Recently we've sold our house with their help. All experience was great. Very knowledgable, fast and accurate. Answered all our questions, always had time for us, even when we unexpected popped in to the office for 3-5 minutes to clarify something. They always return your calls in timely manner. Customer service is exceptional. Great experience. Thank you for all your help.
Persevered through problems and finally concluded the sale successfully.
Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Very efficient and responded well to my many queries. All involved were very adept at their jobs, I was in good hands.
I cannot speak highly enough of Coles Miller, and in particular, the exceptional service provided by Laura Hall and Kayley Watkins during the conveyancing process for the sale of our second property. Their efficiency, professionalism, and first-class communication were truly second to none. For over a decade, we have entrusted Coles Miller with various legal matters, and they have consistently exceeded our expectations. The expertise and dedication of the Coles Miller staff shine through, and it's evident that they genuinely care about their clients' interests. We have every intention of continuing to choose Coles Miller for any future legal matters that may arise. Coles Miller is a great all-round law firm with brilliant staff. If you're looking for a reliable and proficient legal team, look no further. We highly recommend them for their outstanding services and excellent staff. Many thanks - Michelle and Adam Wright
We used Coles Miller in the recent sale of our Mum's flat. The conveyancing process was easy and efficient throughout thanks to Inga and her team. Queries were answered promptly and Inga gave regular updates throughout. Judging by our experience I would highly recommend them.
Used to sell and buy a house. All the staff I encountered were very professional and thorough. All correspondence was very detailed. I understand that house purchase is a complicated process and every detail has to be included, but sometimes there is too much detail for the layman to take in and not all of it is directly relevant. I have not downrated the service for the excess detail. However, the very thoroughness of the service made it seem like it took longer than expected and longer than the initial estimate. Also, the response to some queries was not as fast as expected. But very good overall. I would use them again for future legal services.
All of the communication was easy to understand and acted on immediately.
We were treated as well for a free will service as we would have been if fee paying. So well in fact that we went on to use them for other services. Thanks.
The legal work required was conducted efficiently and in good time. But also the relationship established between our solicitor and us was great - and inspired trust. Thank you!
A complete professional and personal service. Welcoming, friendly and efficient. Marie Harder gave excellent advice and provided a fuss free experience
Julia was very good at explaining the way in which the alterations to my will would be done.

Oct 19,2023I wanted to make a couple of changes to an existing will and thought I would take advantage of the free service offered by a charity I intended making a donation to. I was not made aware by the charity that to do this I needed a 'yellow form' to give to the solicitor. The solicitor and I spoke for 45 minutes to an hour and we agreed that it would probably be better to make a new will than try and revise the old one (which I had not brought with me to the appointment) however, on receipt of the draft will it didn't appear to reflect my wish to have a 'mirror' will and instead named my husband as joint executor along with a friend and upon my demise my estate would be split between several named charities. Much as I would like to be that generous I did want my husband to inherit my estate should I die before him. In view of this, I said I did not want to go ahead further and whilst I expected to pay something for the consultation, £180 seemed a lot to pay. It was certainly not a 'free will'.
