Es war eine tolle Erfahrung mit Höhen und Tiefen. Ich wurde meistens gut beraten und aufgeklärt. Ich war soweit zufrieden mit der Arbeit und Hilfe. Bei Problemen wurde geholfen. Vielen Dank ☺️

Nov 12,2022Hi everyone! I had a rhinoplasty, few weeks ago in Medihub. My fabulous doctor,which I thank with all my heart,was MUSTAFA BAGLI. I was worried about a lot of things.. The anesthesia, the result,the pain. Well,everything came up roses. I have the most perfect nose,I had no swelling ,very few bruising and no pain at all. Now ,I have the MOST BEAUTIFUL AND PERFECT nose ! Dr. Mustafa Bagli,talked with me thougroughly, in order to know exactly what I wanted. I suggest him 100%! Also,these people know how to keep their word. I stayed in a glamorous hotel in Instabul, I had every day visits by nurses and doctors and my whole medication was given to me by the clinic. I had a luxurious car and a driver for all my transportations. I also want to thank my anesthesiologist, who was really great. And last but not least,I want to thank the beautiful İlyda, the coordinator that made it all easy. She was extremely kind and skilled. I will definitely go back with them in the future,for everything I need. Also,I had the opportunity to talk with other patients that came all over the world,for various cosmetic surgeries -some for third time-and they were all completely satisfied.

Nov 11,2022I put 5 stars for the surgery I got and also for the monitoring I received after. All the people I’ve met were really kind and professional. I couldn’t ask for a better experience regarding my surgery. I put a special mention to Fatima, Aleyna, Cagla, Sonila, Ozge & Gunes for their help, support and kindness during all my stay and more specially during my recovery. My surgery wasn’t easy to handle but thanks to them it went more smoothly ❤️🩹 I already recommend Clinichub to my friends 😊

Nov 11,2022Please be careful when you do anything to your face, don’t go to company where satisfaction of patients are second to making profit. I found this quite worrying that after 1 or 2 negative reviews, this clinic will have a bomb of good reviews with the same copy paste and same structure. Even 1 account would be giving more than one good reviews, so it should be fair that some non satisfied patients can write as much to throw what they really have on their chest after holding back for sometime. Having a botched surgery is not as simple as you take the deposit of your patients and then staying quiet for as long as you want just to avoid great customer service. Also, you should stop taking massive amounts of patients if you are not ready, you should consider high satisfaction as the priority and then that’s how you become a great clinic.

Nov 10,2022Had a wonderful time. Coordinaters merve and alsud were amazingly friendly, always cheerful and helpful. Dr Kubra and her team were fantastic. Even when I said I was happy with the colour of the teeth she would sign off on them until they were perfect. Very meticulous. The accommodation at the Sheraton was top notch. And let’s not forget Deniz, wonderful as usual 🙏🏼. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wishes to have their teeth done. Fantastic experience all round.

From the beautiful 5* hotel to the great level of care and attentiveness each staff member gave me, especially Vilma, who checked in on me everyday and accommodated all of my needs and Sila who really helped to calm my nerves before my surgery. Thank you Clinichub for being so amazing!! I can’t recommend you enough 🥰

Nov 08,2022I loved my experience in Istanbul with Clinichub! They booked me in amazing 5* hotel and made my journey in Istanbul smooth and easy. All staff are really nice,friendly and really professional. The one that was especially nice was Celine. I highly recommend Clinichub!☺️

Nov 06,2022There was plenty of times when I was suppose to get picked up and was left completely stranded in a foreign country. I paid for transportation and didn’t receive the service that I paid for. Not only did I miss my appointment time for my rhinoplasty, but I missed my flight home a few days after that. I was waiting for hours and there wasn’t any text, call or show. I had to come out of pocket to pay for a taxi to the airport and I still missed my flight after waiting almost an hour in the lobby. I had to pay hundreds of USD dollars for another flight and now I have to stay 24hrs in the airport until my next flight home. I’m extremely disappointed with the “service” I received, and extremely hurt on how much money I spent in total for service that I didn’t get. Even now, I haven’t received an apology or was even acknowledged after all the stress that they caused. I sent over 10+ messages and called multiple times and they still haven’t replied. It’s been over 15hrs of stress, and ache and still nothing from them. If I would’ve known that I would be going through all of this, I would’ve never came to clinichub. *Update* I sent clinichub an e-mail days ago like they suggested and still no response from anybody. A full week later and nothing has been solved & I haven’t been compensated.

Nov 06,2022I had an amazing experience with Clinichub, everything from the communication, transportation, consultation, surgery and post op, everything was just smooth and easy going. I would absolutely use Clinichub again and refer them to others. Cagla,Ozge and Sonila Were amazing also!

Nov 05,2022I usually don’t leave many reviews, but I just have to share the wonderful experience that I had with the Clinichub. The dental offices were under different names but I think they all work together. I originally wanted to stay in Istanbul longer than my dental treatment required and Izel my coordinator was very patient with me months prior to my arrival and during my stay. She managed my hotel stays with the special pricing even though I wasn’t under their treatment the entire time. She was always on top of the schedules and treatments and was in touch with the dental office manager, and my wonderful caring dentist Touba. I recommend to ask for her since they have other dentists working there. The hygienist was so caring and involved. Izel provided airport rides for me even when I took 2 days off to visit Bodrum even though she didn’t have to. They always had the driver ready for me to and from my hotel to their 2 different locations. They even had a birthday celebration in their dental office for me on my birthday. I had plastic surgery after my dental treatment with another doctor outside their group and I had a very bad experience. Izel and the staff cared and ask about me the entire time I was in Istanbul recovering from my plastic surgery. I would definitely recommend this very high tech and sterile dental office and their wonderful staff

Nov 05,2022My overall experience with ClinicHub was brilliant. There was always someone quick to respond to any questions I had via Whatsapp and I was always kept up to date with what was happening. Big thanks to Celine for being super friendly and helpful and also Cagla, Ozge and Sonila for checking in on me and helping make arrangements :) Dr Samil is excellent at what he does and I am so happy with my results ^_^ I also got to meet Dr Yusuf for my cast removal, which was a pleasure. Would 100% recommend ClinicHub. Very quick and easy, they take care of everything for you, the prices are very reasonable and the surgeons are incredible.

Nov 04,2022First off let me say that my surgeon, Dr. Emrah Çelik, was phenomenal. I could not be happier with my surgical outcome. That said, every other aspect of this experience was a disorganized disaster. The only competent coordinator I worked with was Alina. Alina was kind, efficient, followed up with me, and was both knowledgeable and effective. The other members of the Clinic Hub coordination staff (Cagla, Ozge, Sonila, Fahad) were disorganized, unresponsive, gave conflicting information and made the process confusing. If you asked a question, you’d get a different response from each person. Not only that, but they were difficult to get in touch with, often not responding for hours - If at all. In regards to Fahad specifically, he repeatedly gave me conflicting information, insisting I bring USD cash then telling me the day before surgery that a card was fine, he wouldn’t respond to repeated messages, and told me that it was impossible to have a consult with the surgeon. Other clinic hub patients informed me that their coordinator set up a video consultation with the surgeon and spoke with them before ever booking. It felt like each coordinator (aside from Alina) was actively trying to avoid doing any work. Lastly, the nurses. I am convinced these women were paid actors with no medical training. Not only did they speak no English (which made it very difficult to communicate medical status and needs post-op) but they were unresponsive on the nurse line, and they were inept when it came to placing an IV. One nurse stuck me 6 times and collapsed my vein before placing the line. Another left the needle in my arm and left the room. Again, my surgeon was fantastic, but everything else was sketchy and concerning.
