Mar 16,2018Clothes Doctor carried out zipper repairs to 2 large sailing jackets, as well as replacing missing buttons. They have made both jackets usable again, due to their FIRST CLASS service. I cannot recommend them more than enough, absolutely first class repairs, value for money and excellent communications. This team truly needs explote the internet with all mariners and sporting shops for additional business.

Not only is the craftsmanship top notch (my dress now fits perfectly!) but everything about the collection / delivery and presentation was very impressive, with love and care in every detail. The prices are very fair and transparent too - excellent value for a premium feeling service without the price tag!

Jan 29,2018An easy, seamless solution for the digital age in getting alterations and repairs done at a speed just as fast (if not quicker) than a traditional shop. The quality of repairs is bar none; especially on many of my designer items (including what I thought was an impossible repair on a knitted Balenciaga jumper). Will definitely be a repeat customer of this service given they come to you and remove the stress of the traditional alterations service.

My young dog decided to chew my brand new bag (an early Christmas present) he completely wrecked the zip. :( As luck would have it I was visiting Peppers Pet Pantry and it transpired that the lady I now know is Chris The Clothes Doctor, said how lovely the dogs were as I put them into the car. I blurted out “yes but look at what he’s done to my new bag!” And Chris said “I can fix that!’ So WOW totally thrilled to have a bag that is not gaping open and useable again. What a lovely, talented lady. I cannot recommend her enough. Your repairs are in safe hands. Thank you again Chris from the bottom of my heart. :)

Dec 03,2017Outstanding service. The moth hole in my beloved cashmere jumper was mended and returned wrapped around a fragrant lavender bag. Such a nice touch I am wearing the sweater right now as it has more years of use so the clothes doctor performing live saving cashmere surgery. Can't recommend them too highly.
