Dec 16,2022J’ai pris contact avec clinichub pour une rhinoplastie avec le DR Emrah Çelik ça s’est super bien passé du début à la fin c’est un chirurgien qui connaît bien son travail c’est un magicien. On est très bien entouré par toute l’équipe de la clinique, je les remercie tous Dia ma coordinatrice qui est très réactive, Alina et spécialement la traductrice Fatima qui est vraiment un amour. C’était vraiment une superbe expérience. Merci

Dec 16,2022Subpar service and less than subpar results. I could not be more displeased with my results, the coordinator has taken to ignoring me instead of trying to resolve my concerns. The initial communication was quick and friendly, but it went downhill from there. The “24/7” nurse care consists of young 20-something’s coming in once a day and checking your heart rate and asking if you’ve gone number 2. Not even being facetious. You’ve been under anesthesia and they want to know if you “went poop”. I personally received zero results from a blepharoplasty. Absolutely none, and I’ve gotten zero response from the coordinator after I addressed this with her. She quite literally just stopped responding even though I’ve been more than reasonable. I have so many additional complaints, far too numerous to begin to list. If you’re researching clinics for cosmetic tourism, I do NOT recommend ClinicHub. You will already be anxious and physically overwhelmed from the cosmetic procedure itself, so the last thing you’ll want to add is unnecessary dysfunction and stress from the very entity that’s supposed to be removing it (after all, that’s what the premium price is for). Perhaps you’ll be luckier than the rest of us with poor experiences with ClinicHub, but do you really want to risk luck when it comes to surgery? UPDATE: I’ve reached out to them after they commented on my post, and they are still unwilling to assist. Paid $1400 for ZERO RESULTS and they refuse even a partial refund after I’ve provided everything they’ve requested. Very poor post op care, I do not recommend ClinicHub at all.

Dec 14,2022I had the pleasure of working with Berfin, she was very kind, helpful and overall made me feel comfortable in Turkey. The coordinators, nurses and surgeon were there for me when I needed. They were all really friendly and made me feel comfortable. Anytime I had a question I would get a response in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Dec 14,2022I am so happy with my choice for going forward with my rhinoplasty with Dr. You. I am 2 months post OP and everything has been healing well. Dr. You & nurses made me feel safe and calm. I asked for a nose that suits me & trusted the doctor will understand the anatomy of my face and choose whatever is best for me. In fact, I recommend everyone to do that - trust the doctor and the process. I'd like to thank Sila for being my go to person with questions & answers. She helped me to check in into the hospital and made me feel good about everything. I'd like to also thank Cam DANIS for being a spot on coordinator that found me an OP spot for an earlier date. I appreciate this gesture so much. Thanks to Vilma from relations for being so helpful throughout my stay at Radisson. Thank you Bilgi for keeping me company before cast removal & answering my questions. Thank you Dr You & everyone in the operation theatre - I am so pleased with the way I look even though it's an early healing stage & especially thank you for making me breath like never before.

Dec 13,2022Everybody was very responsive and genuinely helpful!! the nurses and doctors were great , pre- op and post op! The clinic hub team was amazing at keeping me informed of everything , getting us all the transfers etc My team consisted of Calga, Sonila, and Ozge (: The surgery itself was quick and recovery was honestly better than I expected with the help of everyone! The only suggestion I do have is getting a physical copy of post op instructions like things to avoid&for how long, how to take care of your nose (I.e massages, tape, retainers) etc. as I found when speaking with other post op rhinoplasty patients we all had different bits of information.

Dec 11,2022Clinichub been absolutely amazing! They been takin care of me from the beginning until the end of my surgery, I felt really safe and satisfied. Dr. Hasan Kurt did my liposuction, such a sweet star he is! What I liked the most was the Özel hospital and the team of nurses, these nurses were amazing! They all deserve a good raise, amazing woman with proffesinal help! Sumeyye and Ali been been great coordinatiors, from the beginning of my surgery until the end they been daily communicating with me and asking me if I'm doing well and paying alot of attention to me during my recovery. Thank you for being so proffesinal! 🌟

Dec 10,2022Honestly I felt like a princess through out my stay. Dr Burak always came to check up on me and all of his patients everyday. If you want a Surgeon that will get the job done and also ensure you are well taken care of after your surgery, Dr Burak is the one. A big shout out to Abir, Vilma & Naz, they were so empathetic, professional and caring. Abir was very relatable, fun and even speaks several languages including French which was helpful to me. Vilma is the sweetest! 💕 Naz was very communicative and made sure everything went smoothly. Thank you all! The communications team were also very helpful and punctual especially Cagla, Sonila and Ozge. Thank so much.

Dec 09,2022I had a BBL one month ago with dr Hasan Ozan Kurt. Surgery went well and doctor was very nice But I will never recommend Clinichub to anyone because following: • they sell you great customer service with nurses 24/7, which is fake. I have messages of nurses telling me straight they are not coming to help me • all the nurses are 20ish and not experienced and do not speak english • the private travels in luxury car are inexistent. They are always late and you will never be alone. I had to wait an hour for pick up at the airport So overall surgeon was great, clinichub horrible !

My second time July 2022 always with and the third time December 2022 always with surgeon Dr Burke. I had a welcome reception for the Clinichub team Mrs Vilma coordenador, the supervisor Guness head of nursing. Definitly I recommend Clinichub.

If you are thinking about getting your nose done in turkey, then clinic hub is the way to go! My doctor was Dr You! Best surgeon ever. Sorry for my English 🤍

My introduction to this was by way of close family having completed the Denthub experience with amazing results and experience. With this in mind I contacted Denthub via their website and was contacted by a smile coordinator (Izel) she guided and helped/informed and alleviated my concerns every step of my journey and was there to meet me at the Denthub clinic in Turkey. In addition there are other members of the care team who were also there to assist (Sonila, Carla, Ozge). Collectively this team make sure the whole experience runs like clockwork, travel, hotels, transfers, communication, aftercare, all making it a more enjoyable experience. Then there are the dentists and technicians, these people are so skilful and amazing in there approach to your requirements. Immediate X-rays and consultations to establish the best approach to your requirements and easing any concerns you may have. The whole clinic set up is fantastic. I immediately felt at ease and knew in my own mind that I was in the hands of highly experienced professionals and had made the right decision to do this. I personally am highly delighted with my outcome and so pleased I chose Denthub. A Massive ‘Thank you’ to you all for making my experience an amazing one. 😍 David Wells

Dec 20,2022First of all I have to say the biggest thanks to my doctor DR Hasan.Ozan Kurt he has made me so happy from the moment I messaged him on instagram I knew he was the surgeon for me so down to earth polite and informative if I ever choose to have any surgical procedure it will defiantly be with him a turkey wonderful doctor and person Secondly the nurses at clinic hub I couldn’t thank them enough on call 24/7 whether I needed someone to check my drain or just help me itch my back they would be here within seconds Gozde what a babe! Soooo lovely I’ve truly made a friend❤️Acelya her wonderful blessed hands gave me the best post op massages relieved all my pains all the other nurses are amazing and helpful too lastly GUNES always on hand to help she’s replies back straight away any time of day and night very helpful polite and truly made my experience comfortable even tho I speak Turkish it’s not the best every single nurse including my doctor speaks amazing English which is a bonus no communication problems at all Lastly a big thanks to beautiful vilma who would check up on me daily to check I was fine I appreciate my post op care it was 10/10 cannot fault it Anybody thinking of booking with clinichub this is your sign to!! Also Dr. Hassan.Ozan Kurt is defiantly the doctor to choose!
