Nov 02,2022I had a Rhinoplasty done with Dr. Emrah through ClincHub. Getting this done in a different country is scary already but both Dr. Emrah and ClinicHub we’re the best at making me feel comfortable and completely at ease. The whole process was easy and informative which made traveling less of a headache. Turkey it’s self was beautiful and the Hotel and staff were awesome I stayed at The Elite Asia and it was beautiful and comfortable. I have already recommended ClinicHub to multiple people and I will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!!

I had a great stay and duration with the process of my surgery and no complication, great hospitality and great team. Also a young lady named Fatima clinic hub staff very helpful. I would definitely be visited Clinichub again in the next 1 to 2 years

Oct 23,2022I came to clinic hub for liposuction, they have been amazing throughout. I couldn’t say a bad word about them, my surgeon was amazing too he is called Dr Onur. He was there to ask any questions and gives you a realistic opinion on what you ask for. After my surgery I was back at the hotel and all the nurses here were amazing, any thing I needed and they were there straight away. All my co ordinators were amazing and we’re there to explain everything and anything couldn’t fault any of them. Hotel is very nice too and staff are there to help. There’s so much I could say but can’t find the right words. I would 1000% recommend clinic hub to everyone

I was extremely nervous traveling out of the country to get my procedure done but the entire staff made me feel safe. A special shout out to Alina from patient relations, she was absolutely amazing and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. You and the clinic hub team! Thank you 💛

Oct 22,2022WARNING! would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Although they have had many good clients. I was given 1 coordinator who was not professional at all. She was very kind before I paid the deposit. After paying the deposit, I was given a different treatment. The prices for the companion were changed multiple times and also was my surgery price which was changed 3 times and instead of understanding she was rude, and I tried to solve the problem. Everything changed, even her attitude and would ignore my messages. I tried to explain myself, but she had not given me the proper information and so I didn't trust them after that which is a shame as they are a well-known company. I thought to choose a different coordinator but instead have found a wonderful clinic in Istanbul to have surgery with. Clinichub do not give an invoice for your total cost, which is important to have in case of wrong information. So there is no confirmation of what you have paid. They try to gain more money out of people and care less about the client. I kept pushing for a refund even though the deposit is non refundable! I was not going to let them get away with this because I had to cancel my surgery because one coordinator didn’t know how to do her job and they tried to keep my deposit . But with perseverance I demanded to get a result by emailing and constantly contacting them. In the end I Got more than half of the deposit back .my advice is to keep pressing them . Although I didn’t get the full refund , the principal is that they cannot push people around and get away with it . please take this review into consideration and be aware there are amazing clinics in Turkey. With much better hospitality, take care .

Oct 21,2022Ik heb een hele goede ervaring met Clinichub en ben hun zo dankbaar voor de fijne begeleiding. Ik werd op 16 augustus 2022 geopereerd door Dr.Do. Bbl en liposuction. Ik werd heel goed geïnformeerd over de planning. Ik verbleef 2 nachten in het ziekenhuis. Ik heb geen ernstige pijn ervaren dankzij de nurses die goede zorg verleenden. De consult met dr Do was goed. Hij is heel professioneel en heel zelfverzekerd over zijn vaardigheden. Ik was overtuigd dat hij heel goed wist wat voor mij het beste is. Zelf had ik geen idee wat bij mijn lichaam paste maar had veel vertrouwen in hem. Na de operatie verbleef ik een aantal nachten in het hotel. Elke dag werd ik met een glimlach gegroet door het Clinichub team. Zij toonden veel interesse en vroegen altijd hoe het ging. Als ik iets nodig had werd dat meteen geregeld. De aftercare is zo goed. Elke dag kwamen de Clinichub nurses langs voor nazorg. Ik kon ze altijd benaderen wanneer ik extra hulp nodig had. De after care dokter was ook altijd bereikbaar. Het hotel was heel fijn en goed gelegen. Ik ben nu 3 manden post op. Mijn lichaam ziet er zo goed uit. Kan niet wachten om mijn long term results te zien. Ik wil Cagla, Ozle, Sonila, Alp, Vilma, Bahar, Sila en natuurlijk dr. Do♥️♥️♥️

I was very please with my surgery coordinator, Alina, she not only was attentive at all hours for me but gave me recommendations for shopping in the area, food places, and had wonderful conversation. It helped because I went through this experience alone. I'm very pleased with my choice. Thank you Clinichub.

Oct 17,2022So initially I was just having vaser lipo 360 to my abdomen, thighs and arms. My surgeon was Dr Onur Akman, during my consultation we discussed also evening out my hip dips and which he did free of charge as well as ensuring my bum was proportional to my hips. He is so sweet and understanding. He listened to why I was having surgery and hugged me when I got emotional. I’m currently 3 weeks post op and am incredibly happy with my results! No longer have hip dips and my bum has a nice lifted look, it looks natural aswell which is exactly what I wanted! My hospital coordinator was Abir and I cannot sing her praises enough! She was so lovely and considerate, she has kept up with checking in on me while I’ve been home and rooting for me through recovery❤️🩹 I was also visited by my dietitian from when I had my gastric balloon (Duygu) which was a wonderful surprise to see a friendly face! Thank you so much Dr Onur for my new body and thank you so much to Abir and Duygu for the continuous support and care ❤️

Oct 17,2022I am giving 5 stars for Dr Burak & his Senior patient liaison coordinator, Vilma. Dr Burak is a delightful likeable man. He is very jovial in his demeanour but clearly an ambassador in his field. As soon as I met Dr Burak I was immediately reassured that I was in extremely safe hands! Having travelled to Turkey alone it was an absolute Joy to be introduced to Dr Burak’s young assistant ~ His 4 year old son attended a post operative consultation & was a true ray of sunshine! Dr Burak listens to any concerns & immediately implements an action plan to his team. The nurses work long hours in Turkey but are very kind & attentive, I feel that any review/suggestion otherwise is unfair as these young ladies try extremely hard with their English & even in its absence they understand the need for gentle care. Vilma was a true support during my time at The Radisson & a great asset to the team at Clinic Hub. Whilst staying at the Radisson Blu Asia I was welcomed to having my hair & nails done by Bonhuer Kuafor. Extremely hardworking family owned salon a stones throw from the hotel, in fact they even came to my hotel to blowdry my hair. All organised by the wonderful Vilma following an extremely poor show by RANA BEAUTY, (whom offered a considerably unprofessional attitude towards customer service) I was recommended to Dr Burak by a very senior team of plastic surgeons in the UK whilst researching breast surgery in Turkey. The post operative care, to my mind, exceeded my experience of that of private health care in the UK. The 10 night stay in Turkey allowed my body the luxury of fully recuperating with the reassuring twice daily visits from the medical team. I hope to meet Dr Burak again when he visits the UK as he does regularly as part of his close affiliation with our elite surgeons.

Oct 15,2022I had rhinoplasty surgery with Dr Emrah, I booked the surgery in December 2021 through ClinicHub and the experience was so well organised from start to finish. Originally I was messaging Ümit through WhatsApp who gave me all the details of the trip, including prices, duration, and what was included with my package. He was extremely helpful and answered all queries right away. I received all the information of my arrival to Istanbul prior to flying, so I was aware where to go to get my transfer. Once I’d arrived in Istanbul i was transported to the hotel which was absolutely stunning, everyone within the hotel was extremely helpful, especially Alina who met with me once I’d settled into the hotel and explained what would happen throughout my stay and answered any queries I had. She gave me lots of information of places to visit during my stay which was very helpful as I travelled alone. I was transferred to the hospital the night before my surgery to go through all paperwork and get my bloods taken etc. Zeynep met with me the next morning, we had previously been messaging and she was so lovely, she was extremely helpful and she answered any questions I had an explained what the process was before the Dr came to see me. Dr Emrah then came in to assess my nose and asked about my concerns and explained any complications which may arise. The nurses checked on me regularly after my surgery, the hospital experience was overall very good. I was transferred back to my hotel the day after surgery to recover. My transfers were all booked for my cast removal and to the airport. Overall my experience with ClinicHub was outstanding, everything had been carefully planned and organised so I didn’t have to worry about anything, there wasn’t really an issue with a language barrier with anyone I met, some people did struggle to understand me because I’m from Newcastle Upon Tyne and my accent is quite strong but this didn’t prove to be an issue. I would highly recommend ClinicHub to anyone wanting to travel abroad for surgery and if I ever book another procedure I would definitely book through ClinicHub. Thanks so much for my fantastic experience and my beautiful new nose ❤️

Nov 04,2022After many hours of extensive research, I am beyond grateful that I had my Rhinoplasty with the best Dr in the world!! Dr Samil Sahin at Clinic hub. Clinichub made the whole process a complete breeze, from being picked up and dropped off to the airport, to the hotel stay. I couldn't recommend Clinichub enough, all I had to do was show up and everything was taken care for me. I'm only a month post op but I'm already in love with my results! I flew from Australia to Turkey and am so happy with my decision in doing so. Dr Samil is highly skilled, his attention to detail was incredible and nothing like I've seen before. He has a warm, loving nature to him and made me feel so safe, when I was scared in the operation room. Not only did my Dr Samil exceeded all of my expectations but he listen extensively to my concerns and was super realistic with the outcome. I would like to extend my many thanks to Dr Samil but to also lovely Sila! who was with me every step of the way, during my time at the hospital! She has a naturing, friendly, optimistic heart. Who checked on me constantly and went out of her way to comfort me when I was scared, bless her! I would also like to thank Gorgeous Celine, who I met at Elite world! If I had any questions she was the girl to go too! Not only was she kind hearted but thoughtful as well. She taught me so much about the historical buildings, traditional food and the best places to shop. She also gives the best hugs as well! Lastly I would like to thank Yagiz, who worked at the hotel. There's not enough words to describe his welcoming, affectionate nature. Our experience in Turkey wouldn't of been the same with out him. He went out of his way to suggest all of his favourites things to do in Istanbul, from sightseeing to delicious foods. He will always have a special spot in our hearts.
