Dec 02,2022Would recommend to anyone!! From the day I first messaged every question I had was answered in full detail the whole process of booking was easy! They even arranged my flights all I had to do was get myself to the airport and everything else was done for me, someone was waiting outside the doors of the airport for me on arrival I was taken to an amazing hotel then picked up for my operation by Mustafa my patient coordinator he was amazing any questions I had he answered was always there in the hospital making sure I was okay and taking me to the relevant places in the hospital, I was at ease the whole time if your thinking about booking do it you will not regret it! Thanks again team Mono

Dec 01,2022I had a really good experience with mono and especially their staff. Especially Emir was caring and kind. He always checks up and reminds us about the appointment and takes medication. It was such an amazing experience from the beginning to the end.

Dec 01,2022I’ll be honest I was very skeptical about the whole thing. I felt like it was too good to be true. Once I arrived I was extremely pleased. Everyone from Ecem in Sales, my Patient Cordinator Tuğçe and my boy Emir my Patient Service Specialist who is a rockstar! They made the whole process stress free and truly an enjoyable experience. Doctors were great took great care of me and I would highly recommend Mono Clinic for all your needs. I’m looking forward to being back in February to finalize my treatment.

Dec 01,2022I’ve had a lovely experience so far. From before my arrival to arriving, all the staffs in the mono hotel and Şeyma have been super caring, welcoming and friendly. I would like to give a special thank you to Emir who is my patient relations representative who has been super friendly to me since the start and has made my journey and experience really comfortable and fun. He reassured me and informed me about things I needed to know and has also been very caring and just a nice person overall. He deserves a praise! I would also like to thank my surgeon who has also been really nice and my recovery has been way better than I expected. The hotel is really nice too and feels like home. Will definitely recommend!

Dec 01,2022The communication was excellent from the very beginning, and all questions answered immediately and thoroughly. The staff checked in constantly throughout the booking, the procedure and the aftercare and at no stage was I unsure of anything. In particular my patient relations representative Emir was excellent and he kept me at ease and informed at all stages.

Nov 30,2022Just finish my traitement at mono clinic for dental implant, from start to finish the whole experience was excellent, they delivered on all what was agreed and everything was of a top quality from the medical staff to support team i was looked after with a great professionalism by Emir, anything you need he was always responding with amazing attitude and big smile, I special thanks to Mohammed and miss Palin they where of great help and understanding on my first visit, the new mono clinic hotel offers a 5* quality service with a home feel and the girls there are always ready to help with your needs. Well done to everyone at Mono clinic I highly recommend it.

Nov 30,2022My experience with mono while I was there was positive on the whole. My patient service specialist Muhammed was friendly and helpful, I really liked him and he tried his best to make my experience as smooth as possible. The hospital, drs and nurses were really good. I felt in good hands throughout my hospital stay. The hotel was nice and very clean, food was good, staff were friendly. Transfers were always on time and helpful with carrying bags. Some constructive feedback is communication before arriving to Turkey. I was told certain things that weren’t accurate. For example, when I was speaking to the team I was told I was going to have a certain surgeon, when I arrived I didn’t have this surgeon as that surgeon had left. This should have been communicated to me as I had researched this surgeon before hand. However, the surgeon I had was very good but I didn’t have time to research her. Overall, I would recommend!

Nov 29,2022I had really good experience with mono and especially there staff. It was such an amazing experience from the beginning to the end . This was my second visit to Mono to complete my 4 implant crowns. Overall the treatment was for 20 crowns and 4 implants. The dentist and surgeon were very professional. The staff were so amazing especially thanks to my patient co-ordinater Emir who was with me throughout . He was also in touch with me out of hours and kept asking me about my health. Also loads of thanks and respect to Ceren who arranged pick and drop off from airport. The hotel was excellent. I would recommend to anyone consider monoclinic.

Nov 29,2022My experience with mono has been excellent from beggining to the end . I always felt well looked after my care at the hospital and after care was exceptional the female doctor visited me most days and answered all my questions they are so caring very kind and helpful i had gastric sleeve surgery in September and I met the most incredible person mustapha who is a asset to this company there is nothing he would not do for you to make your surgery and stay comfortable I laugh non stop around him he is a good listener I liked him so much I went back in November to get my Blepharoplasty eye surgery done and I requested mustapha to be my care coordinator again everything went well I will be going back next year along with other family members and freinds that have chose mono clinic to do their procedures because of the fantastic care I received the hospitals and doctors are amazing looking forward to seeing all the staff at mono especially my coordinator mustapha if he left the company I don't think I would return because he makes my experience so much more enjoyable and easy 😊

Muhammad my care coordinator is the sweetest kindest person always with me through procedures always smiling and put me at ease as I was very nervous. My teeth look amazing and I can’t say enough praise for Mono and their staff. I am coming back for mummy makeover soon can’t wait. 5* service you will not be disappointed

Nov 26,2022My experince with mono has been excellent. I always felt safe thanks to all of the incredible people that has been working around me. To name a few, Emir, dr. Oban, all of the staff at the villa (I don’t remember the names), the Female doctor that visited me everyday. Everyone has been very kind, helpful, funny, easy to talk to. They’ve all been taking care of me in the best way. The food has been great too. I would definitely recommend mono for people that are considerring surgery.

Nov 26,2022Mono was brilliant I went with my daughter to have her breast done and I can’t fault them. She was well taken care off from the minute we landed until we left a week later. Any questions she had was answered and any doubt she was going through was out to rest. We had our translator Emir he was amazing there with us all the time we didn’t want for nothing even myself there for keelee was treated as though I was a patient if I needed anything it was there for me. The doctor who preformed the surgery was so helpful and she was so happy with her results. It wasn’t pain free for the first 3 days really uncomfortable for her but emir and the doctors made sure she was as comfortable as she could be. She has healed so well and is so happy with the results. We couldn’t thank emir and her doctors enough they are the best and really helped a lot. When she goes back to get her teeth done she will want the same people again. Thank you mono and thank you to the amazing staff Emir, the surgeon and the doctor who came everyday to check on her and all the hospital staff they was amazing as well.

Nov 26,2022Had a fabulous experience with the mono clinic, I was picked up beautiful cars. Staff were so supportive and Amazing. This is my first visit off 2, görkem was my patient service specialist, he really made me feel at ease kept intouch 24/7 and made me smile and laugh so thank you ☺️ this was a really scary thing for me as i havent been dentist in over 20 years, but görkem was there when ever I needed him.. I would 100 percent recommend this clinic. My dental nurse we’re fabulous along with my surgeon and everyone who helped staff are all so welcoming.. I still have little pain after the procedure but still early days, and I know will be all worth it on my second visit when i get my smile back 😁would highly recommend Monoclinic to everyone.

Nov 25,2022Transport service from airport to check ups was amazing. I stayed at the Villa the bedroom was not the best, it rained, water was leaking from the roof and all my belongings were covered in water, I was moved rooms about 3 times in 9 days. Apart from that the Staff at the Villa were exceptional, second to none.well done guys keep it up. Day of the operation, the surgeon DR OBen, amazing doctor very friendly and professional, he knows his stuff. Well well come to the hospital, it was rubbish, the staff had no care, nurses didn’t seem experienced, no one checked on me all night. My shoes went missing, couldn’t be found till I left Izmir. The crown goes to all Mono Clinic Staff they are amazing, special mention to Busem and Emir Emir is the best! He tried all his level best to make me comfortable and compensate the Sad time I had. He even took me shopping and checked on me constantly till I got back to England. You are a Gem Emir, Mono clinic needs more people like you… Overall experience I would rate between 7/10. Mono should get their own hospitals as these service providers they use could be a let down. Other than that thank you Mono Clinic,
