Feb 26,2025My experience with mono clinic was really good from BĆ¼rÅa my travel coordinator she was amazing I was excited to come because of her she helped me with any question I had before and made me feel comfortable about travelling. Cengiz my personal coordinator was lovely helped me while I was going through with my surgery. The aftercare nurse was amazing she really helped me understand how to make sure I dress my wounds. I will be going back to get a couple more procedures in the coming years definitely. Thanks guys you amazing

Feb 24,2025All was well at first, I had my surgery done in 2021. I had a tummy tuck, 360 lipo and breast uplift with implants. I had an infection in my right boob which wasnāt right when they saw it but said I was fine to fly, my scars on boobs and tummy are horrible- tummy has a big V in the middle. I have contact them so many times and sent photos. My boobs are the worst, one is rock solid and very high- it hurts! The other is fine but very low, saggy low. I really donāt like what they done. At first they told me to keep massaging the boob and then just completely stopped replying. I have reached out on many occasions and am now looking for another clinic to put right what they messed up. Also- the hotel was nothing like they said, me and my friend begged to be moved. We needed to pay extra for another hotel in the end. I really wouldnāt recommend these guys at all. They read my messages and ignore. My lipo seemed ok- which is why I am giving 2 stars and not 1. Iād also like to add I was now shown different implants etc, I saw they had options on the desk when I went in for a check up which puzzled me as I wasnāt given an option. They take cash at the hospital bed which feels so awkward! The hospital itself staff had laughed at me when I had awoken in pain- mono said they would put a complaint to them. The hospital was very run down- the clinic was glamorous which I think is how they real you in- hospital reminded me of something from the waking dead or something. Attempted contact again with them today- my messages were āseenā and I was ignored.

Feb 23,2025CLINIC IS IGNORING ME AND NOT ANSWERING MY INSTAGRAM MESSAGES!!!!!!! I had a breast revision with mono I put my trust in one of their drs to rectify my breast and this was not what they did, the dr said to me that my right implant was in the wrong position and he would move this for me during the revisionā¦.THIS HE DID NOT DO THEY LIED TO MY FACEā¦when I came home I had to go the NHS for a scan and they confirmed it was sitting to high and the dr had definitely not moved it!!! They are ignoring my instagram messages and e**** who works for mono as aftercare service provider is denying everything and telling me I need to pay for the implant to be moved but I have already paid Ā£3300!! All they want is your money and then to ignore you afterwards this is their drs fault for not doing what he said and they have told me they will not put the matter right, why should I pay again when I have already paid!!! I have a very busy aesthetic business and I have girls constantly asking me where to go for surgery itās such a shame they wonāt put their wrongs right because they are loosing out on a lot of business from me!

Feb 22,2025My experience at Mono clinic with my mum was 10 out of 10, from the moment we have arrived till the very last day. I'm sorry for not remembering everyone's name but I would like to start by appreciating the driver's patience because couldn't speak the local language and we ended up in the wrong exit gate, but the driver was patient enough to make sure he would find us and takes us to the hotel and for being polite and friendly throughout the journey. I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone at the clinic for making this experience so joyful and much easier than I expected it. During my operation, the doctor and the nurse were really kind and communicative and that made the experience much easier, considering that I get nervous around nidles. āŗļø I would also like to say a massive thank you to Duru, Melike and Busra for supporting us from the very begging till the very last. Dealing with the paperwork, flights and everything else we need help with. If it wasn't for you guys I'm not sure we could have done it ourselves. I would definitely recommend Mono clinic 100%, and I'm looking forward to the second stage of our treatment. Thank you again to every single one of your team members. š

Hi all, my experience with Mono clinic wasn't good at all, you send the info about what you like to be done through the nurse, then they confirm the price for procedures, you say ok but I would still feel more comfortable to see what the doctor's recommendations are and make changes accordingly. The nurse said "YES SURE", as long as you sign the digital form and proceed to payments immediately (RED FLAG š©). You arrive in Izmir and then you go straight to the clinic NOT for consultation but rather to fill out and sign more than 50 papers back and front, top and bottom, I however DIDN'T sign those papers because I didn't feel at ease. My consultation day came and then I asked the Dr. I only wanted small amount of work done nothing major and definitely nothing big, the Dr was UPSELLING! He suggested cat eyes, double chin (my face is skinny mind you) mid face lift or full face lift š¤Æ, he blew my mind and I said NO I'm fine thank you, I will NO longer do anything, thank you for your time. I then asked for refund, I understood that some of my refund will be gone, but to keep my full $600US deposit (burglars). They kept saying, we will look into it , but no one got back to me , the MONEY is GONE. And I'm glad for NOT using their services to conduct minor work on my face. Do Not Trust a clinic with non stop rotation of surgeons ....SCARY!!! Do not fall for what they say to you... STAY AWAY!!!š«

Our trip coordinator, Melike, was absolutely wonderful. Her attentiveness and professionalism were evident throughout our stay. She was always on hand to assist and guide us, making our experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. A special shout-out to Hasan, our initial host, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He showed us around and was always available to answer any questions we had. His kindness and attentiveness significantly enriched our visit. Sherry brightened our mornings with her delightful breakfasts, meticulously prepared with a personal touch. She made sure we had everything we needed, maintaining a clean and cozy environment throughout our stay. Her attention to detail and warm demeanor were truly appreciated. When Ozzy took over from Hasan, the excellent service didn't skip a beat. He offered fantastic recommendations on places to visit and spent time showing us around, ensuring that we made the most of our time in Izmir. Thanks to this incredible team, our stay was comfortable, relaxing, and thoroughly enjoyable. The hospitality at Mona Clinic is unparalleled, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking exceptional service in Izmir.

Feb 14,2025I ran out of room in my last review and didnāt get to say how easy it was to book all of this online with the help of the lovely coordinators that are in charge of booking your stay and meeting your expectations for surgery and arranging sending your photos to the correct doctors or surgeons to see if your surgeries are suitable for you and that a surgeon can perform what you are hoping for I would like to thank busra for helping me once again book my whole stay and even booked me a 3 night stay in one of the beautiful hotel rooms with the big baths you see online I chose to stay in the villa but that was an option for me busra kindly arranged ā¤ļøš„° they really do treat me like royalty at mono and Itās always so comforting to know bursa just deals with anything I need she even messaged me just to see how I am whilst Iām in turkey and if I have a problem over there busra always does her best to help me solve it which isnāt even her job to but she does anyway itās so kind ā¤ļøš„° I worry a lot and message a lot and sheās always kind never gets fed up thankyou darling š«¶š«¶ Also a big thanks to Fatima for also being amazing and always helping if Iām worried and messaging to check how I am itās so reassuring you have so many kind members of the mono team to help you over WhatsApp as it can be scary and worrying in another country especially getting surgery thank you darling ā¤ļø I would also like to thank Emrah too for helping me book my surgeryās and going back and forth with the surgeons and helping me with a fantastic deal you are amazing Emrah always makes a point of coming to say hello to Me Iāve been 3 times now and he always takes time to come over and have a chat and a laugh and a joke with me you also always make me feel so at home thankyou darling š«¶ā¤ļø So yes anyone looking to book with mono itās really simple if you struggle booking flights they will even book your flights for you āļø which busra did for me on my first trip to mono as I had no idea what I was doing š«¶ you really are looked after from the minute you message them if your considering surgery I highly reccomend coming to mono I am also now 5 almost 6 weeks post op with absolutely no complications from any of My surgeries and I have followed all my aftercare itās so important you do all that correctly I had upper blephasty fox eyes and eyebrow lift a lip lift breast augmentation revision (correcting another surgeryās work) and Iāve healed up as expected and just fine and the results are looking amazing so far š«¶š«¶ thanks again eren and merve I would also like to say a huge thanks to furkan for messaging me this week to check I was healing okay if I had any questions for the surgeons or nurses which I thought was really nice and professional and just so lovely so thankyou darling ā¤ļøš«¶ So once again thankyou mono missing everyone all my favourites Heisen sheri ozzy furkan semra and busra thankyou all so much again i had the most amazing experience again ā¤ļøā¤ļø
