May 29,2024Hi,last year i have, had booked my surgery with Mono Clinic all year round i was corresponding with Beste, she arranged all for me from star to the end.Patiently answered all my questions and keep me updated on everything. Aftercare in Mono was great, my Coordinator Sevgi,she was there for me 24/7, very friendly and helpful. Staff in the hotel was accommodated. My surgeon Dr Merve listened carefully to everything I was expected of her and she did everything possible that I wanted. Thank you

May 29,2024This company don't care for anything but money, I had a bbl with them that left one hip bigger then the other they don't care to fix the issue the just want me to pay more money rather then fix the problem they caused once they have your money they don't care be carefully choosing surgery's abroad!!!

May 28,2024I would like to say a huge thank you to each and every team member from hotel staff to clinic staff as I couldn’t have asked for such a great experience. Once me and my partner arrived we was greased by the lovely staff at the hotel, we then was assigned a coordinator, from start to finish. Ipek was my coordinator and every time I messaged she does more than her best to reply instantly which was so reassuring. I would and will highly recommend The Mono clinic to all my friends and family.

May 27,2024I had a tummy tuck and lipo 360 what an experience Nazli was the consultant who answered all my questions and who I trusted when I said yes to going ahead . She never once pressured me or made it seem like I was just a transaction . She listened to all my concerns and reassured me.busra was who I spoke to regarding my arrangements she gave me all my options after booking hotel or villa transfers surgeon info amazing . Busra has been the one who’s answered all my questions since coming home not made me feel lost and alone . She’s been a great aftercare support and Furkan looked after me while I was in the clinic he answered every question and made me feel very relaxed . He pumped me with lots of Turkish tea it was the best!!! Ipeck was there with me during my hospital experience from blood tests to surgery she was there . The face I saw when I was going down . And the one who took me back to the hotel. She made sure I had all I needed . I’m now 4 weeks in and recovering so well . Knowing there are at the other end of the phone is reassuring . Form start to finish the mono team have been amazing . Thank you .

My recent experience at the hospital was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I entered the hospital, I was greeted with warmth and kindness. The English Host miss “Dilan” demonstrated not only a high of professionalism but also a genuine care and compassion. She was a sweetheart she took the time to listen to my concerns and provided me with clear explanations about my treatment plan, making sure I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. The level of attention and personalized care I received at Mono Hospital was truly remarkable. A big thanks to Dr. Ergin Erdoğan and the entire medical team went above and beyond to ensure my well-being and recovery. He showed great expertise and skill in his work, and his dedication was evident in every interaction. I was impressed by the hospital's state-of-the-art facilities and the overall cleanliness and organization. The hospital staff maintained a safe and comfortable environment, which greatly contributed to my overall experience.

May 27,2024I was made BBL, removed fat from my chin and thighs in Mono two weeks ago. I'm already so in love with results! Can't stop looking in the mirror on my new body. In clinic I met Sevgi - she helped me during all my stay in Turkey and I'm very thankful to her. On the consultation the surgeon immediately understood what result I wanted and did everything as I imagined. Also during my stay in Mono hotel everything was good - everyday I was asked about my condition and feelings and the nurse visited me when that was needed. I'm already thinking about my new surgery, hope to come back soon :)

Nothing was too much to ask, she responded immediately to all questions and ensured that everything was arranged quickly. Ipek has only made my entire experience with mono clinic easier and more pleasant. I recommend Ipek as a contact person to everyone! Caring cheerful gentle woman.

May 23,2024My daughter had a BBL Liposuction at the Mono clinic and I must say the whole experience from start to finish was excellent Our patient co-ordinator Thank you Baris was such a caring, attentive young man and nothing was too much trouble day or night Also big thank you to Dr Dennis and his team . He looked after my daughter with great understanding and care. She was over the moon with the result.

May 23,2024Great experience. My surgeon , Dr Deniz , was very polite and did a geat job. Staff care of everyone .Especially thank you to Baris, my personal coordinator. He looked after me very well before and after treatment, which was very suportive and helpful.

May 23,2024My experience was really good, from start to finish. Everything was explained well and the procedure was quick and pain free, I was in everyday but one whilst I was there and had a transfer to and from the clinic. I was looked after by ipek who was really informative and helpful if I had any questions. Recommend to anyone who is debating whether to get their teeth done.

May 23,2024I want to shout out Baris at mono clinic he was my client coordinator and he made me feel very safe and very looked after , he was very reliable and communicated very well I must say without him it would of been different ! I recommend mono for surgery as the hotel and surgeons all look out for your best interest such as your health x
