Aug 24,2023My solicitor was helpful as he could be considering we had a consultant from the pht saying one thing which caused a investigation which wouldn't have been needed I have found out the hospital had made mistake s and neglected me but with my case everyone involved was helpful .

We felt very well protected. Responses were always quick, even when we received emails saying they were very busy and it might take a day to respond, we got responses earlier than promised. We would certainly recommend Coles Miller to friends.

Jul 13,2023Great local solicitor with dedicated staff. I’d just say for people new to a process they would brake it down so we understood the steps required to complete the process. Some stages were unclear leading to un needed chasing and time wasted. That aside they did a great job and bang on for the quoted price.
