Feb 15,2024Thank you for my “perfect” scar. The surgeon Dr Deniz has done amazing. Special mention to Beste who has organised the plan as well as Baris, our liason, who has been a very good with communication. All appointments have been organised for us and have ran to schedule. Thank you to the staff at the villa: Mert, Asuman & Anaf for being so accommodating and helpful during our stay. We have been really pleased with the service recieved from all at Mono Clinic.

Feb 11,2024I flew into Turkey on the 31st of January, and my experience from start to finish was amazing. My surgery was a great success by Dr. Eren Ersöz. He did an amazing job. My patient service specialist was Ipek, she was nothing short of amazing. She took great care of all my needs and made me feel super comfortable and at ease considering I traveled all the way from Australia by myself. She answered all my questions and was available to me 24/7

Feb 09,2024Had a hair transplant with Mono 3 weeks ago. The service to and from the airport and everything in between was great. Checked on daily after the operation. Painless & very happy so far! The hotel was nice with a good selection of room service meals. Well organised & happy with everything. Emir & Busra my company rep was attentive and answered any questions or issues I had.

Feb 09,2024I flew out to Mono Clinic last Saturday and from booking my surgery to flying home tomorrow I can’t fault them! My transfer collected me and took me to hotel which was very clean and friendly then Fatima collected me on the Monday morning and stayed with me right up until I went down to theatre for my breast implants. My surgeon was amazing not a single fault and to say I am happy with my results is an understatement they are better than what I ever imagined. The nurse has seen me every day at the hotel and clinic appointments have been made and transfers always collect me and take me back. Brilliant service from all not a bad word to say about any of my experience Thank you Mono Clinic you have outdone yourselves

Feb 09,2024I did my gastric sleeve with monoclinic last week, and to be very honest the clinic is a 10 out of 10. The personal is very kind and professional well organized and the clinic was very clean and the nurses were there for me. It was a very nice experience and what made it special is Emir my contact person who was always there to answer my questions to guide me and Translate at any time of the day. Last and not least, the doctor surgeon was very competent, kind, and professional. I advise every single person who is planning for a gastric sleeve to choose mono for this experience.

Feb 08,2024Monoclinic is the place to be; the service is impeccable. I felt very safe, and the communication was great from the beginning. Melis made my booking very clear and easy. Ahsen, this lady is incredible; she helped me with my flight and made my journey comfortable and easy. Dilan Dilan… always smiling, incredible is an understatement. She was with me all through my surgery journey, making me feel comfortable and explaining all I needed to know before and after the surgery. Nese, the aftercare doctor, helped me with the healing process, explained what to expect, and made me feel comfortable and safe. Her coming to check on me every morning made my recovery journey so smooth. Doctor Ersen, the surgeon… What an amazing surgeon! He explained every step of the procedure to me and the outcome. Overall, I am happy with my body, and this team has brought a smile to my face.

Feb 08,2024Ich begleite meinem Mann zu Mono Clinic am 22.10.2023 bis 29.10.2023 und am 26.01.2024 bis 04.02.2024 .Ich kann nur sagen das wir ganz zufrieden waren angefangen von Abholung an Flughafen bis zum Zimmer Service .Wir haben zwei Übersetzerin gehabt ,Ṣükran und Beste die für uns nonstop da waren. Beste hat uns bei jeder Behandlung begleitet, transport und Termine organisiert. Die beide sind ganz lieb ,freundlich und nett . Liebe Beste und Ṣükran,Dankeschön für alles😘 Herr Dr. Çağri ist einer super nette und freundliche Arzt. Weil die untere Kiffer von meinem Mann bissen Schiff ist, er hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben das alles perfekt passt. Er ist der beste Arzt, Dankeschön Herr Dr.Çağri ,mein Mann ist sehr glücklich😘.Dankeschön auch an Frau Dr. Nese die jeden Tag ins Hotel Zimmer uns besucht hat und mein Mann gefragt hat wie es ihm geht, ob wir mit Service in Hotel zufrieden sind. Eine große Dankeschön von uns geht auch an Hüseyin von Hotel Service😘.Er ist einer super nette junger die uns immer mit seinem freundlichen Lächeln bedient hat. Mono Clinic ist die beste Clinic ,wir können nur weiter empfehlen .

Feb 06,2024Firstly I am not promoting plastic surgery, this is just my personal experience to help others. I was referred here by a friend and I’d definitely recommend if someone was interested. For the price I was very happy with the service and everyone was very helpful. The clinic is beautifully decorated and clean, and I was never left waiting long. I’ve just got home today after a breast lift with implant and I’m so happy with them so far. Thank you to Dr Deniz Yildirim and his nurse (sorry I’ve forgotten his name) for taking such good care of me and also Beste for going through it all with me.

Jan 30,2024The customer service from start to finish whilst being here in Izmir has been fantastic. I don’t think I could of come alone for my procedure and I’m glad I brought someone with me because I was going to come alone. Fatima was my main contact and she looked after me before, during and after my procedure. Fatima came with me to the hospital, stayed with me until I went down for my operation. I had my breast uplifted, reduced and liposuction on my abdominal area. My Doctor was Deniz Yildirim who is very professional and lovely. His nurse, who changed my dressings daily and removed my drains was perfect. They both took very good care of me. Good communication always. I was seen everyday at the clinic. There is always someone at the hotel if you need help and they are all just a call away if needed. Every person that works in the clinic is approachable and helpful. My aftercare advice was given to me today as I am leaving tomorrow to return to the UK. I have been given plenty of medication to take and have been told how to take care of my scars. If I need them for any reason I can contact them when I get home.

Feb 16,2024Everything was very organised. From airport pick-up to hotel transfers etc. The staff were really nice. My surgery went well and I'll be going home tomorrow. Beste arranged all my logistics and it all went smoothly. Emir was an excellent guide! All the staff were courteous and professional. I recommend.
