Dec 08,2022My sister in law and I had booked our rhinoplasty with ClinicHub for beginning of December. We were booked in a really nice 5 star hotel with a great view of Istanbul. We did have a few transportation hiccups after surgery but overall the experience was great. The best part of the whole trip was our patient communications specialist Ekin who went above and beyond to assist us!!! She is absolutely amazing and made the whole trip much easier. From taking us to a fine dining restaurant, to a tour of Istanbul, to coffee shops, she even was our main translator between nurses, hotel staff and salon hairdressers. I honestly don't know if we would have had such a great experience if it were not for Ekin constantly messaging us to check up on us, sending us needed supplies and providing anything else we needed. We will recommend ClinicHub to our friends and family if they have Ekin as their guide. We got to know her and she made took care of all communication to make our recovery easier. We also met Barfin, she too was great help, provided us with up to date information and put us at ease regarding the post cast removal recovery phase.

Dec 08,2022my journey with clinichub was nothing short of amazing. My surgeon Dr. Samil who is an ENT surgeon and specializes in rhinoplasty was amazing and so nice. He made sure I was seen several days to be checked up on. He listens to what your concerns are and will be very honest with what he can and can’t do. Alina with patient relations was very attentive and helpful when I needed to contact her about questions and concerns. The nurses come check on you everyday in your hotel as they also stay in the hotel. There is even a doctor who came to check on me at the hotel with a concern I had. Alina even shared cool places in Istanbul that I could visit when I started feeling better to go out and explore. The communications team: calga, sonila, and ozge will be the helpful team that shares logistics with you. They give you an agenda and make sure you aren’t lost or confused as to what comes next and what you will be doing. They give you step by step on where to go and what to do and who will be there to help you. Any questions go to these sweet ladies. Thank you clinichub!!

Dec 07,2022I have had the BEST EXPERIENCE with Clinic Hub! I had Lipo 360+breast augmentation. The care and attention from staff from start to finish has been second to none. You would NEVER get this type of care in the UK. My surgeon Dr Burak gave me amazing results, exactly what I wanted. He came to see me every day to check up on how I was doing. I cannot rate Dr Burak enough .. 11/10! Big shout out to all the nurses (who are on call 24hr and come to your aid ASAP if you need them!) I did not manage to get all their names but big thanks to Kübra Mizrakli Cagla Sonila And of course the wonderful Dr Burak ! I’ll be back next year for my rhinoplasty thank you so much Team Clinichub:)))))

Dec 07,2022I had revision rhinoplasty with ClinicHub and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! From my initial enquiries, to actual surgery and even coming back to the UK there was always someone there at each step to make me feel well taken care of and supported! Any surgery is such a big deal mentally as well as just physically and being with ClinicHub just takes a lot of pressure off the mental side of it, which really aids the overall recovery and experience in general. I met with Vilma my first morning in Istanbul and she was my first contact with anyone from ClinicHub and what an amazing, warm and welcoming woman! She checked up on me consistently and was super helpful with any queries - she really played a big part in making me feel comfortable and trusting in my environment! Cagla, Sonila, and Ozge from the communications teams are also super friendly and helpful! They made sure I was provided with all the necessary details at each step, and did a lot to make me feel well-informed and confident in the whole process. I genuinely couldn’t recommend ClinicHub enough. I chose the clinic after my bestfriend had rhinoplasty in February as she had such an amazing experience as well. There is always someone you can contact at any point, and they really do try to keep you well informed and happy and comfortable along your journey. So so happy with my experience! Thank you so much💗

Dec 06,2022I had rhinoplasty with Dr Samil Sahin, organised through ClinicHub, two months ago. I honestly couldn't fault the service, or the end result of my surgery. I love my new nose!!! Dr Samil is very talented, really listened to me when I told him what I wanted, and above all he was honest about what was realistic. I knew I was in safe hands! My patient co-ordinator Hande was fantastic from the start, and once I arrived in Istanbul the team there were great – especially Celine and Sila who explained everything so patiently, and helped with any questions. The hotel nurses were really great, as was the doctor. The hotel itself was lovely (Elite World Asia), as was the hospital (Kadikoy) I was treated at. The staff at the hospital were all fantastic and even the food was nice! Of course, there were a couple of things which could improved – I think it would be helpful to know what time the nurses or doctors are coming to check on you so you can make the most of your day. My driver also accidentally took someone else to the airport and left me, but these things happen and ClinicHub offered to pay for my taxi so it all ended well. Thank you ClinicHub for giving me the nose of my dreams!

I have been receiving constantly very clear instructions regarding the logistics, the health care pre and post operation and on the big day of the surgery. I have travelled there by myself but I have never felt alone!! The communication Specialist Team: Cagla,Sonila and Ozge are the best team you can rely on in this industry! Dec 03,2022i came back for a 2nd rhinoplasty ( small modifications ) with Dr Yusuf Orhan Ucal who has a great team and who has always been able to listen and reassure me 🥹. I thank Zeynep and Kseniia for all their reassuring messages throughout my stay as well as Cagla Ozge and Sonila who were incredible and very responsive when I had the slightest needs and questions 💓 I hope this rhinoplasty will evolve well otherwise I won't hesitate to come back to clinichub because the service and the surgeon are just perfect. Do not hesitate to book with clinichub and with Dr You I recommend it 💓

Dec 03,2022If you are planning to get a rhinoplasty, well this is a sign. Do it. I also doubt before but now, I am so happy and got no regret at all. Clinic hub is legit and safe💯 I had my own research and thankfully I found them. Starting from your arival in Istanbul until going back home- all is already prepared for you. The only problem I have encountered is the requesting of medical certificate which is at the end, was solved and I also received it. I suggest you choose your own doctor- I got Dr. Emrah Cęlik which I had seen a lot of reviews in youtube. My nose now looks beautiful at 1 month and 1 week. Thank you to the beautiful and kind Staff at Clinic Hub- starting from Ferhat (soooooo kind, informative and fast to answer🤩 i give him 100 stars) and then Cagla, Ozge, Sofia, Celine, and Merve. and the nurses in the hotel(but only 3 stars) I really recommend this team💯🤩 Great Job!🙌

Dec 03,2022I had rhinoplasty done with clinichub. Throughout the whole experience, they made me really comfortable both doctors and also communication team. They were understanding and patience when answering my questions regarding the process both Pre Op and Post Op. There were no surprises with anything, they walked me through everything. Definitely recommended!!

Dec 03,2022I couldn’t of imagined going with any other clinic than clinichub. Travelling to a country you’ve never been in can be quite scary, from the moment I arrived at the airport clinichub made me feel so welcome and comfortable. They answered any questions I had and didn’t hesitate to give me whatever I needed. My experience at the hospital was amazing, nurses were always checking up on me asking me how I was feeling. Even afterwards when I got back to the hotel, it was so nice knowing there were nurses on site that were there whenever I needed them. Also great thanks to Cagla, Ozge, Sonila and Fatima, they were of great help. My experience with clinichub was amazing, I would do it a million times over again!

Dec 02,2022I was well looked after, I got all my after care , everything was transparent, menu was in English hotel stay was excellent, five star great food , healthy balance diet,I had all my medicines and help anytime I requested help or advice, also massage’s was amazing, friendly staff , always supportive and helpful too myself, I will use this service again in the near future . Nov 30,2022Es war wunderbar, auf Clinichub zu stoßen. Obwohl meine Seele noch jung ist, unterliegt unser Körper leider der Zeit. Es erliegt der Schwerkraft. Wenn ich beim Fotografieren in den Spiegel schaue und der Wahrheit ins Auge sehe, gefällt uns Frauen das nicht besonders. Gerade als ich in diesen Gefühlen war, kreuzten sich meine Wege bei Clinichub... Zum Glück kreuzten sich unsere Wege. 💙 Zuerst kontaktierte ich für eine Unter- und Oberlidoperation. Ich hatte eine sehr erfolgreiche Operation. Mein Arzt war sehr freundlich und alle lächelnden Mitarbeiter von Clinichub, die sich vor und nach der Operation um mich gekümmert haben, haben sich um mich gekümmert. Ich wurde nach der Operation beobachtet und über den Fortschritt informiert. Meine Kontrollen wurden durchgeführt… Kurz gesagt, alles war einfach perfekt 💐 Jedes Mal, wenn ich in den Spiegel schaue, bin ich mit meinem Bild zufrieden. Aber als dieser Prozess vorbei war, fing ich an, mit meinem Gewicht stecken zu bleiben. Mit 57 hatte ich sowohl gesundheitlich als auch ästhetisch etwa 30 KG Übergewicht.Als ich meine Untersuchungen hatte, sagten mir meine Ärzte ständig, ich müsse abnehmen. Meine Haltungsstörung und Rückenschmerzen begannen mit Übergewicht. Also habe ich mich erneut an Clinichub gewandt und um Hilfe gebeten. So lernte ich meine Ernährungsberaterin Frau Berna Göbeloğlu kennen. Zunächst wurden verschiedene Tests durchgeführt. Sie lernte mich kennen, lernte meine Essgewohnheiten, was ich mochte und was nicht … Ein Diätprogramm wurde für mich erstellt. Sie hat bei Bedarf immer mit Online-Interviews unterstützt. Es war auch sehr schön, während der Diät im sozialen Leben zu sein. Als ich mit meinen Freunden essen ging, war es sehr schön, meiner lieben Ernährungsberaterin das Menü schicken zu können und ein von ihr genehmigtes Menü zu essen.Da sie ihren Job liebt und mich mit ihren Motivationsreden von ganzem Herzen unterstützt hat, habe ich verloren 20 Kilo in vier Monaten und ich mache immer noch weiter. Nicht nur ein Ernährungsberater, sondern ein vorbildlicher Mensch wobei ich froh bin sie kennengelernt zu haben. Meine Diät ist noch nicht abgeschlossen, ich werde mir ein Unterstützungsprogramm buchen, um zu lernen, wie ich mein Gewicht auch halten kann. Der einzige Grund, warum ich all diese Sätze mit Glauben schreibe, ist Frau Berna Göbeloğlu... Wenn Sie Ihr Gewicht loswerden und gesünder und fitter sein wollen, muss Ihr Weg Clinichub und Frau Berna Göbeloğlu kreuzen... Sie würden mit ihr besser gelaunt und gesünder ins Leben blicken. Denken Sie daran, dass Sie nicht nur Ihre Gesundheit, sondern auch einen perfekten Gesundheitsexperten gewinnen werden. Während ich diese Kilos verlor, überwies ich meine 32-jährige Tochter an Frau Berna, sie verlor 15 Kilos und macht immer noch weiter. Es war Frau Berna Göbeloğlu, die meine Tochter überzeugt hat, die nicht viel von Diätassistenten hält. Meine Tochter, die eine Ernährungsberaterin kennengelernt hat, die ihren Job gut macht, ist jetzt auch sehr glücklich... Frau Berna Göbeloğlu ist jemand, der Ihnen mit ihrem eigenen Leben ein Beispiel geben wird… Ihre körperliche Verfassung und ihr fittes Aussehen werden Sie ebenfalls inspirieren… Berna ist jetzt wie meine Tochter 💙 sie wird immer einen Platz in meinem Herzen haben… Treffen Sie sich und beginnen Sie Ihre angepasste Ernährung mit ihr…. Bevor ich es vergesse, muss ich sagen, dass mein Sohn und meine Frau sich auch gefragt haben, ob sie zu Frau Berna gehen sollten. Da mein Sohn Atemprobleme hat, wird er alle seine Operationen mit Clinichub durchführen lassen. Abgesehen von der Augenlidoperation und meiner personalisierten Kur hatte ich auch Botox-Injektionen in meinem Gesicht für meine Falten. Ich kann nur sagen, dass es sehr effektiv war. Ich empfehle ClinicHub jedem.

Nov 30,2022The whole experience was amazing! So easy and everything was planned and easy run. Coming all the way from Sydney Australia, to landing in Turkey everything was so smooth! Transport always their on time and when needed, Doctor You was very informative and i’m so happy with my results. Big thank you as well to Hülya, Bahar and Vilma. All great and VERY helpful and responsive. The whole team was amazing and i felt so supported and cared for.

Nov 30,2022My overall experience with Clinic hub was very satisfying. I came for a rhinoplasty. Before I came I found the communication in the WhatsApp group with Sonilla (primarily) Ozge and Cagla very reliable and friendly, they were great 💜 From the moment I arrived at the airport and found my transfer quite easy - I was taken to the hotel and everything was pretty smooth. I even switched rooms because my mother was coming and that was done without any problems. Having had a few days to relax before surgery - we were picked up right on time bright and early. The girl who greeted us at the hospital and signed us in was very friendly but I unfortunately forgot her name. Once in my room waiting - my surgery was delayed till the afternoon because of an emergency which can’t be helped but one of your team who really stood out for me was Ali - he was very nice and attentive constantly checking up on me and was easy to message with any questions I had and empathetic to the wait. The other translater girl was nice aswell but I apologise for not remembering her name as I was a bit stressed with not being able to eat or drink and was quite tired from the delay. Once I met Dr Hussein Karabulut he was very great and listened to what I wanted quite well and Ali translated it all very much so I felt confident in going forward. After the operation - The only thing bad that happened but this has nothing to do with the Clinichub team - there was one of the nurses I don’t don’t know her name but she wasn’t very nice to me and my mother - and later in the night when my mother had gone I kept asking her to take off my drip so I could use the toilet and she wouldn’t listen to me so I nearly had an accident, it was horrible and I think she should be disciplined. The other nurses however were very nice and there was so many of them! Once I was discharged and was in my hotel room the nurses checking on me were lovely. However the main star ⭐️of my experience was Alina. She was so understanding, attentive and a very sweet person. My mum and I loved her. She is really something special she goes above and beyond to check up on you and was always so reliable with the knowledge on my recovery. Thank you Alina 💜 Dr Seba was very great aswell very knowledgable! My recovery went pretty smooth and my cast removal was done so quick but I absolutely love my new nose! I didn’t get to talk to Dr Husein as much as I’d like but I know he is very busy. But he has changed my life! Very talented I would highly recommend to choose him! I look forward to showing him my 1 month results! Thank you clinichub! 💜

Nov 30,2022I have had a great experience with clinic hub from the day I arrived in Turkey to the day I came back to England. The staff at the hotel was fantastic, cheers to Celine, a sweetheart who was there all the time to support me and answer all my questions. My Dr was Hasan Kurt who was brilliant in performing my bbl and very caring with my pos op. The nurses at the hospital I stayed were fabulous, very compassionate and always willing to help. The hotel was 5 stars, transport from locations was also very comfortable and always on time. I am planing to come back to Turkey to get another procedure done and would without a doubt choose clinichub for my journey.

Tout à commencé en France où Meriç s’est assurément occupé de moi comme il le faut je la remercie pour sa patience et sa bienveillance c’est une personne remarquable. Pour la suite une fois arrivée en Turquie à l’hôpital pour la 2eme fois j’ai pu rencontrer Bahar qui avec sa maîtrise exceptionnelle du français/anglais/Turc m’a tout traduit de A à Z pour que ma compréhension avec le Dr.Emrah se fasse correctement, cela m’a vraiment retiré un poids de savoir que le chirurgien comprenais ma demande grâce à elle. Et puis il y a aussi Alina qui était disponible pour moi à l’hôtel si j’avais des besoins en particulier durant tout mon séjour elle pouvait répondre à tous mes questionnements et m’aider en cas de soucis ! C’est une femme qui a le cœur sur la main adorable et toujours souriante dès le matin pour commencer une belle journée 😍 Je remercie toutes l’équipe de clinichub qui a organisée de séjour médical à la perfection, et qui est au petit soin pour ces patients sans jamais les laisser pour contre ✨❤️ Merci à tous Et une mention spéciale pour Meriç, Bahar, Alina💋💋💋 sans qui se voyage n’aurait pas été le même. Nov 29,2022What an incredible experience with ClinicHub. I was deeply moved by the care, consideration and humanity of the team. They engineered the whole process very well from flights, to transfers to the airport. Also I think you need to take into account that not all the individuals involved spoke English however they created as much smoothness and clarity and professionalism as possible. Dr Akhman I'd recommend to anyone and although I would have rather had a different outcome he clearly explained with compassion and professionalism why that could not be so. The results of my surgery will take time and I have had lots of reassuring words and love from the team in this process. It is a process! Cagla, Ozge and Sonila were all fantastic and well organised and attuned to me. They were able to translate to other staff and were friendly and on the ball always. I would say that in the hospital I suffered with some pain and insecurities after the transformation and I believe everyone tried their best provide words to support but I feel maybe I needed just an ear to listen to me and not necessarily to stop me from crying or compare my responses to other peoples' level of pain. The hotel I stayed in couldn't have been nicer or friendlier. All equipped with food, spa, treatments and a pool. The Dr's and nurses who attended to me during the 5 days in the hotel were super. Again, professional, confident and a little strict which is kind of what I needed to bring back to earth 😅 Thank you all so much. I am loving the results more and more each day. I'd recommend clinichub to others who'd like a similar operation.

Dec 08,2022I had rhinoplasty and buccal fat removal with Dr Emrah - he was so lovely from start to finish - I am only about 3 weeks post op and am super swollen but can already see he has given me the exact nose I wanted. My breathing has also improved tremendously which is amazing. I stayed at the Dedeman hotel and although it was a little daunting being in a foreign country the clinic hub team Cagla, Ozge, Sonila and especially Alina eased all my anxietys. The hotel nurses were all extremely attentive and compassionate and took such great care of me. Alina was super responsive and even after my check out date helped me out immediately with anything I needed. Super grateful for the efforts she went to to attend to my needs.
