to be honest I never expected to ever take this step. but when I did my research I immediately got a warm and nice feeling. To my surprise, my gut feeling was right. I was welcomed here with a warm welcome, you were very nice, every time you asked me if I needed anything and how I feel. I am very grateful for that🌸 after the cast removal when i saw my nose i was a bit shocked how swollen my nose was. but despite the swelling I'm sure it will get better with time. I learned how to massage my nose and how to tape my nose. I will keep you posted and send my PO😊 I also want to thank Sonila, Çagla, Yetkin, Vilma and al the nurses🤍🤍

Im gonna write a very honest review about my experience with Clinichub and rhinoplasty with Emrah Celik. The service before the surgery wasnt really the best. I wasnt even nervous before the surgery but with so much back and forwards and misunderstandings with the Clinichub staff i was really worried because I felt like none of them really knew what they were doing. They told me I was gonna have the surgery the 7th and then they changed it to the 9th, I never really knew when things were going to happen when I asked them they usually told me they didnt know. So usually there wasnt much help in asking the nurses and also when I needed them to my room they would tell me they would be there in 10 min and 2 hours later i was still waiting for them. It was a bit of a messy experience and on my surgery day i was getting little to none information on what was going to happen so that stressed me out a lot. Everytime i called the nurses in the hospital they would tell me that they didnt speak english or they didnt know. So i was very scared. Also the consultation was a bit unprofessional and rushed before surgery that concerned me. I only got like 2 minutes consultation time with dr Emrah and it seemed like he was in a hurry. I wish he would use more time to listen to what i wanted. I also never knew what time my surgery would be so I had to wait 18 hours without any food and something to drink. I feel like there was lack of information throughout the whole experience. Some days post op i also fainted at a nail salon and i wanted them to take my blood pressure just to make sure everything were alright, and they told me they would but they never came to my hotel room. I felt like they couldnt stick to what they were saying. The months before my surgery they would also ignore my messages often and it would go a long time before they answered my questions and concerns. I am experiencing the same now post op, it takes weeks for me to even get a response. Post op I have multiple concerns that i have tried to speak to the post op team about but no one seems to care, my breathing is bad, my septum is looking deviated and i have a bump on my nose bridge that im super scared and stressed about. I really regret doing my rhinoplasty with Clinichub and im very disappointed and sad about the whole experience. I am now 10 months post op and I don’t know if I will be needing a revision rhinoplasty to fix my nose, no one will help or answer my concerns. Very unprofessional and I don’t recommend Clinichub.

I had an amazing experience with clinic hub. I got a breast reduction/lift and a rhinoplasty from Dr Onur Akman and I could not be happier with my results he is amazing. Don’t get me wrong, I was sceptical when clinic hub told me Dr Onur will be doing both surgeries because his Instagram isn’t filled with photos daily like other surgeons at clinic hub. There wasn’t a lot of rhinoplasty photos etc but PLEASE don’t let this turn you off I asked for a natural but shorter nose and that’s exactly what I got. He knew exactly what to do. As for my boobs I asked for not too small but not big and they’re perfectly in between. He was lovely, came to check on me 2/3 times after surgery to make sure my recovery was going well. He’s very chill and talks to you about normal things making you just feel at ease and comfortable before surgery. I am so thankful to Dr Onur for everything and I could not be happier with my results. I couldn’t recommend him any more!! As for everything else, every nurse, transfer driver, hotel staff, hospital staff etc were sooo friendly and nice. I never felt judged once, they are there to help you and make sure you are comfortable and recovering well despite not speaking much English, Google translate was used a lot! 😂 Big shoutout to Basak who met me in the hospital the morning of my surgeries she spoke perfect English and made me feel so at ease she was so down to earth I felt like I knew her years just from that small encounter which is what I needed being alone in a hospital before surgery. And I also want to thank the driver who collected me and my boyfriend from the airport I didn’t get his name (20th of june from SAW airport at around 7pm) i hope this helps find the driver because he went above and beyond for us brought us to get food, waited for the food to be ready, then brought us somewhere to grab snacks. Nicest person ever. Over all, I had an amazing experience with clinic hub, there were a few miscommunication incidents with clinic hub and the driver or hotel etc for example I was collected from the hotel the morning of my surgeries at 5:40 instead of 7am and was left waiting in the hospital for over an hour because I wasn’t supposed to be collected that early but it did not take away a star for me because I had such a great experience. I am very happy with the service that was provided. From the moment I landed in Istanbul I was assisted throughout my whole journey. It was very easy and comfortable journey. Sila which was my hospital coordinator helped me out a lot with all the paperwork and translated anything I wasn’t sure of. She was very kind and made sure I was ok throughout the whole process. Carla and Sonila were my communication specialists which guided me also throughout the whole journey. They made sure I was aware of everything and assisted me with my transfers, they were very lovely and helpful. I’m am so happy to have chosen the clinic hub team and very happy I chose Dr. Samil Sahin. He is an excellent surgeon and made sure I was happy throughout the process of what I wanted my final nose to appear like. He made sure to explain everything to me and ensured he did the best job he could for my facial structure and I couldn’t have asked for better I am so happy with the result. He was very professional and very kind as well. With my overall experience I am very happy.
Literally the best decision i ever made, I got my rhinoplasty done by dr Emrah Celik and I'm 8 days post op and I already love it so much. The whole team was amazing and so helpful, and special thanks to Zeynep who helped me with all my questions. I recommend this to anyone thinking about getting a nose job in Turkey
Let me preface this by saying my procedures were done March 2021; I wanted to wait 1 year to review my experience with ClinicHub, but life kind of got away from me. I'll start at the beginning. My coordinator (I forgot her name) did not answer my messages unless I checked in constantly, so that was less than ideal. When I landed at IST airport, and was given directions of where to meet my ride. My ride was not there, so I stood with another ClinicHub group but was told it wasn't my group/ride. But the guy who had texted me directions of where to meet my driver wasn't answering his phone so this group's driver contacted someone who eventually got me to the hospital for my COVID test and then to my hotel. I hung around for a day and then around midnight, myself and a few other women were taken to the hospital to check in. I paid (I ended up paying more than I needed to due to currency conversion rates, and was promised a refund of the extra funds, but never received them- tbh, I don't care now, it wasn't much), signed all the forms acknowledging the potential risks, and changed into my compression socks and gown. Dr. Do came in and I can really only say that he told me a few things I needed to hear, but his delivery could use some improving.. I had to write downing sign that I acknowledged the extra risks of operating since I was just slightly above the BMI allowance for the BBL and 360 Lipo. Once Dr. Do left the room, I burst into tears because while he is very charismatic and caring, his delivery of information can be abrasive. I was the last of my group to be operated on. I was wheeled down the hall, into the elevator, and kind of just left for a few minutes in a dark hallway. I speak very little Turkish and the nurses around me spoke zero English, so all I could do was wait. Once wheeled into the OR, I was shifted to the operating table and the anesthesia was administered- it all happened so quickly. And then I was awake!..if you can call it that.. I was in so much pain and shaking uncontrollably. I was also freezing cold. Once back in my hospital room, I had to move myself face down onto my bed. Not an easy task after such an extensive surgery. I was hooked up to IV fluids and had drain tubes coming from what felt like all over. I woke up some hours later to a nurse getting me something to drink, and it was the best cherry juice I'd ever tasted! My mouth had been so dry. She helped me stand and walk a bit, and emptied my drains. I felt exhausted. Most people I talked to who had Lipo say they felt itchy the week following surgery, but I never felt that. 1 or 2 days after surgery (I'm not sure tbh, I was in and out of consciousness), my IV was removed as well as my catheter. I have never felt so much acute pain in my life as I did when the MALE nurse very quickly pulled my catheter out. So uncomfortable. My drains were still attached and had to be for several days longer. I was so happy to get back to the hotel and lay down. As soon as I did tho, a nurse came by to check me over and give me my medication. I believe I was given ibuprofen, paracetamol, an antibiotic, and something to protect the lining of my stomach, and a bruise creme.. This was after being given medication meant for a different patient however... The first lymphatic massage was incredibly painful, but also relieving at the same time. And using the toilet in a Faja is quite the task in the beginning. Thank God for bidets! I looked forward to my lymphatic massage every evening so I could lay on my back!! Albeit propped up on lots of pillows. When my drains were removed and I was allowed to shower,.. it was the BEST shower ever!! I did need help getting back into my Faja after, but it still had blood from drainage all over it, so i feel like they should supply patients with 2 Fajas that way we could clean them and rotate, you know? The nurses are incredibly overworked and underpaid. I felt so bad for my nurse (whose name I of course cannot remember) because she was spread so thin, that I offered to order in dinner for her. She declined, but she was so sweet, I wish we had stayed in touch. Toward the end of my stay, I met with Dr. Do again to see how my results were coming along. He was very please with them. Once I got back to the US, I noticed that my bum is a bit lopsided, and my chin had barely any fat taken out so I still have a double chin, and there is still a tube of fat above my navel. I had a BBL, 360 Lipo, and chin lipo. So I would need to eventually go back to have these things fixed. Do I want to go thru all that again? Absolutely not. But I'll need to if I want to be even/symmetrical. And Dr. Do is who I will trust to do it. The last thing I will mention is that I believe (**this is my OPINION only) that ClinicHub gives better service/perks to social media influencers. While there, they were posting on IG giving out treats and such, giving vouchers to patients. I never received any of that.
I literally have nothing negative to say about clinic hub. From the very beginning the communication has been great even with the difference in time zones. Getting a rhinoplasty in a different country was very nerve-wracking and scary but they made this whole process easy and stress free. My communication specialists, Cagla and Sonila were extremely helpful and answered all my questions quickly and with care. They also made being picked up from the airport a breeze. They gave me step by step instructions on what to do and on what to expect which really helped alleviate some of my anxiety. They checked up on me often and made sure that i was good which i really appreciated. Sila made the morning of my surgery so easy she really helped calm my nerves and made communicating with my doctor easy, she helped me explain what i wanted. Also my coordinator Dia was so great and made booking my sugery so easy and she helped my prepare for my trip to turkey and made the process as simple as possible. She made sure that I had all my accommodations ready and that I was well taken care of, she really put my mind at ease.I couldn't be happier with my experience with clinic hub and with my doctor. Everyone was so sweet, professional and they took amazing care of me.
I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Samil Sahin , other than being a super nice human being , he have gifted hands Because I can’t still believe how my nose changed for the best and I’m still 20 days after operation with no pain whatsoever , he made it look extremely natural and the right size for my face , you could see he cares for his patient by how much attention to the details he puts , I can’t think on choosing any other doctor till today I’m glad he was my final choice . I would like to thank the clinic hub staff too for being extremely present and nice on this journey and taking care of me in every aspect from sending nurses to the hotel to arranging cars to get us to the airport. The after care they give by always being there even to your return to home is admirable. I’m fully satisfied with my experience , thank you 🙏
My complete stay and treatment at Clinic Hub, has been a professional and wonderful experience. From the time I arrived at the airport, the care and interaction from the staff has always been polite and accommodating. In the hospital, they showed attention to detail, especially towards thr person who accompanied me for support. The hospital staff went above and beyond the interrelations person Sumeyye was extremely helpful in translating information for me from Turkish to English. I would like to thank all the staff at Raddison blue. The experience there was relaxing and they were always accommodating. I like thank all the nurses and Doctor who attended to both at the hospital and the hotel they were always friendly cheerful and very well verse and knowledgeable no question was difficult for them to answering. I had a BR with Dr Onur on 23/06/2022. Before my surgery, I arrived on the 21st of which we followed the instructions and met our driver outside. No issues. They took us to our car which is a nice little fancy hummer and we went straight to the hospital. The driver handled everything at reception and then we was taken to a floor downstairs where I had a blood test and a chest scan. The hospital is VERY clean and the staff are VERY professional. I have a fear of needles and barely felt when the nurse drew blood. We were then taken to our hotel of which was the Raddison Blue. Beautiful hotel, smells amazing and the breakfast included is perfect. Our room was also very clean and nice. I then spent the rest of my day and the next day roaming around the city of Istanbul before my surgery. Please note, there is CH staff based in the hotel at the reception so you never feel left or forgotten and Alana who I was in contact with was lovely. She also speaks English very well so I had no issues with communication. Anyways, the night before surgery I was told I shouldn’t eat past 10pm and the driver would be picking me up at 6am. The driver came on time and I was taken straight to Medicana Hospital and taken to my room. Very clean room with good facilities. I was met by various staff and my coordinator who gave me a bunch of paperwork to sign as well as a nurse and the anestesiologist. I was then met by Dr Onur who came with his assistant for a consultation. He asked me why I wanted my BR and what my expectations were. He then analysed my breast and began to do a series of markings on them. This lasted for a maximum of 5 minutes of which he then showed me how much he would lift my breast and what would be extracted. I was skeptic at first as dr Onur does not have much work published on the CH website but once he physically demonstrated with the markings on my chest how they would be post surgery, I WAS SOLD. This consultation was done by 8am and I was taken down into surgery by 8.30am. I have had surgery before so I know what to expect however I was shocked at this time. I remember going into the operation room and that was it. I next woke up shivering and asking everyone if it was done because I didn’t even remember being put to sleep. To my shock I was already back in my room with my new breast. I remember seeing the dr and his assistant visit me in my room and they were checking my dressings and breast. I was then in and out of sleep for the rest of the day. My companion says that the assistant returned again later and he was checking my nipples for sensation and my companion saw my breast and was very impressed. Once waking up properly I didn’t realise I had been sleeping for a majority of the day and I also had drains and a catheter in. The hospital staff were very attentive, always making sure my vital signs were okay as well as my painkillers via IV. I never felt abandoned or not heard even though there was a language barrier with the nurses. I was being promoted by the nurses to walk as they would need to ensure I was okay to be discharged. At first I declined as I was too tired but then they assisted me and i managed to walk. I had to do this a couple of times before they deemed I was okay to be discharged. Another coordinator from CH came and then said she would ensure I was okay for discharge. I was then approved and the driver came an hour later to take me back to the hotel. Within 30 minutes of being at the hotel, a CH nurse came to the hotel and they checked my breast, drain site and also gave me all my medications with clear explanations on each use and when to take. Everyday forward I was visited by nurses 3 times a day as well as another doctor. They were very attentive and made sure that I was prescribed laxatives once they realised I was constipated following surgery. My drains were also removed 2 days after surgery and I was scared but was shocked I didn’t feel anything. From then until my departure date o was just chilling, relaxing and focusing on my recovery. Hotel staff were lovely and the facilities are very nice. The day before departure I was then visited by dr onur again who checked my breast and we had a chat about recovery when I go home and how I felt. Dr onur was a pleasant man and I was shocked with his demeanour. He is a very kind, humble, professional and understanding man. He also speaks English well so there was no issues with communication and he is also very handsome🤣. The next day our transfer came on time to take us back to the airport and i returned home. I am now 13 days post op and still have the strips on my breast. I was told to remove them 2 weeks post op and then I will begin to apply the creams that were given. I have no issues with my breast and I LOVE THEM. I do not know my size yet but I think I was taken down to a 36B/C as I requested and I feel my body is now proportionate. My drain sites have healed well and so far no concerns. TY CH ❤️
Hey Clinichub🥰 I've had the most fantastic experience with these guys... I've had my surgery done with them and not 1 bad fault the nurse's there are sooo nice despite the language barrier they are lovely they be knocking my door every 30mins... lol (like go away now)😂😂😂 #Jokes but yeah they were really lovely and BIG UP TO MY SURGEON DR. ONUR AKMAN 🥰🥰🥰 ILL BE SEEING HIM VERY SOON THE BEST I TELL YOU!!! I RECOMMEND HIM TO ANY AND EVERYONE.... And the Hotel Radisson Blue 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾 clean lovely customs service... I enjoyed my stay there... I will be visiting AGAIN FOR SURE!!!
I'm here to share my experience at clinic hub. I'm writing this review exactly a month after my rhinoplasty. Over all the service was outstanding! Everything was as described prior. Many can feel nervous to book by phone a surgery in another country but I can't recommend enough this clinic. All the transfert from and to hotel/hospital were organised by the staff and were included in the package. The staff was very polite and helpful especially Alina and Zeynep. I had my surgery with Dr. Samil Sahin that did an amizing job. I am very happy of the result! I have to say that initially I was put off by all the swelling but after a month I start seeing my nose final shape. It looks so natural. Thank you Samil and thank you to all the nurses that helped me with aftercare at hotel! ❤️

I had my rhinoplasty with dr Emrah Celik just under 2 weeks ago and Couldn’t be more happy with it already. I explained exactly how I wanted it and showed him images to go off. He explained everything through with me and what was possible. Couldn’t of asked for a better doctor :) My coordinators Zeynep and Alina made everything much more comfortable for me and was there whenever I needed them. The transfers from the airport, hotel and hospital were amazing too, however there was a bit of a language barrier between the nurses at the hospital but wasn’t such a big issue. There were also nurses in the hotel 24/7 which made me feel a lot more at ease with recovery. Would 100% recommend clinic hub for anyone thinking to get rhinoplasty 😊
I found the hospital staff unhelpful and very lax in terms of controls. After I left the hospital I hoped that the nurses at the raddison hotel were doing better. The nurses came to the hotel very quickly to give a short explanation of the medication and they left very quickly. Everything felt rushed and I really don't have a good experience with the aftercare. Aftercare is extremely important after surgery and I actually did almost everything myself. I also did not like the accessibility, often people only responded after a few hours. Because of this experience I have decided to advance my ticket to go home earlier. Because I no longer felt comfortable with such aftercare. the hotel staff helped me on my way, which I do appreciate.
My experience with Clinichub was amazing 🤩 the staff is 5⭐️. They take very good care off you. Dr.yousuf is very nice so is his staff. Zeynep was an amazing help she’s so sweet💕. Alina is so caring & funny it was nice seeing her every morning. The nurses very nice as well. Over all a very good experience!
Cagla, Sonila, Sila and Selin were extremely helpful. They were there to answer the questions I had and to make sure everything went smoothly. They are so caring of everyone! Definitely made a big postive impact on my trip.

We waited over an hour for our car to take us to the hotel, then there was a mix up with our hotel which was stressful as our driver didn’t speak any English. My surgeon was lovely, very kind and answered all questions. The nurses at the hotel checked on me every day which both myself and mother were really impressed with. My patient administrators were lovely. Manal and Merve made the experience super easy and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you both ♡
