Jun 21,2023Feedback about clinic hub I would like to share my experience with clinic hubs. I came to turkey to get my rhinoplasty, As soon as I landed In Turkey I felt uneasy. I was waiting at the airport for 30 mins in the car park as the car that was meant to collect me broke down, I was then transferred to get blood tests. The lab that I was taken to to complete the blood test was old, dirty and not professional. Once this was completed I was taken to the hotel. The surgery coordinator advised it would be a 5 star hotel. The hotel was more was like a 3 star After being in turkey for one night and two days I cancelled my operation with clinic hub as I felt extremely uncomfortable with the service, hotel and communication. I had serious concerns regarding my surgery and proceeding with clinic hub. I asked to have a face to face video call with the surgeon prior to my travels over I was told this wasn’t available. I would meet him the morning of the operation, this also just added an extra layer of anxiety for me. Overall would not recommend clinic hub, you seem like a number in a production line not important at all, they lack that personal touch!

Jun 14,2023First of all, they have always responded to me quite quickly from the first contact to the day of arrival. They have always answered all my questions and have informed me of the entire process, you have to be patient because there are thousands of people they have to attend to. Good communication. The day of arrival the collection was fluid as well as the day back home. The organization of the clinic seemed incredible to me, from the carriers to the coordinators to the nurses, etc. Alina has undoubtedly been wonderful, she helped me at all times and did everything possible to make me feel comfortable and at home, it gave me great peace of mind to see her in the lobby, she even gave me a box with merchandising from the clinic, a great detail . She was every day at my hotel, Dedeman Bostanci. The hotel was also a very good experience. Not to mention how incredible the nurses at both the hospital and the interns at the hotel were, I had certain complications and I called them practically every day to attend to me, very willing to help and super careful, although the language is a barrier, they They did their best to understand you and communicate. I definitely recommend Clinichub for its great service and attention. On the other hand, I trusted to put myself in the hands of Dr. Emrah Celik to perform a rhinoplasty and I am delighted with the result. Today I am 6 months postoperative and my life has changed. I am very happy with my new nose. He understood perfectly what he wanted and he knew how to match my features, give me a natural result. The only downside I can say is that they don't have a good service after the operation, when you return home nobody follows you up or asks for photos or makes any video calls, so if something happens to you it's a problem... Obviously they cannot do a physical examination, but they could improve the service after the operation once you are back in your country. From my experience, I could not have asked for anything more, everything was exceptional, they have always given me good energy and peace of mind and I was certainly not wrong. THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO SUPPORTED ME AND MADE IT POSSIBLE.

May 25,2023From start to finish Dr. Onur and the ClinicHub team we’re absolutely amazing to me! I saw Dr. Onur’s work on Instagram and knew the breast augmentation pictures were exactly what I was looking for so I was super happy to get an appointment with him. I came in without a super clear idea on what size I wanted and Dr. Onur helped me pick a size perfect for my body. He is very knowledgeable which made me feel secure and that I was in safe hands, especially traveling alone from the US. I am one week post op from a breast augmentation and am already super happy with the results! Dr. Onur is truly amazing at what he does. The nurses were also absolutely incredible! As well as my field coordinator, Abir, Ekin in patient relations, the whole communication team, Güzide, Miray, Özge, and especially my patient coordinator, Dilan who was helping me even months pre-op with all of my questions. From the communication at all times of the day, the kindness I received with every staff member and the eagerness to help me get to appointments on time, these women were outstanding. Not to mention the nurses on call during my night stay at the hospital who were so so lovely and helped me get through a rough recovery, I could not have made it through the first night without the nursing staff. Clinichub also worked hard to get me an extra few days at the hotel due to my surgery being pushed back in which I am super thankful for. I am blown away by the care I received last week and super happy with my results already! If you’re thinking about coming from overseas I would definitely recommend doing so and requesting Dr. Onur!

May 21,2023If I could give Clinichub 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! I had DETRIMENTAL complications as a result of the NEGLIGENCE of Clinichubs surgeon. I have tried on multiple occasions to contact Clinichub regarding this and they have completely ignored me as they refuse to take accountability of their wrongdoings. They do not care about you when things go wrong they just take your money and wash their hands off you! Please AVOID using Clinichub!

May 11,2023If you’re thinking of having a nose job in the clinic. Please don’t ! I had mine with Dr.Emrah Celik on June 1st 2022. I didn’t meet the doctor till the morning of the surgery, for 5 minutes to tell him what I want. I mean 5 minutes for a surgery that can change your whole life must be a joke. Lately I’ve been noticing the my septum is slightly deviated to one side, and that a part of my bridge has been shaved more than the other. Also, the point of my surgery was getting a more defined tip, which didn’t happen at all, my tip is still big and it’s not swelling, it’s been 1 year now ! The cherry on top is the very very very bad communication and post op care. I have contacted the Dr because I wanna schedule a call to talk abt these concerns, he confirmed that someone will contact me : I waited for 2 weeks and Nothing, then I had to contact him again to remind him and that’s when someone got in touch with me on WhatsApp, he asked me questions then disappeared and never got back to me, few days later another person messaged me to ask me the same questions again, and till this day, never got back to me. And their excuse was « we are so busy we receive so many questions » ok this doesn’t seem like my problem to handle, and why contact someone to disappear afterward, like how the hell does this help me resolve my problem !!! I really really don’t recommend this clinic or Dr Emrah Celik, and I will leave reviews on all rhino groups/pages so that people don’t waste their money for nothing. May 10,2023Ma numesc Cristina Mihaela si impreuna cu Andreea , coordonatorul in acest proces, am ales calea cea mai potrivita sa obtin rezultatul asteptat... avand dubii initial, am ales si eu si sotul sa facem interventii cu CLINICHUB. sa vorbesc despre oameni, interventie ??? TOTUL PERFECT!!! Am facut interventie cu dr.HASAN KURT...un inger cu maini de aur...spitalizare,hotel,personal, doctori de exceptie... din ora in ora veneu asistentele sa verifice operatia, doctorul clinicii , medicul chirurg... nu am cuvinte sa multumesc indeajuns tuturor celor implicati in procesul acesta de pre si post operator. Oameni cu daruire si bunatate , umanitate si caracter ! Felicitari ! Andreea, cred ca toti care au colaborat cu ea , au realizat ce fel de om este ! Multumesc!

Vilma always made sure my post op care in Turkey was handled on time with extra care and all my queries were answered. Vilma was always motivating and empathetic to me and other patients during difficult times. Vilma always go the extra mile to assist me during an emergency. Vilma is the reason why I am a loyal customer. I wish ClinicHUB can provide a post op care in London with Vilma in charge.

Apr 27,2023Traveling to turkey from the UK seemed overwhelming and nerve wracking. I’m glad I booked with clinic hub as it seemed the stress free option. It was great getting collected from the airport, travel took about 40mins to the hotel. (van was nothing like what you see on the influencer videos on YouTube) The hotel was nice. Sadly my room had a broken fridge so I couldn’t keep my ice packs cold, I had to keep asking reception to give me ice for my nose swelling. Hotel food was over priced and not that great, if you do stay at the Dedeman order the lentil soup! That was great. Eventually reception stopped answering room service requests, which I guess is because they are fed up on the ice bucket requests from other patients Alina and the team in the reception are the ladies that greet you and talk to you whenever you need help. Alina was amazing! She is the highlight of my travels, she offered her preferences of places to visit and she was kind and friendly. I appreciate getting the lift from the hotel to the hospital, the nurses didn’t speak English but I didn’t expect them to. They were kind and sweet and even if I had to use Google translate they tried hard to communicate with me. I met with Emrah Celik just before surgery, I advised my deviated septum and a slight aesthetic adjustment, he was honest and told me what he could achieve due to my facial structure and thick skin. He high fived me on the way out and was kind. I felt a little apprehensive before meeting him due to other reviews. The morning after surgery Celik came to check on me, and seemed kind. He was talking in Turkish and laughing to the other nurses, who didn’t laugh back and seemed uncomfortable. He then asked to follow me on Instagram and started going through my images and I presume talking to the nurses about my old nose as he zoomed in on one of my images. That made me feel a little insecure. When I arrived at his office to have my cast taken off, just before Me and other patients entered the room, we heard a glass smash on the Floor. When we walked in the other nurses in the room looked like they felt uncomfortable, I assume there was an argument prior to us entering. When I had my cast removed Celik seemed like his mind was on other things, he did show me how to massage my nose and hand me the mirror, so he did everything right. But… As I got up off the chair he was looking out the window, looking frustrated, when he saw I was looking at him he turned and smiled. And then that was it. I follow Aaron Kosins on Instagram and he’s so lovely with his patients, he takes photos with them and makes them feel good. I wished I had that experience. The surgery felt like a business transaction and I would have appreciated if there was more sincerity in the fact my face will now look different for the rest of my life. I walked away from cast off day feeling a little empty. Overall the surgery was fine, Im still healing. When I arrived home I asked the post op nurses for some advise about my stitches and sent through images, it took a couple of days for them to respond to me and the advise wasn’t helpful. So I had to visit a UK doctor to get some help.

Apr 25,2023My honest experience Tummy tuck/360lipo/breast lift I can’t fault my journey with clinic hub my experience has been amazing. I sent my initial enquiry and my sales rep was Ata, he answered all my questions and communication was prompt and precise. Abir was my point of contact when I got to Istanbul and she has been great in directing me to my appointments and also helping with translation to make sure I understood everything that was going on My surgeon Dr Burak was fantastic and my results have turned out better than I ever could have imagined. Dr Burak really listens to you and makes sure you understand every step of the procedure he genuinely cares about his patients. I had a few complications which can happen in any surgery but he dealt with them promptly and in fact was over cautious to make sure I made a full recovery. On my last consultation my belly button hadn’t quite healed Dr Burak said it would heal itself but again he was over cautious and stitched it just incase and also issued a further course of anti biotics just to be safe. The nurses in the hospital are very attentive however I had 2 nurses who were especially attentive and caring that took care of me on night shift. One of the nurses spotted one of my complications and she was straight on the phone to the Dr to get it all fixed for me. She seen I was upset and even though her English was not great she showed a great deal of compassion towards me. The nurses in the hotel are all lovely but again a special mention to a nurse called Melisa she came to see me straight after my surgery and was there for me on my return to the hotel to take care of me she was lovely and calmed me down and came to my room as soon as I needed her. She seemed to take great pride and care and always done my dressings and massage the best. I will say though there was a couple of times i was waiting 1-2 hours on a nurse coming to see me but on those occasions it was not an emergency I can’t stress enough how important lymphatic massage is. The nurses provide this at the hotel at an extra cost and it is painful but in the long run they really make the difference to alleviate the pain I would also recommend that if you are traveling to have tummy tuck surgery that you take someone with you. I feel my experience would have been very different if I didn’t have my partner to help me.

Apr 22,2023My experience with clinic hub was amazing, from the consultation process to my stay in turkey and return to the uk was awesome.. they were very patient, understanding and very helpful.. I remember wanting to postpone my appointment and procedure due to my visa issues. The team was very supportive helped postpone without any issues and gave me the best advice on my visa etc.. the communication team özge and miray were the bestest communication team ever.. I never felt alone throughout my journey even though I travel alone.. I arrived at Istanbul very late but still had my transportation waiting.. I felt very confident and happy ( that was my first time in turkey).. The hospital staffs were awesome, down to earth, soft spoken and professional..they had the sweetest smiles ever..I was supported throughout the process.. they were so helpful.. I am extremely thankful I had the best times to support my surgery.. I was properly informed of each process.. My dietician Aleyna ❤️❤️.. I honestly I am super happy and grateful to the clinic hub team.. looking forward to going through the recovery journey with the best team.. Thank you all

Apr 22,2023Ich bin begeistert! Dr. Burak Ersen ist ein wundervoller Arzt, durch seine ruhige Art und Weise hat er mir alle meine Ängste und Sorgen genommen. Die OP ist sehr gut verlaufen und das Ergebnis ist sehr gut geworden. Die Nach Versorgung durch Clinikhub war ebenfalls einwandfrei. Die Schwestern und die Betreuer waren 24 Stunden für mich da, egal welche Ursache, sie haben mir geholfen ohne wenn und aber. Ein besonderen Dank möchte ich an Vilma richten. Mit ihrer Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft, hat sie das ganze nochmal zu positiven Eindruck gemacht. Ich kann es euch empfehlen ihnen zu vertrauen, ihr seid in guten Händen bei ihnen. Apr 14,2023I had a BBL revision, breast reduction and lift, and Emax veneers done with clinichub. Body surgery was with Dr Dogus (please check RealSelf for my review). Clinichub is great in the services they provide which are logistics and nurses to assist you post op, however it is important to note that they are not specialised in post-op recovery care i.e. post up massages (they offer but only Gozde got it right for me), help with draining fluid, advice on swelling or any techniques you see in specialised recovery houses. Please make necessary arrangements especially for the days you are in Turkey to help your draining and swelling.

They have exceeded my expectations in every way and I cannot thank them enough. The care and service I have received has been exceptional. Dr You (Dr Orhan Ucal) is a truly talented and caring surgeon, and so is his team. Thank you so much to Vilma, Kseniiaa, Ozge, Miray and Bahar who looked so well after me and made my visit so comfortable. All of the nurses, drivers and communication team also were so amazing!

Mulțumiri d-lui dr Salim Gumus! Dumnealui a avut grija ca operația de gastric sleeve făcută soțului în februarie 2023 sa fie o reușită! Sunteți un colectiv bine închegat și minunat!

Apr 11,2023360 liposuction. The entire team of nurses was amazing Ozge ,Simge and the rest of the nurses you all did an excellent job.They were available 24/7 to meet our needs. Great communication skills and great coordination among each other. My hospital coordinator Ms Abir thank you great job done.sales representative Ms Dia for responding to my questions asap. And to My surgeon Dr Onur Akman thank you for a great transformation I interacted with you before the surgery and I immediately knew i was in safe hands.Thank you for your patience and thank you again for a swift response to my queries. .I’m one month post-op and I’m loving the results already .

Apr 11,2023I am a month post, my procedure was with Dr Burak Ersen. I felt safe communicating my wishes with him prior to surgery, he is very professional, 1000 starts with providing patient-centered care. He literally visited me and his other patients personally for 7 days even with Dr Ahmet being the post-op doctor for Clinichub. Liaising with the sales team/ coordinators can be a bit challenging at times but you will get there in the end . Once all is your in Istanbul the grounds team is one paint throughout the process such a as the Patient Relations Vilma is a diamond, nursing team Ismihan 100 starts, Melisa and Azra all wonderful. The hotel was clean, staff all friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was great but there was once gentleman that stood out to me shame I can't remember his name. Overall, I would and do recommend Clinichub and I will use them again if needs be in the future.

Apr 10,2023I had a procedure with wonderful Dr Burak ! He's very professional and amazing. Vilma from Patients Relations team was always very helpful and caring. Asking about my wellbeing daily. Gazde, Ozge, Sena and Azra from nursing team did a great job with massages , dressing changes etc. Post Op Dr Ahmet was great , proffesional. He was visiting me daily and making sure that everything is OK. The hotel was very clean , Ahmet from housekeeping was great , working hard , making sure that I have everything I need and always provided me with extra water as soon as I've asked. The food was super tasty ! Muhammed from catering was brilliant.

Doamna Andreea, coordonatorul meu, m-a ajutat enorm, s-a interesat regulat de starea mea de sănătate și mi-a răspuns extrem de rapid la toate întrebările.

From my first contact with my coordinator, Roger, until I met the surgeon, Samil Sahin, who operated on me, it was evident that Clinichub is a reputable clinic that fulfills people's dreams with safety and compassion. I feel extremely happy to have had my rhinoplasty procedure with Clinichub. Among all the clinics in Istanbul that I researched, Clinichub instilled the most confidence in me. There, you have access to information about the doctors, the hospitals they work at, and the hotel where you will be staying. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to Roger, my coordinator, who assisted me with all my questions at Clinichub. Roger was exceptionally patient and provided detailed explanations for any doubts I had. I traveled to Turkey specifically for my rhinoplasty, and the communication team, Özge and Miray, guided me from Arlanda Airport to Sabiha. They never left me alone throughout the process. Upon my arrival at Sabiha, they assisted me in finding my taxi, and everything went smoothly. They addressed all my concerns regarding transfers and any other queries I had, always displaying remarkable patience and kindness. They are truly lovely individuals. During my stay at the hotel, Vilma provided me with invaluable assistance. She is one of the most remarkable people I have ever met. Vilma consistently showed concern for my well-being, both before and after the operation. She clarified all my doubts and responded promptly to any inquiries. I am immensely grateful for everything, Vilma! You are incredible! The hotel also has an exceptional team of doctors and nurses who are readily available and visit us daily. Regarding Dr. Samil, I firmly believe that he is, if not already, the best rhinoplasty surgeon in Istanbul. When I met him, I felt secure, as he exuded a calm demeanor that brought me peace and confidence in his ability to perform my surgery. He achieved the exact outcome I desired for my nose. Although only two weeks have passed since my rhinoplasty, I already find my nose to be incredibly beautiful. Dr. Samil fulfilled a dream I had cherished for years by delivering the precise results I had envisioned. I want to emphasize that Clinichub is a reputable clinic with highly professional staff who not only fulfill people's dreams but also do so with a great deal of professionalism and compassion. Thank you, Clinichub, for being a part of my journey.
