Apr 04,2024I was highly skeptical because the prices were so amazing, but decided to go for it anyway and order a large haul of skincare. Placed the order Sunday night, received tracking information Monday, saw it left France Tuesday, and received the package today, Wednesday. Super fast, packaged well, and what a deal! I live in New York so imagine shipping was a bit faster than elsewhere in the US but even so, that was lightning fast.

Mar 20,2024Afbeelding was misleidend. Er werden drie stuks afgebeeld en maar één stuk verstuurd. Bij mijn pakket zat geen retourlabel. Retourmelding aangemaakt via Bol.com. Binnen 2 werkdagen zou deze partner van Bol.com een retoulabel sturen. Niks ontvangen. Op mijn bericht aan Cocooncenter zelf, kreeg ik alleen een ontvangstbevestiging. Ik heb nog steeds geen retourlabel. Gezien de vele negatieve berichten over terugbetaling vraag ik mezelf af of ik het product toch niet beter gewoon kan houden. Nu heb ik 1 duur product, dan misschien voor hetzelfde geld helemaal geen product en wel geld kwijt. Ik raad je niet aan hier te bestellen als je de bestelling mogelijk nog terug wil sturen. Intussen na ondersteuning en opnieuw aanvragen retourlabel via Bol zelf, geretoutneerd en geld terug ontvangen. Heeft wat tijd gekost, maar uiteindelijk opgelost.

Mar 19,2024I have ordered from Cocoon Center several times and the prices are amazing, even shipping to the US. It is usually cheaper than buying here with the shipping. My last order was returned by customs and the representative offered to resend my package at no extra charge. I got everything very quickly! I highly recommend this store, especially if you're dreaming of flying to France and filling an empty suitcase with the best French products. It s a great way to carry yourself through until your next Parisian adventure.

Mar 09,2024franchement je ne comprends ces nombreux avis négatifs pour ma part je commande depuis plusieurs années et je ne suis jamais déçue prix très compétitifs envoi rapide et soigné et livré rapidement en point relais donc aucun souci de réception les frais d envoi sont gratuits à partir de 39 euros donc c est nickel je recommande à 100 pour cent

Mar 08,2024No repito. Compré dos veces en esta tienda y el producto está muy bien. Quizá el formato es algo pequeño (casi como de viaje) y la primera vez superé los 49 euros en que dicen que el transporte es gratis pero me lo cobraron y la siguiente vez ya no los superé así que, me cobraron el porte. Pero no me los enviaron en las 24/ 48 horas que publicitaban, no. Tardaron como una semana o más, en cada uno, indicándome la empresa de transporte cuando se acordaron de mí, que entre un día y otro, como fecha aproximada de entrega, había un margen de unos 4 - 5 días en los que no pude salir de casa esperando cada uno de los días, cada uno de los pedidos. En distintas fechas. Unos 15 días esperando entre los 2 pedidos. Cuando de haber cumplido con sus publicitados plazos no habría tenido que esperar más de 3 días para los 2 pedidos. No repetiría con esta tienda porque ahora además no dejan de enviarme correos para que opine sobre cada cosa que he comprado aunque me haya dado de baja de la publicidad y retirado consentimientos, siguen insistiendo en venderme todo tipo de productos y que dé mi opinión de cada uno pero si les digo que me dejen ya en paz y que ni los plazos que publicitan de 24/ 48 horas, ni que me salía gratis el transporte, si superaba los 49 euros, entonces te envían otro correo para variar, para que cambies de opinión ya que una mala crítica no la van a publicar. El producto lo volvería a comprar pero en esta tienda no repito. Ojalá me olviden ya y dejen de molestarme con sus insistentes correos que no respetan lo que les dicen los clientes. Ex clientes

Mar 07,2024Première fois que je commande. Je viens de recevoir mon colis je constate qu il me manque la moitié des produits commandés. Je viens d'envoyé un mail au service client en espérant qu'il soit réactif face à ce problème car sur le bon de livraison la totalité de la commande y figure .

Mar 03,2024My first order with them came fast and uneventful. Second order returned by DHL for some reason. No one answers the phone, they’re “exceptionally closed”, and 4 messages and email with still no response. Very disappointing After multiple attempts I managed to get in touch with them and the order was resent. The whole experience was stressful though. I am reluctant to place further orders.

Feb 14,2024Première fois que je commandais sur Cocoon center, très satisfaite car commande passée le dimanche soir et reçue le mercredi en colissimo, les articles commandées étaient beaucoup moins chers que dans les 2 sites que j'utilisais habituellement et que je laisse "tomber" par manque de stock. Cocoon center vous avez gagné une nouvelle cliente !! Merci pour votre rapidité et aussi pour le grand choix de vos produits.

Feb 12,2024J’ai fait un achat, et ils me réclament par mail (en mail non sécurisé) une photo recto verso de ma carte d’identité et de ma carte bancaire , sinon ils n’envoient pas ma commande. Attention, ne donnez jamais ce type d’information par mail !! Usurpation d’identité possible à la clé …

Feb 10,2024I ordered in the beginning of January 2024. It has been 1 month and nothing is being delivered. I was told by the customer service that the parcel has been returned to them so I opened a paypal dispute to get back my money. The customer service wants me to cancel the dispute then they will refund me the money or else they will not. They cannot even deliver my parcel and now they want me to trust them enough to cancel the dispute? When the dispute is cancelled, the case cannot be opened again. How can I even trust them to refund me the money when they cannot even deliver my items? I have shopped with them previously and never had this happened. This is the worst experience. I will never shop with them ever again. ------------- Update one (13 Feb): What is the point of contacting customer service when they kept telling me to cancel PayPal dispute? I still have not gotten my refund. Order CUK-21100409-COC ----------------- Update two (23 Feb): It is now going to 2 months and I still have not gotten my refunds!

Apr 11,2024Beware Before Purchasing From This Company Review: I strongly advise against making any purchases from this company due to their irresponsibility and lack of customer support. My experience has been incredibly disappointing. I ordered two Isdin eye creams, and upon arrival, one was completely dry and unusable. I reached out to their customer service and provided pictures of the defective product as proof. Initially, their response was promising—they agreed to send a replacement as long as I returned the defective item. However, their communication took a sudden and bewildering turn the next day. They retracted their initial solution, claiming that the product I received wasn't sold by them, therefore refusing to provide any remedy. This situation has left me with a worthless product and a feeling of betrayal and frustration. The company's refusal to acknowledge its mistake or offer a resolution is unacceptable. If you value your money and expect reliable customer service, I urge you to consider alternative sellers. A, a few hours ago, I got this answer from them..!
