Jul 30,2024I had a wonderful experience at Mono clinic from the day I arrived until my last day. From the drivers to staff at the villa where I stayed and the staff at the clinic, everyone was so kind and gentle. I want to give a special mention to my patient coordinator Azra. She made everything easy for me, she is a very good listener and she communicates very well and always ready to assist.She adds value to the company. Many thanks to Emra, Busra and Sena.Thanks Mono clinic for my new smile. I would recommend anyone anyday anytime. The only thing i noted which needs improvement is they need to tell people before they travel about a possibility of paying additional money after you do a doctors consultation at the clinic so that people come prepared.

Jul 27,2024Just returned from Izmir after undergoing rhinoplasty. My surgeon, Dr. Ergin Erdogan, is an artist. He attentively listened to my desired outcome & definitely delivered. He is patient & compassionate. My coordinator, Azra, is a delightful young lady. She kept in close contact with me throughout my stay, arranging transportation for the hospital, clinic & hotel. Day after surgery she ordered & brought lunch to the hospital. The aftercare nurse at the hotel checked on me daily, more than extending herself to every need. She is amazing! Mono Hotel staff are beyond accommodating. In particular I want to thank Ceylin, Huseyincon & Zubeyyir. Funny, kind & welcoming. I literally stepped outside the hotel to a plethora of great restaurants & local culture to immerse oneself in. Great for daily exercise. FIVE stars for this experience. Travel to & from US was taxing but I’m so happy I decided to go through with this surgery. LOVE Mono & everyone there. Thank you for everything!!

Jul 26,2024DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have waited months to leave this review as the trauma and ongoing issues following my surgery has been terrible. I had a tummy tuck with supposed lipo suction and arm lift.The Instagram ‘stars’ who recommend this company are just as much at fault! They appear to care about you until theyve got your money. Then they couldn’t care less. On my first night the hotel served me completely RAW chicken - I could have missed my surgery altogether due to food poisoning which I actually wish would have happened!! I got dropped at the hospital for surgery and was told by my coordinator that he would be with me the whole way and that I could contact him anytime day or night. I went down to theatre and was met by approx 8 young nurses males and females who were clearly mocking me. Multiple tries to get a cannula in failed by multiple people because I have tattoos that shouldn’t matter! They had dirty fingernails and stunk of smoke. I should have left there and then. One guy stuck the needle in my hand and hit a nerve - I still have nerve damage to this day and my surgery was in FEBRUARY. I said I wanted a doctor to do it and they tried to gas to me sleep!! It was only that I pushed them away that that didn’t happen!! My surgeon came in and put me to sleep. I woke up in the middle of a room with no nurse button and was left for hours. The nurses were heavy handed, spoke little no English and some were actually nasty to me! I had no way to contact anyone or ring for a nurse when I needed water. Once I managed to speak to a nice nurse I tried to contact my patient coordinator who didn’t answer his phone or any text messages. ALL NIGHT. I tried to sleep but nurses came in banging the door open to startle you - one even ripped my tummy bandage off to take a picture for the surgeon and was so awful to me looking at me and talking to me like I was a piece of rubbish. I continued to try and contact my patient coordinator who PROMISED me he would be contactable but had no luck and now I was starting to panic. In the middle of Turkey with no-one to ask for help. I made it to the morning and asked a nurse to leave me the button - not that that made any difference as when I did ring no-one came. It got to 10.30am and I started to panic. No answer from my coordinator I started to think I had been abandoned. I googled the hotel and rung them to ask what on earth was going on and why I had been left alone and why no-one had contacted me to pick me up or tell me what was going on. I waited an hour still nothing so I called back. By this point I was in a right state. I was texting my family and my step mum decided she had to fly out to support me because what the hell was this company playing at. I finally got picked up at about 1.30pm and was happy to be away from that hospital. I got back to my room and they shut the door and I didn’t get checked on ONCE for the remaining 5 days of my stay. It is not a recovery hotel!! I had to tie a dressing gown rope to the light to pull myself out of bed. There is NO SUPPORT or aftercare AT ALL. I could have been dead and no-one would have known for DAYS. My step mum arrived the nxt day and basically demanded the nurse to come and check me over as I had been left in a hot room for 2 days with drains in and no dressing changes. The nurse still didn’t come for 2 days!! I asked for new garments as cannot shower or take them off and they need to be kept clean! They wanted to charge me nearly £200 for new ones after I had been neglected the whole time!! It was honestly laughable because believe me I had cried so much that at that point I had to laugh!! Staff tried to act as if they cared but it was obvious no-one at that place did!! I met people who nearly died in hospital while I was there, who were forced to sign papers for extra charges while they were basically unconscious. I couldn’t wait to get out that place and on the last day they asked for patient feedback!! I was like can I give ZERO stars because the company is DANGEROUS!! You may think I’m being over the top but this is a very short story of my experience! If I went more into detail it would take a lot longer. Following my surgery I have had numerous problems with my arms - the ‘dissolvable’ stiches pushed through the wounds in my arms, opening up the arms completely leaving shocking scars. 2 infections later and the arms look horrific. I had to cut the stiches that strung from armpit to elbow tight long stiches which were so painful. The arm should have been lengthened out when surgery took place so basically the long stich was too short for my arms, meaning I actually can’t spread my arms out long because they’re so tight. My tummy is ok but the bellybutton is off centre and at the end of the scar there is raised folded skin which doesn’t look pleasing as it sticks out. No lipo was performed on my tummy. Also chin lipo was uneven. DO NOT RISK YOUR LIFE HERE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE 🙏🏽

Jul 18,2024Ich kann die Klinik auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Ich habe eine gute Erfahrung gemacht. Von der Beratung bis hin zur Ticketbuchung lief alles prima! Vor Ort wurde mir auch super geholfen und es gab keine Probleme. Ein besonderer Dank geht an dieser Stelle an Sükran, Beste & Emrah die mich super unterstützt haben und alle Fragen geklärt haben. Dr. Yildirim hat super Arbeit geleistet, und ich bin mit dem Ergebnis bisher sehr zufrieden. Auch die After Care Nurse im Hotel und das gesamte Hotelpersonal war sehr hilfreich und zuvorkommend.

Jul 17,2024The best part of my journey to Mono clinic was the support of my coordinator, who was Kurkan, he was well experiences , he communicate effectively, it was fantastic, he was helpful and made sure I got to my destination safely. The hotel was calm and relaxing. The surgeon was professional and well experience. I would defo recommend Mono Clinic.

Jul 16,2024The mono clinic is fabulous…. The staff are great and the aura of the place is very relaxing and calm. I loved my stay,,, and the food is good, but if there’s one negative thing I’d say, is,,,, I wish there was more traditional Turkish food on the menu. But the fruit & yogurt bowl was stunning.!! And the chocolate fondue was so good also.!!!! But my coordinator was Muratcan Şimşek, and he’s lovely.!!!! The surgeon was the women one, and she done a great job also,,,, although I was sure I wanted a male surgeon, but despite that,,,, I’m so happy with my results.!! I’m almost 3 weeks post’op, and my waist is still shrinking. They took 5litres of fat from my belly and round the back aswell…. If I wanted my under arm fat removed, that would have cost extra.. but despite that,,, I’m so happy with how smooth my tummy is, and there’s no misshapen’ness,, or anything like that. No streak marks neither. Which is fabulous.!!! But I would 100000% recommend Mono to anyone looking to travel for a procedure,, they’re trustworthy and very kind….

Please make sure you clarify all costs before you agree to the treatment to avoid stress and confusion. Otherwise, good teeth, great dentists and warm team. Thank you Mono!

Jul 11,2024I am very happy with my results from Mono but my experience wouldn’t of been as great as it was without my host, Furkan. He made everything so much easier, i was so scared being on my own but he made all that go away. So warm, professional and knowledgeable, he is extremely good at his job. I dont know if my time there would of been so easy without him! He is a credit to Mono and I am ever so grateful he was my host!

Jul 11,2024my experience with mono was 10/10 from the minute i stepped off the plane and still now being back home my patient coordinator baris was amazing and made me feel so comfortable and ready for surgery he answered all my questions and made sure i was always doing well even when back home also big praise to my after care nurse who was also amazing making sure i was all good post surgery i would definitely recommend this place for surgery AMAZING💖

Jul 08,2024Mono clinic staffs and doctor are nice and friendly. I will give them 80% on that. But information not straight forward on care. Thanks for Buris as he was helpful and caring. Mono clinic negated my molar teeth not filled or removed as promised, I believed they lied to me that the surgeon was un available even when I complained that I was in pain. They are more about money than caring for their patient.

Mono is definitely the best clinic in turkey as far as my experience the whole team has been amazing, trustable and professional with everything. I had breast augmentation and I am very satisfied with the both aesthetically and medically. I can definitely recommend. Special thanks to my coordinator Fatima and Beste for arranging everything they are amazing, professional, helpful and most of all the kindest people 🙏🏽
