in my disrepair being rectified and me receiving compensation and a decorating voucher. I'm really happy with the service and the fact that whenever an email was sent it triggered a text message to let me know which was really helpful for someone who doesn't constantly check my inbox.

Had my case transferred to these clowns after pure legal went bust, heard nothing for 5 months so thought I'd give them a ring. 2 days later I get an e mail stating that my claim is on hold because pure legal shouldn't have said you have a claim ? They are all just timewasters, and if novitas loans think they are going to extract a single penny from me for what is basically 2.5 years of false promises and failure, I say spin on it !
