Aucune compassion et un trĂšs mauvais suivi post op. une fois quâils ont pris votre argent ils ne vous expliquent rien sur le post OP BBL. Jâai eu du serum et ça a gĂąchĂ© mon rĂ©sultat, personne ne mâa expliquĂ© quâil fallait le drainer. Ăvitez Ă tout prix si vous tenez Ă votre santĂ©

Nurses team is incredible a specially girls that do massages đ thank you đ hospital care has been great too đ«¶đŒ From my first WhatsApp contact unit day Iâve left there was no moment where I felt left alone with no answers or help. Jul 01,2024I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Emrah in May 2024, and I wanted to leave it a few months before leaving a full review so I could see the healing process. My experience with ClinicHub was honestly fantastic from start to finish. The transfers from the airport were great, easy to find, and took us straight to the hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful, the rooms and beds were really comfortable, and the breakfast every morning was really lovely, as well as the room service. We were transferred to the hospital that evening at 12am, and were taken to our room. The hospital itself also looked like a hotel, it's really beautiful! The staff there have limited English, but most were friendly and let you know what was going on. The consultation with Dr Emrah the next day was brilliant, I felt really listened to, and he made me feel completely at ease (or as at ease as I could feel before an operation!) The surgery itself went perfectly, and I was really happy with my table pictures. The food at the hospital wasn't great, but my appetite wasn't great either, so it didn't matter too much. The only thing I wish I would have known before going into this journey was the first night post-op is a lot to deal with! There were a lot of different nurses coming in and out every few hours to either clean your nose, give you painkillers or antibiotics, all of which is totally necessary but I did find it all a bit overwhelming at the time! My recovery at the hotel was brilliant, communication with the ClinicHub team was great and we had daily nurse and Dr visits. The staff at the hotel were great in terms of giving us ice whenever we needed, and we could ask for our room to be cleaned daily. The ClinicHub staff at the hotel were lovely, and were helpful if we wanted to go out for dinner or go and explore Istanbul. Especially Berfin, she was always so friendly and was a smiley face to see around the hotel. My cast off appointment was on the same day as our flight (which made me a bit nervous!) but they were fantastic and knew what time we needed to be at the airport and made sure we were first to have the cast removed. The cast removal was absolutely fine and Dr Emrah explained the massages and aftercare really well, and even though I was still very swollen at this point, I could see the potential of my new nose! I am now 2 months post op, and I couldn't be happier with the result! My incision is healing really well, and the swelling continues to go down. I couldn't recommend ClinicHub enough, it was a brilliant experience from start to finish!

Jun 24,2024My experience with ClinicHub for gastric sleeve surgery was exceptional, with a few areas for improvement. Registration and Followup: The registration and follow-up process was seamless, thanks to Nihad's outstanding support. She went above and beyond, even assisting me outside regular hours. I appreciated her dedication and expertise. Hotel Pickup: The hotel pickup was efficient, and the driver was helpful and cautious. Upon arrival at the hospital, I was warmly welcomed by Salma and the nursing staff, who were superb and efficient despite language barriers. Translators: Yigit and Salma, were instrumental in alleviating my fears and explaining the surgery and consent forms. The pre-op tests were completed quickly, and the hospital staff were supportive and helpful. Surgery: I was disappointed that the surgery was started before the surgeon realized I wasn't a suitable candidate, which marred my otherwise positive experience. The gastric balloon procedure was subsequently performed, and the hospital staff and surgeon were professional and efficient. Post-surgery: I was transferred to the luxurious Arjan Rotanna Hotel, but my experience with the gastric balloon prevented me from fully enjoying my stay. While the ClinicHub nurses were responsive on WhatsApp, they were initially delayed in attending to me, which led to a challenging first night. However, they improved subsequently, and the daily vital checks were efficient. Airport Dropoff: The transportation team, led by Mr. Yusuf, was consistently efficient, helpful, and punctual. In conclusion, my experience with ClinicHub was excellent, with a few areas for improvement. I appreciate the dedication and support of the staff and would recommend them to others.

Jun 21,2024Clinic hub is one of the best health care company,they made my trip very comfortable, there was a communication team,coordinating the meetings to the hospital to the hotel,they assigned a driver to pick and drop me from the airport and they always responded whenever I need assistance. I came alone but I felt like I was surrounded by clinic hub family.

Jun 20,2024Hello everyone, I wanted to share my amazing rhinoplasty experience that I had with ClinicHub & Dr. Ozan Erol. I decided that I wanted to go to Turkey to have my rhinoplasty done after having 2 previous cosmetic surgeries in the U.S., and not receiving the best care. I had heard many good things on social media about the surgeons and aftercare in Turkey, and of course also the lower price point. I chose to work with ClinicHub, who then paired me with Dr. Ozzy. I was immediately a fan of his work, as he gives very natural, pleasant results. Dr. Ozzy was incredibly kind, and it was apparent from the moment I first met him at pre-op to even now, keeping in touch with him after surgery, how much he genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in what he does. I came alone to Turkey for my procedure, and he, along with all of the nurses and coordinators, made me feel very comfortable and welcome. The entire process was made so easy from start to finish. I was able to reach out to any number of people whenever I had questions about anything. All of my transportation was arranged to/from the airport, hospitals, & hotel. I had both a nurse and a doctor come to check on me once per day in my hotel room after I was discharged from the hospital, and there was always Clinichub staff available at the hotel if I needed additional help or supplies of any kind. They also helped me to arrange a tour of beautiful Istanbul with a tour guide for the day that my cast was removed. I cannot speak highly enough about Clinichub & Dr. Ozzy, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering having cosmetic procedures done. â€ïž

Jun 15,2024Going into surgery youâre so excited about the results you donât think about the process, everyone at ClinicHub made this part seamless. From the doctors to the nurses to the staff they are all so lovely. Ozge, Ezra & Miray were just one message away, whatever we needed always with a smile. Especially during our recovery they & our nurses checked in regularly to make sure we were okay. We really couldnât have done such big procedures without them & the amazing doctors Emrah, Ozan & Mehmet. Not to mention we traveled from the U.S! They assisted with our travel, pick up & stay. Such an organized & caring team. If youâre on the fence this is your sign, I 10/10 reccomend ClinicHub đ

Jun 14,2024This is my second time with Clinichub, and I previous got a rhinoplasty in Nov 22. When considering further surgery, there wasn't a question in my mind on where to go, as I had such a great experience with clinic hub the first time and knew that I would be in good hands. This time everything went just as smoothly as it did before, the hotel was amazing, the team was super helpful and informative (thank you to Esra, Miray, Ozge, Ekin, and Imene), and my surgeon (Dr Onur) was very skillful. Thank you so much, so happy with my results so far :)
