Jan 03,2023I came on this trip alone, not knowing the language and feeling scared. But the staff at ClinicHub did an excellent job at making me feel safe and understood. They were extremely thorough with the process, available at all times via WhatsApp/Telegram and always demonstrating a friendly attitude. In particular, Ekin made this experience really great for me. On the second day, she explained the process to me and made suggestions as to what to do during my stay. Ekin checked on me every other day to make sure I had everything I needed and that I was happy with the experience. I’m extremely happy that I made the decision to work w ClinicHub and will absolutely come back. I’d give 10 stars if possible ☺️

Dec 29,2022Chose Clinichub to have Gastric Sleeve Surgery. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful with great English. They took time to answer any questions I had and made a huge effort to give me the best of care. Travelling alone I was scared, however there was always a friendly face to ask how I was and check in on me. Huge thanks to Sumeyye, Gül and Ali. Clinichub has given me a new life. Special thanks also to surgeon Dr. Salim Gümüs and dietician Duygu 💜

Dec 29,2022I had a complicated rhinoplasty (septorhinoplasty) done with Dr Hüseyin Karabulut. The whole journey went better than i had expected. From booking the procedure with Hülya/Ilayda who were very helpful and quick with replies, payment at the hospital, transfers from airport to hotel and hotel to hospital and back, hotel stay itself, all the coordinators, and nurses were all amazing. First & second day: Before even London, I was joined to a group on whatsapp where Clinichub communication specialists - Özge, Miray and Ilayda, let me know of all the important details from when I would land. They sent me directions and pictures of where I would meet my transfer to the hotel. They also sent me updates about when my pick ups would be for transfers the night before. The transfer from the airport to the hotel was a smooth ride, the car was very nice and spacious. Check in was quick and straight forward. A nurse came to do our pcr tests the same night of reaching the hotel. I also met Alina - Patient Relations on my second day who warmly welcomed me and gave me all the information i needed and answered any questions i had. She was at the hotel every day, amd also messaging me often throughout to make sure i was okay and that all my needs were met. She let me know that they have nurses staying at the hotel who are on call day and night and gave me their number to message them any time I needed. Alina also kindly gave me a list of recommended places to visit. The hotel stay was very comfortable. I stayed at Dedemen Bostancı Hotel and Convention Center. The only issue was some difficulty getting ice regularly on demand following the surgery which was not anything to do with Clinichub, but the hotel itself. Transfers are shared most of the time which i was okay with, however i just found the hospital to be a bit far from hotel itself. I also felt that patients should have an option on whether they would be ok with sharing a car as they may be uncomfortable or need more room than others depending on what kind of surgery they had. The transfer cars themselves were clean, spacious and lovely. Surgery day: Elif welcomed us and took us to our private room. My brother accompanied me throughout. The hospital rooms are very clean and comfortable. It has a bed and a sofa. When they realised that my brother would be staying, they moved us to a bigger room with a large sofa where he could sleep. Unfortunately, we werent told that there were blankets and pillows in the cupboards so he slept without them. I did have to wait a long time (from 10pm to the night before surgery day to 8.30pm on surgery day) without eating or drinking due to unforeseen circumstances. This was difficult but as I was given an IV drip which took around 3 hours, I managed. The nurses at the hospital mostly dont speak english but are still available on demand and you can communicate via google translate and they do give you a card which states basic needs translated from english to turkish with pictures which I found very thoughtful. My brother was also given hospital meals which was nice too. Next morning we were transferred back to the hotel. Nurses visited straight after to check on me and give me my prescribed medication and nasal sprays and creams, which they first demonstrated on me. This also included allergy tablets as i have dust allergy. They came every morning to check my BP, temperature, stitches and ask if I had been toilet and to give a new pack of gauze, tape and cotton buds. Two doctors also visited during my recovery time to check in on me. Cast off day: We were transferred to Dr Hüseyin's beautiful clinic where I got my cast taken off. On the day I couldn't tell much as I was very swollen due to my skin type. I love the results as he did exactly what I asked for however as I am still very swollen I wont see the final results yet. One thing I can say for sure is that I can breathe so much better which was my primary hope. Day of leaving: Check out was quick. I said an emotional goodbye to Alina who made sure I was sent home with extra surgical tape. Transfer to the airport was on time and that was the end of my life changing journey. I would definitely recommend Clinichub, a few people who were in the transfer cars with me also had a pleasant experience with Dr şamil and a couple of others. If I had to mention any room for improvement, it would be, having a more detailed consultation with the surgeon, check in after surgery from the surgeon and also being sent home with an extra septum insert to wear at night as I happened to lose mine and had to purchase more which was not of the same quality or firmness that is needed. I still have a number that I can message on for any questions where a nurse replies fairly quickly and asks the surgeon if theres anything to clarify. Overall, very pleased and patiently waiting for my final results.

Dec 27,2022I definitely had a fantastic coordinator with Mine. She reassured me about my worries and knew what was expecting me. Her own experience and character helped me with this experience! I loved my nurses if the cooperating Acibadem hospital in Küçükbakkalköy they explained everything to me and would answer questions even a 3rd time if necessary. I'm happy with the results of Dr YOU so far and really thankful that he tried to warn me about limitations to my anatomy, but still gave me what I asked for. Special thanks also to Dr Seba my postsurgery doctor answering my medical questions and also my postsurgery nurse

Am fost operata acum o luna, Gastric Sleeve, de catre medicul Salim Gumus ( un medic extraordinar, tot respectul pentru dumnealui , operatia a fost foarte ok, medicii si tot personal au fost de exceptie si sunt in continuare, deoarece tinem legatura si raspund prompt la orice intrebare care o adresez, serviciile ireprosabile, doamna Andreea ( omul de legatura) o super finuta si foarte atenta. Multumesc intregii echipe pentru tot.

This is my second experience with them and i Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Thanks to the whole clinichub team, Alina is an Angel, her level of care is beautiful,Ozge is a star on the other hand, thanks Dia. If you thinking about surgery abroad, look nowhere else than Clinichub. You literally worry about nothing aside you flight

Dec 24,2022I had a rhinoplasty from Dr Emrah Celik 6 months ago, and couldn’t be happier with the results. My experience from start to finish has been amazing, and staff have been very attentive throughout the process, especially my coordinators Carla and Sonila. I had initially faced an issue in which my surgery date had to be changed last minute, but Clinichub were incredibly efficient and accommodating to ensure that I could adjust to this change. After this, everything was very smooth. Dr Emrah was incredibly helpful on the day of the surgery: he listened to exactly what I wanted and gave his opinion in a professional manner. I was not entirely sure on what I wanted for my front profile but trusted Dr Emrah enough to let him decide on it, as I could tell he had top expertise when I spoke to him at my pre-surgery consultation. He spoke of facial harmony, balance and I knew that I could trust his experience. After surgery, I stayed one night at the private hospital where nurses were one button away, and helped me throughout the night. This was once again reflected when I was transferred to the hotel, where nurses helped me look after my nose and quickly responded to any enquiries I had. When it was time for cast removal, Dr Emrah and his team were so supportive and attentive to me, and continued this even when I returned home through messages checking up on me and quick responses. Overall, I couldn’t recommend Dr Emrah enough: he has given me a nose that is very natural looking and one that is in harmony with my facial features and I couldn’t be happier. Clinichub were also amazing and made sure that I was comfortable and well informed every step of the way!

Dec 23,2022My experience with clinichub was outstandingly perfect. From the pickup at the airport to hotel to hospital and back, every team was incredibly genuine, helpful and friendly. The hotel was perfect and Berfin from patient relations was the most incredible woman ever!!! She felt like more of a friend and infact is🫶🏻 We had so many conversations and she made me feel so welcome, even tried teaching abit of Turkish! I have to say I grew an incredible bond with her and is one of the main reasons why I am so happy I chose clinichub. No, but really, she’s the best!! Love you berfin and thanks for the beautiful memories xx to add on, the hospital team were wonderful especially Ali and sumeyye and I can’t thank them enough who were both so friendly and again made the whole experience so special especially for someone who’s an international patient but they made me so relieved and put my trust in them so easily. If you’re thinking about clinichub take this as your sign because everyone and every team will go out of their way to make you happy and satisfied, they really do their best. Dec 23,2022I flew to turkey 3 weeks ago from NYC to have a rhinoplasty done with Dr. Huseyin Karabulut. I'm only day 13 post op so I'm still very swollen but I can already tell I am going to like my nose! My favorite part about my experience with clinchub is the staff. They are very friendly, warm, and comforting. I flew to Turkey by myself and was very anxious leading up to and after the procedure, and I had a few mishaps throughout the expreience (I caught the flu and had to extend my trip and pospone the surgery). The staff played a big part in making this a very comfortable experience for me. Mine Ozdemir was my sales coordinator. She dealt with me asking her millions of questions for almost a year because I was so hesitant to go through with it. She was very patient and kind. I am glad she pushed and reassured me to move forward with the procedure. Alina Sonmez was my patient coordinator. I absolutely loved her - she was so sweet, caring, and welcoming! Like I said, I was very nervous about the experience especially because I was sick. She was over communicative and made sure my health was a priority. Ali was my hospital coordinator. He was very reassuring and very nice. I panicked a bit pre and post procedure and he helped calm me down and also made sure everything went smoothly up until my procedure. I had a brief encounter with a hospital coordinator I believe (?) named Gul. She was so sweet and also helped calm me down post surgery. I am grateful to her and felt like she needs to be mentioned as well. Dr. Huseyin Karabulut is obviously an experienced doctor and he actually listened to my suggestions and concerns and gave informed suggestions as well. He will make your nose legit look perfect but yet not too fake. The staff also seemed overly confident (in a very genuine way) that I would like my nose and it seems like they've had minimal to possibly no people complain about their noses if done with clinichub. That was comforting as well. I stayed at the Dedeman hotel on the asian side. It was a very nice hotel and the staff was very professional. Amenities like a hair salon and spa and room service were available and they were all very affordable. The hospital was extremely clean and nice. They are honestly nicer than a lot of the hospitals here in New York. Turkey itself is a beautiful country and I will 100% be back. The people are nice, the food is delicious, and Istanbul is absolutely stunning with so much to do. I am sad that I didn't get a chance to explore more than I did because I was sick. One of the cool parts that definitely made my experience a lot better was the amount of people / friends I made during this experience. There were lots of girls from all over who were with clinchub and were around my age that I got to spend time with and healed with. I am in contact with some of them still and they are all happy with their noses too. I had a wonderful experience with clinichub and I literally have 0 complaints. I would seriously recommend to anyone and everyone to visit Turkey and go through clinichub to anyone who's considering plastic surgery. The company obviously vets its staff and doctors very very well. Again, I can't stress how professional and nice each and every single staff member I had an encounter with was. Dec 22,2022Clinichub were great from picking me up from airport until I got back home. Dr you was amazing and was very honest and realistic on how I could have my nose - glad I chose him!! Mine was so helpful from the start to the end and always replied back to me when I had so many questions to ask! I also appreciate her giving me advice regarding procedures, medication etc as she also did the same procedure which allowed me to really trust her advice. Fatima was also lovely from when I met her at the hospital. Very friendly and helpful and spoke really good English and also spoke my mum language, which put my mum at ease. She has also messaged me several time to check up on me which is so nice! Since I got home, both Mine and Fatima put me at ease and replied back to all my questions when the post op team didn’t! Sonila and ozege also was very helpful with transfers process and keeping me posted in terms of appointment timings etc At my hotel (Elite grand) Berfin was just amazing! - she spoke good English and was always smiling and happy to help with anything! All the above people that I have mentioned really helped me and are valuable asset to Clinichub, as they really went above and beyond to help me! Nurse were great in terms of checking up on me everyday, however, some of them didn’t speak much English, so it was hard for them to understand me. it would have been nice to say the same for the post op team, however they are very slow in replying back, so I am lucky to have coordinators that are always willing to help! Overall experience was amazing from service to hotel to transfer and would definitely would recommend clinichub and doctor Yusef Orhan for rhinoplasty!

Rezultatele sunt cu mult peste asteptarile mele, interventia fiind una mai putin usoara ( rinoseptoplatie ) Tot stafful din polictinica si ulterior timp de o sapt. suport 24/7 de catre asistente, doctor si bineinteles Andreea care mi-au fost alaturi ptr orice am avut nevoie! Dr. Celik was very thorough and explained everything he was going to do. He is very professional and kind. He has a beautiful office and staff as well! I would definitely recommend anyone who is considering an ethnic rhinoplasty to see Dr. Celik. I am so grateful for the help everyone from Clinichub has provided me, the entire process was smooth and organised. I highly recommend Clinichub to anyone looking for quality cosmetic surgery, they take care of everything and provide you with quality care. Thank you to Tuba and Ilayda my coordinators, for organising everything and answering all my questions. You were always there whenever I needed you! They were so kind and patient with me! It was reassuring to know that they had everything organised, especially because I travelled by myself. They took control every step of the way, leaving me with no worries. Es lief alles reibungslos ab. Die Abholung, die Behandlung etc. Ein besonderer Dank geht an die Frau Alina Sönmez. Sie war jederzeit für mich da und hat sich hervorragend um mich gekümmert. Dec 20,2022Clinic Hub were amazing. They carry you through the process from start to finish, the aftercare is amazing too. They really care about the people, not just about business. Mine was my coordinator and although my surgeon was fully booked until 2023, she reassured me that I could be placed on a cancellation list which I agreed to. She kept me up to date with cancellation dates and I got booked in for exactly the month I originally wanted. Clinic Hub team members are constantly keeping you updated, reminding you when your transfers are, reminding you about your pre op guidance, checking in and reassuring you for the days post op. I would definitely recommend Clinic Hub to anybody considering surgery in Turkey but not knowing where to start.

Dec 20,2022My experience with clinichub was very pleasant. All the people who work there are very friendly. They often come to you to pray for help and they are hospitality. It first started via WhatsApp, you are helped quickly and they respond very quickly, the whole process only took a month. Any questions you ask will be answered quickly and clearly. My contact person was (Dia). If everything is arranged for your operation, you will be matched with other people for your arrival in Turkey and the whole process of transportation. And also if you go back to your own country after the operation. And certainly the transport from the hotel, hospital and vice versa. They were three people who were going to arrange that for me (Cagla, Sonila and Ozge). You will always be informed on time and informed of what your tagen will come up with. In the hotel you are also treated well by everyone and they have good service. In the hospital I had a Translator (Fatime) who helped me with translation between mjj and the surgeon and other things on the first day in the hospital. like paperwork. There was also another girl (Elif) who also came to see me every time to see if everything is going well and/or if I need anything. In addition, she arranged everything for me. The surgeon is very sweet and listens carefully to your wishes and helps you make a choice with what you want to do. After your operation, you will be closely monitored by all nurses. You will spend the night in the hospital and the next morning you will be taken back to the hotel. In the hotel you have person who is always ready to help you. That person will contact you via WhatsApp before you return to the hospital. It explains everything. You can text her whenever you want and she responds quickly. I find her very sweet and open. She will contact you every day to check on you, her name is (Alina). In addition, you certainly also have nurses who are present in the hotel and they come to you every day to check everything, and you can also text them if you need anything. It was a good experiences. I recommend everyone to go to clinichub.

The service was EXCELLENT from initiation ( Alp my customer adviser) to completion , which was dropping me off at the airport. I had a Liposuction and a Tummy tuck with Dr Burak and all I can say is I will do it all over again without changing anything. Him and his team of nurses were amazing, A massive thank you to Dr Burak and his team, Cagl, Sonia, Ozge, Alp and Vilma. The customer care,support, Hospital (Acidbadem) , transits, Hotel were all A+++++. and I look and fell amazing (one week post Op.

Dec 20,2022I had a great experience with ClinicHub in Turkey! I firstly want to give a shout-out to Vilma who went above and beyond from the moment we got to the hotel. She was super helpful, making sure to check in every morning, and it felt like she heard every single concern and was helpful in her actions and responses. Every-time I had a question, she was swift to respond and help in the best way she could. She was great! My next shoutout will have to be Sumeyye. This surgery was one of the most difficult things I have gone through in my life. I was scared, in pain and alone but she was there to help pre-op and post-op. Getting out of surgery was a very traumatic experience for me and since the nurses see it often they didn’t seem to pay much attention but once back in my hospital room, Sumeyye and Ali let me hold their hands and validated my feelings, I seriously thought my life was ending but they helped calm me down and reassured me. Even though I was hurting so much and probably annoying, Ali, Sumeyye and Gul kept checking up on me to make sure I was okay. It got to the point where I would be so excited to see them when they walked through the door or in the hallways because that’s how helpful they were. I believe that my experience would have been worse if it wasn’t for these wonderful people that helped me throughout the whole process. I think the only downside of this whole surgery was that the nurses at the hospital could not speak any English, which made it a bit difficult for the both of us because we could not understand each other. I think it caused us to be annoyed with each other because I would try to communicate my post op needs and there would be no understanding. They were definitely nice just had a communication issue. The doctors that did my Xray/Ultrasound/Cardiology were also both very kind and spoke very good English! Once back at the hotel, the post op doctor was kind, attentive and knowledgeable. The nurses came and checked in on me and every time I would message them, they would make sure to stop in by the end of the day to make sure everything was going good! In general, my recovery has been slowly moving along and my dietician Aleyna has been helpful with every step and so has Dr. Ahmed through WhatsApp. Also, my transportation was always on time and the hotel itself was great. The employees at Radisson were the best. Thanks Clinic Hub for having such awesome employees to help make this surgery a better experience. This was not fun, but you guys sure made it the best it could have been! Thanks:)

Jan 04,2023It has been a few months since my procedure with Clinichub, I really wanted to take my time to review my results before I commented. I am very happy with the results and am considering coming back. My decision to go with Clinichub in the first place was because the health providers in my country couldn’t help me with the procedure, even though I felt it was really beneficial for my overall health. This was my first operation and aside from it being a bit scary. I would absolutely do this again! Everybody working at Clinichub is extremely professional and kind. The only thing I would change is now that I know that you can easily bring a friend or family member, I would recommend doing so. Just for additional company and a little help in the first days after the operation for movement and encouragement and such. I want to thank Dr Burak, Tuba my coordinator who was going above and beyond in the planning phase, constantly answering my questions at any time of the day, Vilma who was so sweet at the hotel and really made me feel taken care of all the nurses, especially Müjde who is an absolute sweetheart who made me laugh, even when I was in pain 😅 To anyone in Austria, who considers getting a form of liposuction just this piece of advice: they will tell you to get and plan massages when you return. I did not know what that entailed so I’m telling you now: you will need to find a massage therapist or nurse who will be willing to massage out liquid from your incisions! I couldn’t for the life of me, find anyone who was willing to do it, since they don’t know how to. Plan in advance to find a therapist!
