I had such a good and carefree experience with Clinichub!! From the moment i first contacted them i was taken care of. Huge thanks to İlayda my coordinator who answered all of my questions- and they were a lot :)- through booking and after, not leaving space for questions or doubts in my head. About the trip and the stay in Turkey i want to thank Halit, Imene, Ozge and Miray who made sure im always informed about what’s comping up and they always addressed my concerns. I had rhinoplasty with Dr. Emrah Çelik. He was very listening to my wishes while having our meeting. After seeing my early results even if I’m still very much swollen i can see he did a very good job and i am sure he was the best surgeon for me. Overall i felt safe the whole time i was there and i would 100% recommend you booking with Clinichub.
I scheduled bariatric surgery through ClinicHub Sales with Mariyam. I cannot say enough about how wonderful she has been during this experience. She answered all of my questions and followed up with others if she did not have the answer. She worked extremely fast to secure my accommodations and did an amazing job explaining the process to me. She was very friendly and responsive and I did not have any issues. I completely trust this process and look forward to working with this team. I will have surgery on December 12 and I am very excited to do it with ClinicHub thanks to Mariyam!!
Where do I even begin? I would like to firstly thank Mine from the sales team at Clinic Hub for the package deal. My surgeon Dr. Salim Gümüş who successfully fitted the gastric balloon for me on 28/02/23. My dietitian Duygu Açan, who worked with me throughout my journey from 28/02/23 to 30/11/23. The communications team Halit, Miray, Vilma, Özge,Yiğit and Hülya run a robust operation service alongside the drivers. Also Dr. Ahmet Şirinocak who safely removed the gastric balloon for me on 30/11/23. My experience has been extremely positive and successful. From 28/02/23 to 30/11/23 I was able to loose 26KG. My starting weight before the gastric balloon was 108KG I am now currently 82KG. But remember the surgery is only part of the journey you need to workout and eat the right food. It's imperative that you also continue with the diet provided to you by your dietitian! I would also recommend that you read the diet document before contacting the dietitian as everything is clearly explained. Lastly, I would recommend that you download translate on your phone. When you go abroad anywhere you are responsible for your communication. Thus the translation app will help you to communicate much better. I am honestly so greatful and thankful and would recommend their services to anyone. Thank you Clinic hub you have changed my life 💕💕
I was r4ped while under anesthesia, and Clinic Hub staff did everything in their power to silence me, interfere with my attempts to get a post r4pe exam, and to involve the Turkish police. From that moment on I was on my own, and received no medical assistance post-op. I was forced to sign medical waivers, and release forms, and told that if I attempted to seek medical contact outside of them they would not help me. Please do your research, do not use clinic hub, do not travel alone if you're able to have someone go with you. The police number in Istanbul is 155 or 112. Seek support from your consulate in your country, not the one located in Istanbul (they are Tukish, and do not want to help) Have your government involved as soon as possible. This is a common issue with Clinic Hub.
Ich habe meine Nase beim Dr. Emrah Çelik Dezember 2022 machen lassen. Der Arzt selber hat gute arbeit geleistet und ich bin mit dem Erscheinungsbild meiner Nase sehr zufrieden. Jedoch war der Aufenthalt im Hotel unter der Beobachtung der Krankenschwester einfach nur schlimm. Man sagt einem Sie würden in einer halben Stunde kommen es vergangen jedesmal 3/4 std bis jemand da war. Zudem habe ich etwas schlimmer als gewöhlichlich auf die Op reagiert, war teilweise blau im Gesicht und am Halsbereich, die Schwellungen haben bei mir nicht nachgelassen. Das schlimmste war als die „Krankenschwestern“ einen Zugang legen wollten. Es sind insgesamt 4 Schwester gekommen und keiner dieser haben es hinbekommen meine Arme waren dannach komplett blau. Nach einigen Monaten habe ich mich beim Team gemeldet aufgrund dessen das ich halt nicht gut atmen kann und sehr oft Nasenbluten habe. Mir wurde seit März 2023 gesagt, dass man sich bei mir meldet. Das ist leider nie passiert trotz mehrmaliges Anschreiben. Bei Problem wurde man immer nur vertröstet, dass der Arzt sich bei mir meldet. Leider war die Kundenbetreuung im Nachhinein sehr schlecht. Es war so ein Gefühl wie „Das Geld wurde ja schon gezahlt weiteres brauchen wir nicht tun“ Deswegen war es im Großen und Ganzen leider unterdurchschnittlich. Schade für den Arzt, daher er eigentlich gute Arbeit leistet und ich gerne eine Weiterempfehlung gemacht hätte.
My wife had a nose job, I had 360 lipo and did my hair with omgclininc via Clinic hub. Overall, the team did a great job. Ilayda is my absolutely favorite person who seem to be available at any time and helps when other team members are behind. At the hotel, Vilma is going extra mile to meet patients, give an advice. The stay in the hotel is very comfortable, great breakfast (which will become highlight of your life for some time ahahah). Nurses are very supportive, doctors will visit you after the surgery, meds will be provided. You will likely stay overnight in the hospital before or after the procedure. Those stays were also comfortable and Clinichub coordinated it all, great job! In terms of the results - it's too early to say, but looks promising. My wife's nose looks great! Dr. Yusuf Orhan did a solid job and she mentioned he was very direct and honest during the consultation. BTW, girls, if your nose is already fine, just don't do this procedure. I saw a few girls who came here with a perfectly fine nose to begin with, and of course they were not happy after.. It has to make sense.. My lipo went well, dr. Hasan supported me all the way through, the outcome looks great. I did have minor seroma after, which I had to drain back home but those have disappeared. No skin damage, no weird deformations. All in all, I would trust Clinichub staff to come back for another body transformation. Cheers!

Totul a fost la superlativ, spitalizare,hotel,personal, doctori de exceptie, asistentele veneau din ora in ora sa verifice starea pacientului, doctorul clinicii , medicul chirurg... nu am cuvinte sa multumesc indeajuns tuturor celor implicati in procedura operației. I had a great experience with Clinichub during my rhinoplasty surgery. All the staff have been very supportive and kind. I would like to thank my coordinator Meriç for her help and answering my questions. I would also like to thank my surgeon Dr Eymen for performing my surgery, and I’m very happy with the result. I would like to thank the post op doctors and nurses for helping me out, and thanks to Alina, Sumeyye, Ozge, and Miray for being very kind.
Do not use Clinichub I have had botched double blep my results have left me with so many complications I have tried on two different occasions to get help from post opp care and been fobbed off and left with no solution it will cost me thousands to have reconstructive surgery

I wanted to give a higher rating but unfortunately I cannot. The first thing that was a red flag was the pricing they will try and squeeze as much out of you as possible and actually getting a fair price is quite difficult. I was told a price and then all of a sudden it changed when they put it in the system on the online hub, trying to say my deposit doesn’t count for my overall price. I felt it was very devious and also cheeky to try do this when I was spending around 6k. Different coordinators were saying different things and I think they try and confuse you and all that so they can get as much money from you. Once the money was sorted out when I got to Turkey I realised that I had to share every single trip with someone else in order for them to save money which I was not prepared for. I actually had to share a car with someone who was going into surgery the next day, her grandma and a French girl who had been cancelled for surgery for being sick. This was a five minute trip BACK to the hotel and this was as soon as I got out of surgery the next day, how irresponsible to put someone in a car that is unwell? The girl I kept in contact with who had the surgery the next day and actually ended up in hospital with an infection for a week. This very likely was caused by sharing a car with someone who was unwell. They also try and get you to buy more things things like the massages (I do not recommend them) they do nothing the first massage only went on for 5 minutes and up selling overpriced things like arnica cream for £10… I just didn’t like the overall feeling of being sucked for money. I also wanted to get PRP After being told the price which was like €50-80in the taxi I go there and they were all sniggering and saying €200… and when I said something they said I will give you a discount.. no thanks. When I was there I found the staff to be really nice I actually had a great stay at the hospital the nurses were lovely and the coordinators overall were very nice. I actually felt very safe and they actually came into my hotel every day to check on me the nurses and the doctors. I have to say they’ve got a good system on taking care of you when you come out of surgery. The nurses were so sweet I will never forget how lovely they were! I had a good experience with Doctor Dogus, he was very direct but I found him fair and realistic some peoples opinions vary but I liked him just didn’t have enough time to convey what I wanted. I think the problem with seeing a doctor just before surgery if you have no time to think I got told I needed to take some fat from my leg because I didn’t have enough (big mistake). Overall I find a very talented doctor but i’m not sure how good he is at taking criticism or if he’s been informed about my leg lipo which is arguably looks deformed. He did great liposuction on my stomach my chin and gave me a great shape. I’m not unhappy with but I’m left with a really uneven result on my legs. I have been messaging them since May until a couple of weeks ago in now September. Absolutely no acknowledgement, no advice nothing from the doctor nothing from the coordinators. I actually feel really robbed. I’m quite self-conscious to wear a bikini. I would’ve been more than happy to just hear the doctors opinion and we could’ve left it there maybe even a refund for that area this review would have never happened. Yet there is nothing no getting back to me, no acknowledgement, nothing. They’ve ignored me, so once they get the money if anything goes wrong don’t ever expect any type of resolution. Overall I didn’t think it was a bad experience when I was there but unfortunately the after-care and ignoring I have to only give two stars. Clinic hub please treat people better and not just think about money and sweeping people under the carpet when there is issues. Every single message I sent was very polite and reasonable. Completely unacceptable.
Hello From the Netherlands, I am usually not the type of person to share reviews but here I am. I seriously don’t know what else to do. I’d like to share this experience to help anyone else. I’ve even been at clinichub twice, so please trust me when I tell you. I regret my decision so much. On May 9th, 2022 I went to Dr. Samil Sahin for an rhinoplasty. This went alright. The results were alright. And the experience could be better but it was ok. I was 17 years old at that time and went with my mother. It was very painful but I did get the help I needed. The only dislike I had was that I couldn’t really have a good conversation with the doctor before my surgery. The first time I spoke to my doctor was 15minutes before the surgery. Overall my experience was alright. I did ask my coordinator on whatsapp if I would get an 3d scan so I would know what to expect as the result. He told me that they would do that but sadly that didn’t happen. (Clinichub makes many fake promises to make you feel better) Now here is my bad experience: On May 25th, 2023 I went to Dr. Hasan Ozan Kurt for 3 procedures. Keep in mind that this time I was 18 years old and coming for the surgery by myself. No one was able to come with me and they promised me that it would be ok. They always told me that the nurses would take very good care of me. On the surgery day they would let me speak to the doctor 20 minutes before the surgery. This is what I told Hasan Ozan that I wanted. 1: A very lifted fake looking breast lift with implants with minimal scars 2: A chin and neck liposuction 3: A Dimpleplasty 2 Sides First let’s talk about the results BREAST LIFT AND IMPLANTS: My breasts aren’t looking fake. It’s not even 2 months further and they have already begin to sag. The scars are very messy. They also didn’t gave me any good creams whatsoever. The doctor also didn’t mention how much CC implants he used. So basically nothing went right. I woke up with 2 drains the doctor didn’t even tell me I would have drains. (I am literally phobic for drains) CHIN AND NECK LIPOSUCTION: The doctor didn’t even make an before and after picture. I must say I am happy with the results but my face got swollen for literally 1.5 months. And I looked like spongebob. Swelling is absolutely normal and everyone is different. But he didn’t prepare me for the swelling at all. And an before and after picture would maybe calm down my head. DIMPLEPLASTY 2 SIDES: The doctor literally made 2 holes. They looked like piercings not like dimples. He told me the results may in some cases not be permanent but they would at least stay for 6 months. It’s 2 months further and my left dimple literally disappeared and my right dimple is a hole. Now I shared my dislikes about my procedures. This is the way I got treated: I’ve got my surgery and I woke up after 6 hours. I’ve never felt so much pain, coldness in my entire life. The pain didn’t stop. At a moment like that you would expect them to treat you with respect and comfort you. Especially when you’re coming alone. They put me into an hospital where no one could even speak or understand english. I had no Wifi and stayed there for 2 days. The nurses we’re very rude. I was in so much pain I couldn’t move. They would let me in pain for hours. I would scream for help and they told me to not cry. I was pushing the button and the next day someone from clinichub came by. She told me this: “The nurses are very bizzy and they want to help you” She really didn’t even care and acted like them being bizzy was my responsibility. Because I was in much pain and could barely walk I had to stay an extra day. The next day I could to back to my hotel and they made me get into the car for a 30 min drive. Every bump and everything was so painful. The car ride was awful. The pain kept on going and I didn’t eat for 3 days. My 6 other days the doctors kept on being late and not giving me good help. I went home and normally the doctor would contact you 1 month later to talk with you about the results etc. I didn’t hear anything from Dr. Hasan Ozan Kurt Since! As time went bij I started to realise I wasn’t happy with my results and thought about reaching out. When I tell you It’s been a month and not even one person helped me correctly. I still didn’t get the chance to talk with the doctor and I really just want help. I don’t know what else to do. Thank you for reading this and I hope it at least helped you a little bit.
Absolute untrustworthy, unprofessional but very professional scammers! I had initially been booked for a gastric sleeve but had caught an infection which ideally means I cannot have surgery! Repeatedly telling staff I have an infection they still admitted me done all my tests and prepared me For the morning only to be told I cannot have my surgery due to my infection and that I should come back another time. I have a special needs child I was left hopeless with the service the surgeon himself came to to see my face for a nano second knowing of my infection and still decided it was ok to proceed! The anaesthesia surgeon declined which I knew was the right thing? Be very careful as what they done was charge me for the surgery the one night stay all the tests and props they used. When I asked for my refund it took me two months after various negative conversations which turns out they had not even told the finance department of the hospital to refund me! They had the anudacity to blame me for everything so I got my solicitor involved and one thing I have seen is not what you know it’s who you know in Turkey or situations like this. Absolute scammers . It was a lot of money I will be honest and I found another surgeon who I crossed paths with before, gave me a strong course of antibiotics and a few days later I had my surgery and im so glad I didn’t have it with them as my life was on the line with them, please be very careful they’re dodgy
I would like to warn everyone to watch out i felt like that they were trying to scam me and i think they really were trying to scam me because they give people for 2024 a ridiculous high of a price (9,250,00) euro and different prices to some other people no matter if you are put in the same category like complicated rhinoplasty or revision complicated or not it’s like the coordinators just make up prices trying to cash in a lot of money they just simple don’t care and they take sometimes too long before they reply really bad service. Answer: Nope there are no other categories if you say there are more how would people know if you all trying to scam them or not because that means that you all can come up with whatever. That’s not what my coordinator said to me my coordinator said that all prices should all be the same to each category so what is it? one of you is lying. No the price is just really too high some doctors are great but sorry they are no god the price should go down a bit i’m sorry and that’s just my opinion.
I have no problem with Clinichub as a agency although the staff really need to improve their English. I got quoted by dr. Emarh celik by4900usd and the surgery results were not worth it I cried for a whole month for the dissatisfied and disappointed nose I was way more pretty before surgery my nose was shaved a lot the alar rims were overdone tips were deprojected and nastril were too weird… so sad .. so sad.. plus doctor was impatient and a bit rude wasn’t like he treated youtube I was scared and the whole consultation in 5mins was uncomfortable I could tell his staff were scared too.. I’m not botched but seeking for a revision soon after my cast off I knew it wasn’t right !
Today I am 1 year and one month post op. I had my nasal surgery on July 1, 2022 with Dr emrah celik. It did not go completely smoothly. First of all, I actually had my nasal surgery in the middle of July. A month and a half before my surgery I was told that my doctor was at a medical conference and therefore could not operate on my scheduled date. But I had already paid for the flights half a year before. After a long back and forth, even ignoring my coordinator, I got a new appointment. They kindly covered the cost so I could rebook the flights. Arrived everything went smoothly so far. It was said that an x-ray of my teeth would be taken, but was not in the end. One day before my surgery, or the day I was brought to the hospital, blood was taken. The nurse didn't even have gloves on for this!!!! Very unhygienic. On the day of the surgery (I was the last) the doctor came in briefly for 5 minutes to discuss how my nose should be. I would have liked to have a longer conversation here to enumerate all the details. One felt pressured. A nurse came in and gave me food, I asked again if I was allowed to eat anything at all, since my surgery was pending, he had agreed and said yes I was allowed to eat something. When my anesthesiologist came later, she had made me stupid why I eat something. Everything was a mess. When I was picked up in the operating room, everything went very quickly. I woke up and I was very sick, but I had no pain. I was very well the days and on the day of the cast removal I had almost no swelling. What I noticed right away was the slanted nose. To explain again: the doctor would have been apparently at a medical conference, but I saw later that he was in fact on vacation... I was lucky that my nose was not much swollen the months. But what bothers me about my nose today is the following: I still have a slight hump on my nose. My nose was not sewn together well, you can see the places where the nose was sewn together. I don't know if it's because of my nose or because I was the last one to be operated on, since the other women were each inside for 3.5 hours or the doctor wanted to finish sooner. My nose is still crooked. Unfortunately, you can see it very clearly. I am not 100% satisfied and am even considering whether I will make a revision.
1 star as I can't give 0, as after filling up the whole procedure to get a query, sending pictures, wasting my time I was told to wait for respond about the price. Never came up. They just ignore and undermine potential customers. Testifies very bad about the quality of customer service. Rubbish company. I am glad I am doing my procedure at clinic where they value you as a human and potential patient.

Întreg procesul a fost la superlativ: de la întreaga echipa medicală până la transferul de la aeroport, condițiile din clinică, suportul nutriționistului, medicamentația de după. Orice nelămurire mi-a fost clarificată și la orice întrebare am primit răspuns în timp util. La doar o săptămână după intervenție, mă simt foarte bine, ceea ce nu mă așteptam! Mulțumesc

Dec 21,2023Very good clinic. If you want a rhinoplasty you should definitely go to clinichub. I did my surgery 9 months ago and i love my results. When you arrive in turkey you will have transfer from the airport to the hotel and also from the hotel to every necessary appointment. The service was good and if we had any questions during our stay in instanbul the clinichub team made sure to provide all answers. The hotel was super clean and luxurious. Not too far from the city of Istanbul( about 15-20 min).The only thing that i did not like is that we had to go to the hospital very late at night, go through a back entre, and wait there for hours. ( no one was there to tell us what is going on( and the hospital had no staff available so me and my mom were alone with another patient and his dad??! Other then that i am pretty happy:) Me and my mom also met a girl from the team called Berfin. She was the sweetest. She made sure that i was ok and texted me to check on me multiple times after the surgery. She even took us (me and my mom) to the city of instanbul and we shopped and had so much fun. She also took us to the local restaurants so we could try Turkish food, we tried Turkish coffee, sweets and much more. If i needed anything she was always there to lead me and provide all the information i needed. Overall i felt safe and taken care of witch is the most important. Having fun was a plus:):)
