Dec 31,2023We were welcomed very nicely to the aftercare villa, the manager METE was so friendly and professional and carried to every need we have or other patients needs. Whenever we needed something he was there for us. I cant think of a better manager 😃

I can only recommend him, he is a good person at heart and the nicest person i know ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you so much METE for taking care of me I felt like I was part of the family and I can't wait to come again in three months. Dec 30,2023I had a wonderful experience during my stay at mono. I came to mono to do my teeth and am so happy with the result so far 👍. Mono in general is ok, I will start with the hotel where I reached first and I would say it’s a nice place, clean and very welcoming staff at the reception 💯✅. Then when we go to the clinic it’s good but they need to get a person who understands English to seat at the reception desk , coz not all clients speak Türkiye so there is problem with communication when you enter and talk to the person seated at the front desk while you stills waiting for your doctor or medical consultant. Dilan was my medical consultant and she was really helpful . In conclusion I would recommend someone to visit mono clinic coz he or she will not regret and your money will be worth the spent.

Dec 27,2023I've never Had such a great service. I can recommend Dr. Eren Ersöz. He explaint everything perfect and di a great work. Also the Hotel was fabulous, great food and also great staff. Everyone was so nice and Always helpful. I am so Happy with the results and can't immagine going somewhere else. Thanks again to all the great staff.

Dec 27,2023Nothing but good things to say about Mono. I came for my first ever surgery (Breast reduction & lift) I was really nervous but everyone was so positive and nice. Booking was easy, Nazlı was my medical consultant who explained how everything works with mono. She took her time with me and never rushed me to decide or make a payment. I had the best surgeon and Nurse in the world Dr Deniz & Ogulcan. I’m so happy with the results, it’s everything I could have wanted and more. Ogulcan Saw me every day and checked & cleaned it perfectly. There were lots of happy tears when I saw myself for the first time post op. I stayed in the Mono Hotel which is 5 minute journey to the clinic for your check ups. It’s modern, clean and all the staff are so kind. When my boyfriend left they made sure I was being looked after. I had Furkan who was my patient service coordinator, who looked after me perfectly from when I went into surgery, checking up on me when I woke up and until the moment I left. Also I had a great experience with Ceren who dealt with all my transfer and hotel booking who was great help. Chataya also deserves a special mention for taking me out on two days to show me Izmir (on his days off). My only negative, I had gotten a rash on my return to the UK and I messaged to speak to after care on the Friday but I didn’t hear anything until Monday. Thankfully it went away but I was expecting a faster response. I would defiantly recommend the clinic for anyone looking to come too Turkey for cosmetic surgery as it’s safe, clean and has the most supportive staff ever, thank you so much Mono for my positive experience!!!

Busra the person who advice qnd encourage to travel for tummy tuck, she looked after me and maked sure I arrived safe to hotel ,she was so friendly qnd helpful, Emur very nice and helpful person , he bough me drinks and water when I couldn't go out .keep checking if I need any help ,and doctor did good job with my tummy tuck I'm happy with result

Dec 27,2023I come to Mono clinic for teeth implants. A special thanks to Emur and Ceren who looked after me and my wife for entire visit for hotel, transfers and visits to clinic. Accommodation at Mono Hotel was perfect, big size room, clean and the food was brilliant. At the clinic we find a very friendly staff and 10 stars to our doctor for his master work. I was afraid of dentist and pain, but experience at Mono made me change my mind about dentist I would go any time again without any worries.

My doctor was amazing , such a gentleman. My nurse was lovely too. They were very gentle with me. Thank you Mono

Dec 21,2023I just had a gastric sleeve and actually all the services was good from the hotel ،transport,the clinic and also the medical team such as the doctor who was very nice ,the nutritionniste and my medical coordinator AHSEN ,she was in contact with me all the time and she was helpfull also FURKAN he helped me alot and explain all the procedure to me and they still in contact with me In general it was a good experience

Ashen was my coordinator and she’s fantastic, friendly and always available she even helped my taxi driver get me back safe when we was lost! I would recommend my dentist to anyone thinking of having teeth done!
