Jun 26,2022Iāve had a great experience with Clinichub. They checked up on me everyday to make sure I was I was okay and recovering well. Their communication was amazing, especially the communication specialists Cagla and Sonila, and my coordinator MinĆ©. I definitely recommend Clinichub.

Jun 24,2022I got my boobs done with Clinichub and my experience was amazing! They were so professional and helpful - big shout out to ĆaÄla and Sonila at the specialist team. They made the process so easy especially since I travelled by myself. They arranged all my transfers, hotel etc. My doctor (Dr Onur) was so informative and the hospital staff were so sweet. I had 5 nurses checking on me everyday - no exaggeration. Leaving was so bittersweet because they truly were the best. I would do this 100x over, best decision I ever made. I canāt praise them enough! Anyone looking to get their boobs done, look no further. Thank you Clinichub

Jun 24,2022Waited 1 month post op to write this honest review. I went to clinichub to get a rhinoplasty, chin implant & fat injection. Everything was amazing from the first day I arrived to Turkey ever till the day I left. Everyone is very nice, and cared for me very well. I am happy I chose clinichub and Dr Yusuf Orhan. At the moment I am recovering well, still unable to close my mouth fully (maybe from chin implant and rhinoplasty, not sure) but it gets better each day.

Jun 22,2022The most unprofessional clinic I have ever experienced, they took a week to reply to my enquiry, they also waited 2 weeks to advise whether or not I can go forward. They donāt bother to get in contact with you. I have now gone to a different clinic who can communicate properly. I was threatened by the company to take my honest review down or itāll be a headache for me and they threatened me with legal action. A man has called me from clinic hub bullying me and shouting to take my review down, this company are bullyās!

And I didnāt feel that I was alone for one second from the minute I was picked up from the airport to the day I went back. Nurses were the best always happy to help. Jun 22,2022I am very happy with my results, and my experience with Clinichub from my initial contact to my departure from Turkey, was positive. The post op care received after surgery was thorough and efficient. Nurses and a doctor check on you daily in your hotel room. The service from the patient care team was also great. Kseniia and Vilma are lovely ladies. Last but not least, Dr Onur Akman did a fantastic job with my boobs! He is also very warm natured and helped to calm my nerves before the surgery.

Jun 21,2022I had such an amazing experience from the time I contacted Clinichub about a rhinoplasty to the day I left Istanbul, Turkey. When I contacted clinichub about my rhinoplasty, I immediately felt their desire to assist me throughout the entire process. I was given a coordinator by the name of Yetkin. Yetkin had great communication and was very responsive. Although there was a significant time difference between the United States and Istanbul, He made sure to respond in a timely manner. It was such a pleasure working with him. You can tell he loves his job and helping people which I admire. Before my arrival I was contacted by Mounir from clinichub who is an operation specialist. Mounir helped arrange my arrival, departures and hotel reservations. The warm welcome continued once I arrived in Istanbul. I was contacted by Cagla and Sonila who are the communication specialist from clinichub. They assisted my sister and I with clear directions upon my arrival at the airport, departure, as well as clear and detailed instructions in preparation for my procedure. They also assisted with transfers and accommodations, everything was straightforward and there was no confusion. Day before surgery I was contacted by Celine, who is from clinichub relations. She asked me a few questions regarding my medical history in order to prepare me for surgery the following day. She even checked on me the day after surgery and told me to reach out to her if I need anything. Thank you, Celine! On the day of the procedure, I met Zeynep, the field coordinator. Zeynep is awesome!! She assisted with the translation between myself, and the nurse and she ensured I was well taken care of. She answered all my questions and was willing to help with anything I had issues with. There was an issue with my payment, however, she was able to take care of it, ASAP. She remained in contact with me until I left turkey. She was so sweet, and such a pleasure to work with. We also had a pleasant conversation after my procedure. She truly loves her job and helping others. She takes her job seriously and ensures you are at ease. Thank you Zeynep. Finally, Dr. Ucal and his team! What an awesome group of people. I highly recommend Dr. Ucal aka Dr. YOUnique. I have met a lot of doctors, but he is one of the few that genuinely cares about his patients. His work is phenomenal. You may not see it immediately after cast removal but trust him and the process! He takes his time to listen and is very knowledgeable. He helped me gain my confidence after my rhinoplasty. His team is well organized and knows what they are doing. His assistant is such a great help. I am so grateful to the entire clinichub staff, Dr. Ucal and his team. If you are reading this and are anxious or nervous about the experience and have many questions, I was in the same place. I can reassure you that you will be well taken care off with clinichub, they will ensure you have a positive experience. Thank you so much for everything Clinichub.

Jun 21,2022My name is Liat, I came to the clinic through a recommendation in an aesthetic treatment group, first I corresponded with Tuba, who was so patient and answered the many questions I asked, I felt there was an answer and who to contact ... At the same time I will not lie and say that when I arrived in Istanbul I was not afraid ... indeed I was apprehensive, but as I landed, we were picked up from the airport for tests at a hospital and from there to a hotel where I met Vilma who was like a second mother, and took care of everything I needed. On the day of the surgery, my heart and pulse were in the sky until I met the man with the golden hands, Dr. Dogus Yalcin, with a lot of patience answered a lot of questions I asked, (I made a page full of questions, and he made sure to answer each and every one of the questions), with his humor he knew how to laugh and take down concerns considerably, explained in a way I understood, and took care of my safety and health and also knew how to say "no" if the requests were not in my favor. I thank you for everything you are just an angel !!! At the hospital the clinic staff, was in contact with me several times a day, took care of my well-being, my mood and that the hospital staff would treat me nicely. When I returned to the hotel, the nursing staff, the field coordinator and Ms. Vilma were there for me at all hours of the day, and gave a heartfelt service, and gave a quick and professional response. I thank God I chose this clinic !!

Jun 20,2022From my original contact w the sales team, over a year ago, being in constant contact from original booking date, even now after rhino, the whole Clinichub staff has been amazing. Everything was crystal clear, everyone was uber professional. From drivers to field reps, hospital staff to Dr You. I knew from the moment I landed in Istanbul, that I'd be in great hands. When I say everything was flawless, I mean it. Drivers to and from hospital and Airport were PROS, the Clinichub reps at the hospital were on their A game, especially the very beautiful unforgettable Kseniia( give that woman a raise, she is on another level) I really cant say enough great things about her, she is a keeper. When you guys meet her, you'll see what I meanš. Dr You was honest He told me what I did and did not need, there was no upselling, no BS, honest and trustworthy. Surgery went well(I can't wait to fully recover) My table pics look so great, hopefully my nose stays as perfect as it did there. Hospital staff also, were great, they check up on you , almost on the hour or every 2. All of them were great. Hotel accommodations chosen by Clinichub, were 5 stars. Nurses are at the hotel and on call, literally you are bombarded with over the top care, whenever you need them. I will be back next year for other procedures and it's definitely all because of the wonderful patient experience that Clinichub provides. It's the most impressive service I've ever had (no joke)

Jun 19,2022I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr. Yusuf Orhan UĆAL 2 weeks ago and had nothing short of an amazing experience! The coordinator I was in communications with months prior to arriving in Turkey was so helpful in letting me know everything I needed and answered all the questions I had for her. When I stepped out of the Istanbul airport there was somebody from the Clinichub team already waiting for me and then the driver took me to the hospital for some quick blood work and a covid test and then straight to my hotel. The hotel was really nice as were the staff. The day of my surgery I was driven to the hospital and having a translator there was really helpful and made filling out the medical paper work very easy. My consultation with Dr. Yusuf Orhan UĆAL was pleasant, straightforward, and I told him my concerns with my nose and what I wanted changed and then went for surgery about an hour later and it went really smoothly! Iām so happy with my results and the whole process was completely painless which shocked me as it was my first ever surgery and I didnāt know what to expect. I spent 1 night in the hospital after surgery and they took such good care of me and all the nurses were so kind, and all the meals were great! The next day I was driven back to my hotel and had nurses that would check on me every day or two to take a look at the healing of my nose, blood pressure, and to show me how to use the medications and nasal sprays I was provided. They were also stationed at my hotel which was comforting to know in case I had any questions for them. On day 6 I had my cast removed and I was so happy with my new nose. Itās been healing so fast with very minimal discomfort and Iām so glad I went with Dr. Yusuf Orhan UĆAL. The next day I left to come back home to Canada and was driven to the airport a few hours before my flight home. The driver spoke Turkish but was using Siri Google Translate to tell me history facts about everything we were driving by on the way there which was really fun and sweet š. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Dr. Yusuf Orhan UĆAL and the Clinichub team (Sonila, ĆaÄla, Zeynep, Celine & everyone else too!). I already have a couple of friends that are also booking with him because they love my results and Iāll be coming back to Istanbul with them because I loved it there and was treated with so much kindness by everyone! Jun 18,2022I had booked a nose surgery appointment and paid the deposit, but I decided against clinichub because of the catastrophic organization. My coordinator takes a long time (several days) until she answers, which made the whole organization difficult. Despite the fact that I addressed it several times and she promised me to answer faster, nothing changed in her behavior. There were moments when I had to remind her to answer and that's not very serious and customer-friendly! I only went along with all this back and forth because i wanted to go to dr samil on the recommendation of friends and the doctor has nothing to do with the whole organization. Shortly before my surgery was due, my coordinator increased the costs by ā¬200 because of my companion, who, according to her, was not included in the price. (no one I knew had to pay extra for their companion, as that was included in the PRICE NAMED) That's why I decided to cancel the Surgery because of the bad communication! I don't see that the customer is treated so badly from the start! I tolerated a lot up to that point and booked the operation and listed a deposit, although there had been problems with the coordinator from the start. but then to increase the price is a cheek! it's a pity that i lost my deposit of 250ā¬, but i prefer another clinic that appreciates its customers. i decided to go see another doctor and waive my down payment! Unfortunately, experience has shown that I cannot recommend clinichub.. what a pity, I would have been happy to have my op with dr samil, but had to cancel it due to the dubious behavior of your employee. I have never experienced that as a customer you have to be after everything. Even to get an appointment for the operation i had to run after my coordinator and ask her several times to take care of it! Despite all this, the deposit was paid although I was dissatisfied with the organization hoping to do my surgery with Dr Samil. But doing what you want with customers and acting on your own initiative is absolutely wrong. It's not worth it to me to be treated unfairly. Then I invest my money for someone else, where I'm better off! UPDATE : Iām Not Mrs Dalia , and i Never ever had surgery with you , i have canceled it. Your reply is wrong.

Jun 17,2022I recently had laser eye surgery with Dr Rifat. Iād say my experience was very good. Everyone has their own experience, even in the UK the experiences anywhere are good bad etc, (even going to Starbucks or tesco in the UK your experience will be different to everyone else) The clinics that I was taken to have my eye surgery consultation and procedure and post off was 5* it was so Much nicer and cleaner that what I expected. Dr Rifat was great, I was nervous as the be expected but I canāt fault it. The best part of the experience was the coordinator. Ksenniia was amazing. Honestly she was with my every step of the way from the pick-up to the drop off. Where I needed someone the most she went above and beyond. Honestly canāt thank her enough, sheās beyond amazing and a credit to the company. Abrir also great, thank you to her she was amazing. The only reason why Iām not giving 5* is because I came with someone elseās and they had another procedure done and they didnāt have the same experience as mine. Having said that, their procedure was more complicated and even though nothing bad really happened, communication between surgeon and non clinic hub staff could have been better. But everyone has their own experiences, just like in the UK. Some tips For anyone; say what you want, language is a barrier, if the answer to your question isnāt what you asked : ask it again. Also donāt come alone, come with someone you trust who can make you feel at ease as being in a foreign country can be scary. Youāre not alone, this company deals with so many people like you. Language can be an issue. If you havenāt had anything done in a non English country it can be really scary and when youāre here it can scare you. But Iāve lived in lots of countries where I couldnāt speak the language, I think the company is very good and language barrier is not as bad as Iāve seen it or have had it before. Trust me other places are sooo much worse. Everyone is kind, no one is here to catch you out. I believe the company is ethical, no way did I feel like I was taken a fool out of. Over all 4*, if I was to come back, I would use clinic hub. Thank you Kseniia

I appreciated the multiple daily visits from the nurses and my personal Surgeon Dr Burak who was also amazing with his work, professionalism and information. I was nervous going alone but I am more than happy with the outcome, the price and the service provided.

Jun 17,2022Honestly Iām so happy with the everything! I just had my rhinoplasty like seriously 2 hours ago and the surgeon (Dr Eymen) was sooo lovely and my nose looks really good from what I can see so early post op. Nurses at the hospital are so sweet as well. The ooonly small minus I have is the communication with the different coordinates, but also I do understand that Iām not the only patient! Regardless of that I still got the information I needed in time for surgery and they assure you. I was in touch with MeriƧ at the beginning, super helpful helping me with the booking so early in the surgery date. Ćagla and Sonila for being so kind and reassuring. Happy with my choice so far! Hotel was really nice with a shopping mall close by so thatās a bonus. Turkish people in general are really sweet so the transfer was a breeze as well. I would definitely go with Clinichub again if needed!

From the start communication was soo good I was in touch with Meric who was so attentive to any questions I had and gave me all the information so thankyou Meric. Once arriving at Istanbul for my rynoplasty I was in touch with Cagla and Sonila who had everything in place for me ie pickup and hotel accommodation and kept me informed on when my surgery would be which was really good thankyou ladies for making me feel comfortable with being abroad and having surgery in a foreign country. Came across lots of nurses ad Co ordinaters that were all involved in making my journey as easy and smooth. On the day of surgery I met the amazing Dremrah who knew exactly what I ment and wanted my nose to be like he was honest and told me if things were possible or not which I valued and made me so comfortable to start the procedure. All went really well and hospital nurses looked after me really well. I cant thank all of Clinichub enough with this great experience and highly recommend them as I had an amazing experience. On the road to recovery now š Thankyou Clinichub ā¤ and special Thankyou DrEmrah.
