Jul 06,2024Simplement parfait dès le premier jour de négociation jusqu'au transfert a l'aéroport suite à l'installation des mes nouvelles 28 couronnes. Je remercie a toute l'équipe de clinique Mono et bien évidemment a mon contact sur place Baris, qui a fait preuve d'un grand professionnalisme. Tout comme promis à été respecté de la part de clinique. Le hôtel, la totalité des transfert, le prix négocié et effectivement le qualité de travail réalisé. Je peut juste leurs dire MERCI.

Jul 05,2024Ich war im Dezember 2023 dort um mir ein mommy make over zumachen. 6 Monate später und nach 2 weiteren ops in Deutschland sind meine Narben verheilt. Meine Brüste wurden von dr. Er** gestraft und ich bekam Implantate rein er meinte bereits ich bekomme nur kleine rein da mein Bindegewebe sehr schlecht sei. Leider hat er nicht sauber genug gearbeitet und keinen inneren Bh eingearbeitet. So das 3 Monate später eine Naht unter der Brust platzte und ich ein Loch hatte. Durfte dann nochmal anreisen für 3 Tage 500! Nur für Hotel und Transfer ohne essen ! Er meinte alles gut er näht es wieder zu. Daheim in Deutschland 1 Monat später wieder die selbe Naht geplatzt ich ödet kontaktiert, Mann könne noch nichts sagen ich soll warten … Ich habe ein Loch unter der Brust wo wundsekret raus läuft und ich soll warten. Habe einen deutschen Arzt kontaktiert er sah es sich an und stellte fest das auf der rechten Seite schon ein bottoming Out. Linke seite das Loch. Wurde dann operiert Ende vom Lied es hat sich schon eine kabselfibrose mit Eiter gebildet Beine Implantate mussten raus noch mal paar tausend Euro weg. Und von der Mono klinik interessiert es niemand. Ich würde es niemand weiter empfehlen.

Jun 30,2024Was a good experience with Mert, my patient coordinator. He had always updated me per text and answered my questions up to his ability. Mert coordinated between the dentist, çagri and assistant dentist Yasmin who took care of the whole process. All were good guys!

Jun 28,2024RUN RUN RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC I’m very unhappy with the treatment I’ve received from Mono clinic. I booked with them and paid a deposit of £300 to have surgery. Upon me reading about some botched surgeries I changed my mind going to them. This was a few weeks ago.They promised me he will sort it out and now he just ignores me on WhatsApp. They basically stole my money as per the agreement I should get at least 50% back. They are thieves, all they care about is money and not you general health and well being. I’d rather save the money to get my treatment done here instead. Update,29//06/2024 Mono clinic are asking me to provide more details regarding this review. Please note this is my second review on trustpilot about them. The first review got taken down because I mentioned a name which goes against trust pilots rules. I’ve just taking the name out and reposted. Mono clinic know who I am, they are emailing me asking me to take my review down and I still haven’t got my money back! This is my true experience with them. I intend to post so photos of chats and emails with them on google reviews for proof. Unfortunately I can’t post photos here. All I would like is my money back but all they now care about is me taking my reviews down. I just can’t believe their customer service. It’s extremely poor. Update - 1/07/2024 In all due respect you have contact with me via email. If you really wanted to refund me you can do it from there. But for sure you don’t want to refund me. You have all the details you need to refund me but you choose not to. You’ve been emailing me and I’ve been chasing you for a refund for the past 3 weeks. My advice to anyone would be to be extremely careful with this distrustful company.

Jun 27,2024I was recommended mono clinic by many friends who have been there, so I booked my rhinoplasty, breast augmentation and liposuction there June 2024. I was taken care of very well and the surgeries were a success. My patient coordinator Ipek was fantastic and made me feel at ease during the whole process. The hotel wasn’t as nice as I had expected. Every night people were partying all night which made my recovery uncomfortable. I moved hotels at my own cost in the end to have a more comfortable recovery. They also tell you that everything is covered in the cost of the package, but once you’ve had your surgery they ask for £70 for your medications. I’ve had surgery packages before and that would never be an extra cost. And it was never mentioned prior so wasn’t in my budgeting. Overall I am very happy with my surgery though and am very thankful to Ipek and my surgeon Eren Ersöz.

Jun 26,2024I went to the Mono Clinic to have my breast implants replaced. Unfortunately it was not possible because the blood tests came out very badly. The doctor told me that I could die if I had surgery. Or that if I had three blood transfusions I would have surgery. Unfortunately I said yes, after a while I panicked and decided not to have surgery. This happened on June 14, 2024. They picked me up at 10 in the morning at the hotel and had me at the clinic at 13:00. I told the manager that I was requesting a refund, he told me that I would have to cover the clinic expenses, I said yes. They did not return my money the same day, I had to be after them day after day, I had to go to the Mono Clinic offices to reach an agreement with them. They could not agree on what they were going to return to me, some said one price, others another, until I had to accept the best offer, it was crazy so much greed from these people to not return my money. Of the 4,860€ Euros they gave me back 2,715€ Euros. I went on the recommendation of my daughter because she had a great experience there two years ago. For every person who recommends someone they give you 125€. Of the 2,715€ Euros they told me that 125€ is from your daughter For having cancelled my operation they charged me 2,840€ Euros, crazy. I had a hotel reservation on June 12th we arrived at 12 at night until June 21st. procedure x20 Zirconium Crowns 3,775€ Euros Breast Implant 4,860€ Euros They told me that I had to vacate the hotel on June 19th or pay for two more days of hotel. They had not finished my dental work and they wanted me to vacate the hotel. They finished fixing my teeth on the afternoon of June 19th and wanted me to run out with my mouth swollen and full of Anesthesia. They only have a monetized mind, they don't care how much you have had to work, sacrifice the effort that some people make. I am asking for the invoice of the 2,840 € Euros supposedly for the clinical expenses A very disappointing experience for them, we are only money, when you get there they ask for more money than you have budgeted. Unfortunately I went and it was a holiday and they don't do anything for you. When you book the days they don't tell you. Ask for an invoice for everything you do. Please forgive my writing if it has any mistakes

Jun 25,2024I did my breast enhancement with them two years ago. She is the best for me, unfortunately this time around I referral my mum to her so I went with her from barcelona to turkey. This time around the experience is not as it happened 2 years ago. Things have changed. Before they used to care more for you now they don’t, they only want your money. They have become very greedy. They have make some changes, before they used to give you a closed price, which included hotel, medicine post op and breakfast and dinner. I paid 2 years ago for blood transfusion like 150 for 2 of them. Now they want money apart from it, they asked to my mum 100 euros more for the medicine ( when this was included before in the package). And for every blood transfusion you have to pay 200 £. So if you need more than one make your own calculations ( cause you never know what can happens after your surgery). My mum could not go ahead with the surgery cause she has 7.7 levels of iron and it should be like minimum 10. But they said the only possibility to go ahead is if she pay 4 ( cost 700 €) blood transfusion and one during the surgery. We was in the hospital, we saw it very risky and we decided not go ahead as my mum blood test was not okay. They did not refund us the total cost of the surgery for only 3 hours in the hospital and only 1 blood test they stole from my mum 2.300€. Regarding the manager said that they still need to pay anyway cause of booking hospital cost. ( I see it am scam) we asked for an invoice for all the cost and they did not give any, we chase for it several times and we still not have any invoice receipt for the money they decided to take away from us. The hotel mono is horrible, The breakfast included is disgusting, then if you want some apart they charge you as if you were in your own country. Is not a buffet as I thought it would be as 2 years ago. Then they do not clean properly the rooms I had to call myself almost every day. So be aware, if you want to go there you need to go with extra money and then be ready to pay for all extra cost that could happen before or after your surgery.Otherwise you will lost your time and not have your money back. Everything have change and they do care more about the money than about the patient health. My Instagram is daaanieelleee. ( just to make sure people know I exist and this is not an scam) I am very disappointed also my mum did not speak well English so that’s why I went like a companion. Don’t go alone there and if possible go with a man cause if you are a single woman there they will take advantage of you unless you are an influencer or Someone well known. They do not care about you as they did 2 years ago they offer cheap meals ( not appropriate for the money each of us pay there)in his hotel call mono and them they charge you on top of the budget for everything. Incredible!!!! I went to do my teeth in medlife and I am so happy with them did 28 crowns and the hotel was good aswell. My mum went to mono to did hers and she have to pay on top another 800 euros for roof canal before getting the crowns itself. Mono should be more honest and upfront with the cost and everything . That’s not the way you want us to refer you any family member or friends. Definitely very disappointed and regretting to referral my mum with you. Also make sure you are not going in bank holidays or religious holidays is how they call it. Cause you will be stuck in the hotel and bored cause not surgeon no one is working. I talked with several people in hotel while there and some was very pissed off about the treatment they received in the hospital and how much they had to pay for every little thing. If you are not an influencer don’t go there. Or go and find out yourself. Business wants to make money that’s obvious but if you don’t care about the customer happiness and comfort and then you scam your owns customers don’t be surprise the competence win you over your clients.

Jun 24,2024I had my rhinoplasty with Mono 2 weeks ago now and I had an amazing experience. They took care of all my needs from the airport transfer to visits to the hospital and clinic and gave me all the support i needed during my stay in the hotel. Their customer service is amazing and I would genuinely recommend to anyone who is interested in having surgery in Turkey. So far i am extremely happy with my results and have had absolutely no issue at all with my healing process. I highly recommend Mono Clinic for all procedures.

Jun 22,2024It has been over 2 weeks since my hair transplant at Mono clinic and the results couldn’t be better ! Following the washing routine I have, the scabs have healed and the first hairs are growing nicely. Would like to thank everyone again at Mono for this wonderful experience

Jun 21,2024I had a great experience with Mono Clinic. From the initial booking to arriving, it was all explained well. Once I arrived I was picked up by a driver (the cars feel like luxury), the hotel is cozy and room service is great! İpek always made sure I was picked up and dropped off safe, and checked in on me always.. making my experience seamless. She was lovely! Dr Eren Ersöz was my surgeon, he spoke English well and understood everything I wanted, he did an amazing job. I love them and I can’t wait to see the end result. Overall I felt very well cared for and the experience was great.
