Jul 30,2024I had a terrible experience with ClinicHub and Dr. Burak Ersen in October last year. Despite paying a significant amount of money for what was supposed to be a life-changing surgery, the results were nothing short of disastrous. Firstly, the surgery I received was not as per the agreed-upon procedure. My body now looks disfigured and far from the promised outcome, leading to a severely damaged self-image and depression. Before the surgery, I was assured that if I was not satisfied with the results, I could file a complaint. This turned out to be completely false. When I reached out to express my dissatisfaction, I received a dismissive response. Dr. Ersen blamed the poor results on my skin, claiming it failed to retract properly – an absurd excuse that shifts the blame to me instead of acknowledging their incompetence. It is clear that there is no real complaint process. Whatever the surgeon says is considered final, leaving no room for recourse. I feel utterly deceived and helpless. My body, which I have to live with every day, now fills me with shame and distress. Intimacy with my partner has become a source of embarrassment due to the way I look post-surgery. ClinicHub has refused to refund my money, showing a complete lack of accountability. I strongly advise anyone considering surgery with ClinicHub or Dr. Burak Ersen to reconsider. This has been a devastating experience both physically and emotionally. Dr. Ersen is not a skilled surgeon but a fraud and a butcher. Avoid this clinic at all costs.

The nurses, the doctors and the whole staff is available for any support at any time at the hotel which gave me so much peace of mind. The communication team is so supportive and helping especially Esra, özge, Miray and Inna. A big thank you to Arooj from the communication team for being so nice and helpful throughout my stay at the hotel. Highly recommend clinic hub to anyone who’s looking to get any surgeries done 👏🏻

Jul 22,2024I went for my rhinoplasty surgery with dr Emrah Celik on July 11th 2024. Booking with clinic hub was the best decision I made. The care from start to finish was 5 star and I couldn’t fault a thing. The girls from clinichub were comforting, polite and friendly. Any queries I had were answered quickly and efficiently. The daily visit from the nurse and doctor provided reassurance that I was healing correctly. The hospital was very nice and the food was nice too. The surgeon was polite and friendly and offered reassurance throughout my consultation and my cast off appointment. The hotel itself is beautiful, the pool was a great addition for my companion, and the food was top tier. I honestly have no complaints and would definitely use clinichub for any surgery’s I may want in the future.

I highly recommend Clinichub to all of my family and friends and even have a few interested in getting work done now!

Jul 20,2024I went to Turkey 7th July they picked me up from the airport clinic hub and were very nice, I was alone in the car my driver was called kartal he was nice enough to give me wifi. Once I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by the clinichub staff after checking into my room they were very nice to me and recognised me from last year as I got my boobs done by Dr burak. I went to get a BBL this year 2024 by Dr ozan, my surgery day was 9th July he was very nice to me and explained in detail how he was going to do my bbl he made me feel at ease, my translator was also nice she counted my money for me and told me everything was going to be okay she was very reassuring. My surgery went well it was very successful, I stayed in the hospital for one night it was a private hospital very nice food and room. The after care was good there was a minor incident with the nurses which kind of upset me but it was okay we managed to settle things it was just “miscommunication” on the 14th July I got my drains removed which went well then the next day on the 15th was the day I was returning back to the UK 🇬🇧 My experience was a 9/10 and the results of my surgery so far are amazing I can’t wait to see the full results after all my massages Dr ozan is really the best I’ll be back In November for a nose job I cannot wait. You guys should book clinic hub they’re great :)

Jul 18,2024EDIT: Clinic hub reached out after my review, said they would call me back and heard nothing since. They just want your money they don't care about you afterwards. I went for a rhinoplasty with Dr Eymen Oruc last year in August, my stay was overall good except for the hospital staff on the day of my surgery we're extremely cold and that made a nervous situation worse considering I was there by myself. On top of the fact there is NO consultation as promised to me when I booked, the surgeon came into my room a few minutes before I went in for survey. That's nowhere near enough time to go and tell your issues and concerns. When I went for my reveal I was dissapointed but I was expecting that after watching hundreds of rhinoplasty vlogs, but after returning back to the UK I realised my bump is still very much there and my nose was overall still big with just a slight improvement. I asked for advice they just said keep waiting it's normal. I also had to ask several times for my table pictures which I never received from Clinic Hub until I messaged the surgeon directly on Instagram. After 6 months of waiting my bump just got bigger and more prominent, almost exactly how it was before my nose job, and to make it worse my breathing was getting worse, I never had breathing problems prior to surgery I also started snoring. I cannot lay down now without struggling to breath, so now I am suffering from severe breathing issues and I don't even have a smaller nose. It was a waste of money and a horrible experience to go with. Now I have to spend 10 thousand to get it fixed from someone who actually cares about their patients, even after multiple times reaching out to both clinic hub and the surgeon directly they did not care at all the only response I got was please contact a ENT in the UK. I would avoid at all costs, people have had good experiences here but it's not worth the risk. Your gambling with your life by getting the procedure done at clinic hub.

The team was amazing literally made me feel a lot better knowing I can ask for help and advice. Abir was amazing I was so relieved after I met with her on the day of my surgery she advocated for me when I didn’t understand some things ❤️. The same with Ogze and Ezra who were super helpful and let me know when I was to be transferred and answered any questions I had Berfin was super kind and her smile without a fail always made my day The nurses and doctors where super kind I’m really glad that I chose Dr Eymen Oruc Im beginning to love my nose more and more each day.

I’ve had the chance to be treated by doctors who were not only extremely professional and knowledgeable in their respective fields but also realistic about the eventual outcomes of the services they offer. The administration and communications team are also a solid machine that keeps things running smoothly in a way that is very reassuring. They are reliable, prompt and eager to get feedback to help improve their already stellar service. Pertaining to accommodation, I’ve enjoyed a calm and relaxing stay so far. My experience here has made it such that Clinichub will undoubtedly be my first choice for any cosmetic treatments.

Jul 14,2024I came to Istanbul with clinichub for a rhinoplasty with Dr Ozan Erol and cannot thank them enough. The whole thing was so seamless from start to finish. I came on my own as a 24 female and completely felt taken care of. It was so easy to communicate and arrange the whole thing with them. The coordinators are super helpful and always respond efficiently. I was given different options for surgeons that suited my budget. Upon landing at the airport, there were clear instructions on how to get to the transfer which took me straight to the hospital where i filled out paper work for what felt like all night, but all necessary. There is a coordinator there to answer any questions you may have over the paperwork. the hospital staff looked after me the entire time I was there, ensuring my meds were administered and I was eating well. Dr Ozan came to see me the morning of my surgery for our consultation to go through what I wanted and to ask any questions. The recovery process was very straight forward. I spent a night in the hospital and the rest of the week in the 5 star hotel, all of which is arranged by ClinicHub. The hotel was perfect for relaxing and recoveri, with your own suite, breakfast included, located next to a metro station for venturing into Istanbul to explore in the later days of the recovery. A doctor and nurse will come to see you every day following your surgery to check on you. Which being on my own was a great comfort. Even now I am home in the UK I know I can message the team anytime I have a question. They sent me home with all of my meds, creams and sprays to clean my nose and a clear aftercare plan.

Aug 03,2024I booked my rhinoplasty through Clinichub which was very easy as it’s all done via WhatsApp. The package included bringing another person which I liked as it was already gunna be an expensive trip and the surgery itself was pretty seamless, I can’t fault my surgeon he was really nice and assured me he would do everything to get my desired nose as much as he could. However, the language barrier was a MASSIVE issue while at the hospital. None of the nurses spoke English and didn’t really have any interest in what we had to say, I had forgotten my charger at the hotel as it was all abit of a rush to get there and not a single person tried to help me, even though they ALL owned iPhones and were on a night shift. I couldn’t even text or call my parents before or after the surgery until I was back at the hotel. To be honest I was very excited to leave the hospital and be back at the hotel. There were nurses and people around to help pretty much all the time which I liked and was nice to explore the city. The hotel had a nice pool and the rooms were comfortable, however, again the language barrier of the hotel staff was an issue once again. We found them to be extremely rude, my partner has celiac disease and when we tried to enquire no one could be bothered to understand and they actually brought him a meal which was on a bed of pitta, after repeatedly telling them he was gluten free and using google translate. We had to travel 20/30 mins each night to get gluten free food just because of this issue. Over all I did enjoy my experience, I do wish there was a little more care put in from the Clinichub staff and nurses just to feel feel abit more comfortable, as it was my fist time having surgery. But I do understand at the end of the day, it is a business and they have multiple of people coming in and out every day. I would book with Clinichub again as it is a really efficient, but I would definitely do a lot differently and be more prepared for the language barrier and to be rushed through the whole process.
